While her elders are wracking their brains out as to how to keep her in tow, dauntless talent (DT) has been engaging in risky behavior that has made a lot of eyebrows rise. Born from showbiz royalty, DT was a promising actress as she inherited the acting talents and good looks of her parents. However, an event halted her start in her acting career, but as luck and perseverance would have it, DT was allowed a comeback by her network and the viewing public.

Not only is DT dauntless, she’s naughty as well. Having been linked to several young actors, one of her engagements could have led to the shocking breakup of a celebrity couple. The hunk actor (HA) and DT were doing a project together while he was still much involved with serene actress (SA). During one of their moments, DT used the phone of HA to call SA without his knowledge. Like a scene from a movie, SA heard noises of lovemaking, and HA was clueless as to the wretched act of DT. SA had enough and soon called it quits. Until now, SA refuses to talk about why she broke up with HA, but both have moved on and have found happiness with their current relationships.

Despite experiencing much for her young age, DT has been vocal about having liberated views that often cause conflicts with her elders. While her elders tried their best to raise DT into a responsible person, their efforts seemed to have failed as DT is headstrong in wanting to explore more of life, even if it means partying with and pursuing the boys. The elders have no recourse as DT is no longer a minor and is earning much because of her projects. Thus, despite being in a love-hate relationship, her elders have no choice but to be silent supporters and be there in case DT once again fails. Although, on hindsight, they do wish that DT will be more responsible as she does have a responsibility to take care of.

Deniece Cornejo Stays at Condo of Malaysian She Met at a Club

Model Deniece Cornejo got free use of a Forbeswood Heights condo from a Malaysian man she met at a club.

In his sworn statement submitted to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Gregory Binunus said he met Cornejo during a party in Malate, December last year.

After their meeting, he said Cornejo started sending him text messages, looking for a place to stay.

Binunus said he offered the condominium unit he was renting at Forbeswood Heights for 2 months -- for free -- starting January 15.

He said he only allowed Cornejo to use the condo for two months since his sibling will be coming back from Malaysia by then and will be using the unit.

Binunus said he did not ask rent payment from Cornejo, noting that subleasing is not allowed at Forbeswood Heights.

He said he was unaware of the January 22 mauling of actor and TV host Vong Navarro and the alleged rape of Cornejo until he was told by the condo's owner, Soledad Ramos.

He said Cornejo told him an alleged robbery that took place inside the condo unit on January 23.

Binunus said he reported the alleged robbery incident to Ramos, who in turn informed him of the mauling incident.

Meanwhile, Ramos, in her affidavit submitted to the NBI on Wednesday, said she does not personally know Cornejo.

Ramos also noted that the legitimate tenant of the unit is Binunus.

CRIME SCENE COMPROMISED - DENIECE'S LAWYER

NBI agents have inspected the unit where Navarro was beaten up by the group of businessman Cedric Lee after the actor allegedly tried to rape Cornejo.

There were no signs of a commotion but the lawyer of Lee and Cornejo said the NBI shouldn't be surprised because any damaged items inside the condo have been removed.

Attorney Howard Calleja also claimed that the crime scene was compromised.

"When she went back, nanakawan pala ang area," he said.

Navarro's lawyer, however, asked why the condo was cleaned up.

"So inamin nila na nilinis nila yung ebidensiya? So sila yung nag-pollute sa crime scene. Ganun ba ang kilos ng isang na-rape?" said Atty. Alma Mallonga.

Calleja declined to comment on the criticisms hurled against his clients.

He only asked that Lee and Cornejo be spared from personal attacks.

"Huwag lang sana bastusan," he said.

Navarro's health, meanwhile, continues to improve.

His lawyers also said the TV host is ready to face the rape complaint filed against him by Cornejo.

"Handa kami, kung pwede nga bukas na," Mallonga said.

Top 7 ranking might differ depending on your preference. If you like tonkotsu, then “Yushoken, Nagi”. If you like Miso, then “Daisho”. If you like shio (salt), then “Santouka”. If you like Tsuke-men, then “Mitsuyado Sei-Men”. And also place of the ramen restaurant affects ranking.

No.1 Nagi

Nagi! It’s newly opened and there are lots of pepole. It’s in stylish area, Fort Bonifacio SM AURA. Tonkotsu base broth is really Japanese tonkotsu taste. When you eat 50%, you’d better mix Fire Sauce and change the taste. You can change the firmness of ramen, toppings based on your preference.

No.2 Daisho

Very delicious!! The best Miso Ramen in Manila. Ramen Daisho is located along Shaw Blvd. Although it’s not in big mall, 1-2km from the center of Ortigas, lots of people go there to eat deliciou ramen. Not only ramen, but also others, such as gyoza, are delicious.

No.3 Mitsuyado Sei-Men

We could say that Mitsuydo Sei-Men started the ramen boom in Manila. It is located along Jupiter Street in Makati. Mitsuyado Sei-Men is especially famous for Tsukemen. You should try Cheese Sauce Tsukemen. It was my first time to eat tsukemen with cheese, but it was delicious.

No.4 Santouka

Santouka is well known in Japan. You can try almost the same taste of Japanese Santouka in Manila. The best ramen you should try is “Shio Ramen”. I’m quite sure that it’s the best Shio Ramen in Manila. Now we have Santouka in Glorietta4, Mall of Asia, and Greenhills.

No.5 Yushoken

Yushoken is very very delicious!! When I first tryed it, I was surprised that I could eat this kind of delicious ramen in Manila. It’s located in Alabang,,, a bit far from center of Manila, that’s why I cannot eat so often. Because of it, Yushoken’s ranking is No.5. If I am living in Alabang, of course Yushoken is the top.

No.6 Hanamaruken

Hanamaruken opened last November in Trinoma, Quezon City. It is Tonkotsu-Shoyu based soup and very delicious. Not too heavy, not too light. Definitely, the best Ramen restaurant in Quezon City.

No.7 Ukokkei Ramen Ron

Ramen Ron was well known as No.1 ramen restaurant in Manila until 2012. But from end of 2012, lots of famous ramen restaurants opened in Manila. Because of it, ranking is now No.7. But Ron is still good and the taste of it won’t let me forget. Ron is located along Pasay road and always crowded. There is also branch in Mckinley.

No.8 Ikkoryu

Ikkoryu is tonkotsu based ramen, but a little light tonkotsu. When I tryed “Yuzu Koshou Ramen”, I wondered how much they put Yuzu Koshou. I like Yuzu Koshou but it was a little bit spicy. Sometimes bone contains in its Chashuu so be careful. And boiled egg taste is so so. That’s why Ikkoryu is No.8, but Ikkoryu is aggressively increasing branches: Shangri-la Plaza, Rockwell PowerPlant Mall, SM Aura, Alabang Town Center.

No.9 Kichitora

Kichitora’s ramen is chiken based and it’s a bit white. If you like chicken based, you should try it. At Megamall in Ortigas, Glorietta5 in Makati, you can find Kichitora.

No.10 Go-en

Until No.9, I can choose easily but from No.10 it was difficult. I put Go-en which is in Quezon city as No.10. Not so many people gather to this ramen restaurant. Maybe it’s because of place. But it offers good ramen. And I can feel that they are trying to do their best. That’s why I put it as No.10. If you are in near Quezon Ave. Station, you can have Japanese taste ramen, teishoku here.

A new and Exciting Contest EC was recently introduced on the show co-hosted by a Popular Host PH. EC had generated so much interest and excitement among televiewers that it never fails to trend every time the segment is aired.

The public reception to EC was so overwhelming that PH thought of bringing it to a higher level. He joked and teased the public, announcing on the show what if they do a celebrity edition of EC. He asked the public to tweet who their possible candidates are.

PH's announcement created excitement and fun on social media. Netizens had a field day tweeting names of male stars who can best represent the peg of EC.

Along with 2 hunky gays and singer gay, one of the names most tweeted was Actor in Denial AD. AD was so annoyed that the tweeting community/people were relentlessly tagging him for the contest. He was pissed and began blocking them one after another.

AD felt so harassed and bullied that during the taping break of his soap, he didn’t take his break just so he could finish blocking all those who kept mentioning his name. Due to a great number of 'bullies,' AD reportedly lasted till the wee hours of the morning just blocking them. When his director was looking for him, AD reasoned out that he was having a stomach ache.

Truth be told, this is just one of the painful difficulties of not coming out: to be repeatedly subjected to cruel jokes for the fun and entertainment of other people.

Certainly the fun is lost when you are hiding inside that dark closet.

Deniece Cornejo Wants Vhong Navarro on Lookout List

The camp of model-stylist Deniece Cornejo has asked the Department of Justice (DOJ) to place comedian and TV Ferdinand “Vhong” Navarro under the Bureau of Immigration’s lookout bulletin list for being a flight risk.

Cornejo’s lawyer Howard Calleja said Tuesday he had already sent a letter to Justice Secretary Leila de Lima to issue
a look out bulletin order (LBO) against Navarro since the actor himself had already been charged before the Taguig Prosecutor with rape.

Cornejo’s request against Navarro came four days after the DOJ issued an LBO against her, businessman Cedric Lee and his sister Bernice, Ferdinand Guerrero, and Zimmer Rance. They were allegedly involved in the mauling of Navarro last January 22.

With an LBO, immigration officials on all ports nationwide are alerted of an individual’s movement but not necessarily restrict him or her from leaving the country.

“In the spirit of fairness, we hope that the DOJ will act on our request for an LBO against Navarro. His [rape] case, if not higher, is at par with the serious illegal detention case filed against my client,” Calleja said.

Furniture intact, contrary to Cedric Lee's claim, say NBI agents

National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents found bloodstains on a sofa and a laptop bag inside the condominium unit being rented by model Deniece Cornejo, where actor Vhong Navarro was mauled on January 22, the NBI said Tuesday.

However, the condo unit seemed to be in good condition, with no furniture or appliances destroyed -- contrary to a claim earlier made by businessman Cedric Lee.

The NBI, on Tuesday, showed video footage of its inspection of Cornejo's unit at Forbeswood Heights in Taguig City where Navarro was beaten up by the group of Lee and where Cornejo was alleged raped by the TV host-actor.

It was the first time the NBI entered the unit.

NBI agents were accompanied by the building administrator, unit owner Soledad Ramos, and Greg Binunus, a Malaysian who was renting the unit.

The NBI found some awards and certificates belonging to Cornejo, as well as a sign that says men are not allowed to sleep in.

Blood stains inside the room drew the NBI's attention.

"Another significant (finding), there was blood stain here sa sofa. Hindi naman tayo nakakuha ng sample. Wala kaming kasamang forensic (expert) at that time so we'll have it examined by our forensic examiner," said NBI assistant regional director Vicente de Guzman.

NBI agents said they did not see any damage to the appliances and furniture inside the unit. Even the condo unit's television set was not damaged, they added.

In an earlier interview with ABS-CBN News, Lee denied trying to extort money from Navarro.

"Ang issue sa pera ay di po extortion. Nag-come up kasi yan kasi nadamage yung properties ni Deniece sa condo dahil sa pagu-upakan namin... nabasag yung 40-inch TV," he claimed.

"There are issues of extortion. Number one, we never extorted any money from him. It's very clear in my text to him, which he can show to his lawyers or to the law enforcers. The text I said to him is for the damages (sic) caused by this incident. Damages (sic) to property. Alangan namang ako pa ang magbayad ng mga nawasak na TV at saka lamesa," Lee had said.

The NBI, however, is disputing Lee's account.

"Hindi sira yung TV, nakasabit pa rin siya. Sinabi naman ni Mrs. Ramos so far wala naman siya nakikita na gamit na mga nadagdag o nabawas... iyung pina-gamit niya kay Greg," NBI special investigator Rommel Ramirez said.

The NBI said there were also no signs that the condo unit was ransacked.

Cornejo, in her complaint-affidavit in the rape case she filed against Navarro, said she did not sleep inside her unit on January 22 after the mauling and alleged rape incident happened, and only returned there the next day.

Cornejo claimed that she later found out that the condo was ransacked and robbed.

The NBI, meanwhile, is waiting for an affidavit of Binunus, explaining his relationship with Cornejo.

Binunus earlier said he only met Cornejo at a party last December and allowed her to use the condo unit for 2 months.

He added that he does not know Lee.

Navarro first visited Cornejo in the condo on January 17 and the mauling incident happened a few days later on January 22.

The NBI is asking permission from the administration of Forbeswood Heights to conduct a reenactment of the incident inside Cornejo's unit

Kate Middleton’s grandmother-in-law is demanding lower hemlines. According to Britain’s Mail on Sunday, Queen Elizabeth II asked Kate Middleton to ditch the short skirts in favor of more conservative outfits.

Middleton will “deploy a couture wardrobe of day dresses with lower hemlines than she has previously favoured” on an upcoming trip to Australia, the Mail reports. The queen has even lent her the services of her most trusted staff members to dress the Duchess in a less provocative manner.
