  1. Paolini is the probably shortest top tennis player (5'4") in my lifetime who reached multiple slam finals, including Wimbledon. She's a dynamite when she's on, so the result is not really surprising. The fact that Alex extended the match to three-sets shows promise for further improvement. Yung serve talaga niya, medyo kailangan i-elevate more is she wants better results.

Small bones tayo and lean build.

    2. Ayan naudlot. Why can't they just leave her alone and let her play and win?

    3. 5:42 ewan ko sayo. Masaya ka na mangmaliit ng ibang Pinoy? Ano kayang class meron ka to write something like that, hindi ka ba nahihiya? Alex did good.

    4. 518 nakakasuka naman talaga mga Pinoy sa abroad. Crab mentality at its best.

    1. YES!
To ALL THE MISERABLE CRABBIES eat your hearts out!
Out of 200+ nations ONLY 17 COUNTRIES for women tour REACHED Wimbledon!
Imagine ika 17th si Alex from poor country pa. And out of 110 million pinoys.

So just be happy and glad to her endeavor. And pray she’ll be in good physical shape and finally grab that Grand Slams.
Matuto naman kayo about other sports at least to watch hindi pulos telenovela lang.

    1. Being the first Filipino to ever qualify for Wimbledon is not a short-lived celebration. Alex Eala made history. What kind of history can you make, being bitter? Why not just celebrate Alex and stop being a hater?

Kaya ayan naudlo, nabati

      Delete
    4. 110 anong klaseng ugali yan?

    12. She walked away from Wimbledon with close to 25M in prize money. May mga brand deals pa yan siguro since crowd favorite sya. Not a bad run for her kahit natalo.

  7. Unfortunately, AE is just too short and too small to win any Grand Slam :D :D :D Michael Chang won the French Open due to his speed and stamina but with the advancement of powerful tennis rackets, he couldn't win any other major Grand Slam ;) ;) ;)

    ReplyDelete

    1. Alex at 5 feet 9 inches is not too short for tennis, most of the women players are within the same height

      Delete
    2. eh era ba naman ni Sampras and Agassi si Chang plus the Spaniards, Croat, Aussies later Safin. Chang for a male pro player is really short only 5’9 meaning 5’8, AE is 5’9.
Rudzinski is tall did he win? Roddick is tall but only won one single. There’s so many tall guys that adonis Greek-Aussie never won.
Hingis 5’7 won a lot, lefty Seles was out of commission that time.

      Delete
    3. The player who beat her was only 5’4” and already a lot more successful that Alex could ever dream of. Wala sa height yan, nasa talent talaga.

      Delete
    4. 11:28 She’s been WTA pro for 11 years but up to now never won a single Grand Slam. By stat Alex is more successful than her given at same 2nd year (on 2016). When she became pro Alex was ONLY 10 yrs old!
Such a crabbie and an AE HATER.
      Manahimik ka’t wala kang alam.

      Delete
    5. 11:28 PM Natural talent and trained athlete si Alex give her a time. This is her 2nd year, Paolini is a decade veteran who never won any Grand Slam single.
      You’re tennis stupid. STHU.

AE - Female who trained EN SPAIN for years while you remained en penas since birth.

AE - FEMALE with money and brains.

You're definitelyy not a tennis enthusiast given your Chat GPT generated comment so as to appear that you are one (except for the obnoxiously atrocious smileys.

      INGGITER ALERT!

  11. Good run Alex. Way to go!
Now prep for hard court, last Grand Slam US Open, hope to watch you in AA Stadium.

  12. Sakit. I also saw a tough love comment, that the thing about eala is the right frame of mind, as she maybe treats her wins is an upset as opposed to a worthy one. She should harbor an “I-belong-here type of mentality and not an underdog mentality, She has to maintain the composure game after game to get the job done, with the belief in her skill as her weapon. She may have premturely celebrated.

Awww. But your time will come, Alex. Chin up, that was a great run

  19. Next , US open. May chance pa. Marami pa yan. Maybe this is Paolini’s chance to have a grandslam, or Mertens. See people, even the good ones takes a while to get a grandslam or maybe not. Nasa late 20s na rin sila. So no rush to win. Yung mga atat and bashers think and read tennis history

    ReplyDelete
  20. It was a tight match. Although, Alex cannot stop Paolini's service. Mukhang injured pa si Alex. And andaming nyang pagod for sure after her match with Iga. She beat Paolini last Feb in Dubai Open after 2 sets. So may gigil din si Ate talaga.

    1. Sayang na sayang talaga ang moment sana with Roger. I think si Nadal manunood ng laban ni Alex if she reaches the final of any of the big 4.

    2. Hindi type ni federer si Alex. He criticized her aggressiveness on the court. He said it was out of place.

Tska fake news that he criticized Alex's aggressiveness on court. Please paki verify muna kung legit bago ipakalat

    5. 1:27 AM You are LYING AGAIN. You are making stuff not even true. FedEX was there TO SUPPORT Alex. Both of them are NIKE endorsers.
Even FedEX coach Paul Annacone was happy how Alex plays.
WTH. Tennis ignoramus and AE hater GTHOH will you.

  34. She's still the first Pinay and #1 in Asia. Good job Alex

  37. I like her and I'm no tennis expert pero in my humble (spectator) opinion, hindi pa siya ganun ka-galing pero very masipag siya and determined. Yung style nya ng laro is parang defensive driving.
