Her End of the Bargain

It used to be that Host and Model HM was the epitome of a principled young woman, full of conviction, making her one of the most influential young stars in showbiz.

The smart and down-to-earth HM may have been involved in some unsavory issues in the past but her demeanor and overall wholesome image often had her covered. The public knew well that inspite of her status, HM didn’t believe in compromises and showbiz politics. What she espoused and believed in were social issues, professionalism and work ethics – the stuff so rare in the industry.

Until few years ago when her career took a quick ascent making her one of the industry's in-demand endorsers. As such, she was often at work busy hitting the ground running, making hay while the sun shines, so to speak.

Due to her busyness, HM's regular show had its Producers PR been complaining about her habitual absences on the show. Reportedly, HM would not report on the show after a night of partying, something that made it difficult for PR who had already prepared the show's line-up for the day. Worse, HM had been going on frequent vacations making it hard for PR to schedule HM without any hitch.

HM may be a professional worker, but her many work issues had clearly impacted her image. So when the show reformatted, PR thought it would be the best to get rid of HM altogether. Not only was her schedule the problem, her many endorsements have been compromising her credibility a lot. Reportedly, HM's social media accounts look like a veritable marketplace of goods of various brands. Thus according to PR, she had to go.

The way HM has been conducting herself of late, close observers ask: Where is the HM of long ago? Has she already been eaten up by the system? Had she truly contradicted herself so bad?

Is It Game Over?

Whatever this Veteran Host VH does often gets talked about in the four corners of showbiz. No longer as relevant than when he was during his heyday, VH now allegedly tries to stay afloat and important amidst controversies and strong competition.

Observers say that VH should have learned when to step down years ago, when the applause was still there. Now people call him pathetic as he seems to really overstay his welcome.

Reportedly a Network Executive NE had already sent VH feelers that his show would be up on the chopping board any moment. The argument is that his show had ceased to be profitable, with hardly any advertiser coming in.

On learning this, VH reportedly threatened the network people concerned that should they chop his show, he would be compelled to pull out all his talents in the network and that he himself would resign.

NE rationalized that not only is VH show not earning anything, but its continuous airing has been bad business for so long, encurring huge financial drain for the network. Overhead expense is just too high.

But people privy to VH said that his strong sentiments for the show is so understandable. For years, VH has been using the show as an avenue to hook young boys for his earthly desires. Allegedly, he spoils them to death, at times even prioritizing their needs over his.

Interestingly, a handful of them are now very successful in their respective careers and endeavors – politics, music, showbiz, among others. Could HV have taught them well, including being clean and sleeping more? After all, it’s a shining, shimmering, splendid world out there. Say you?

The Mystery in His Inner Voice

A new and Exciting Contest EC was recently introduced on the show co-hosted by a Popular Host PH. EC had generated so much interest and excitement among televiewers that it never fails to trend every time the segment is aired.

The public reception to EC was so overwhelming that PH thought of bringing it to a higher level. He joked and teased the public, announcing on the show what if they do a celebrity edition of EC. He asked the public to tweet who their possible candidates are.

PH's announcement created excitement and fun on social media. Netizens had a field day tweeting names of male stars who can best represent the peg of EC.

Along with 2 hunky gays and singer gay, one of the names most tweeted was Actor in Denial AD. AD was so annoyed that the tweeting community/people were relentlessly tagging him for the contest. He was pissed and began blocking them one after another.

AD felt so harassed and bullied that during the taping break of his soap, he didn’t take his break just so he could finish blocking all those who kept mentioning his name. Due to a great number of 'bullies,' AD reportedly lasted till the wee hours of the morning just blocking them. When his director was looking for him, AD reasoned out that he was having a stomach ache.

Truth be told, this is just one of the painful difficulties of not coming out: to be repeatedly subjected to cruel jokes for the fun and entertainment of other people.

Certainly the fun is lost when you are hiding inside that dark closet.

The Aftermath of His Rejection

It is no secret that this Television Host TH has several relationships and generously maintains them. TH has a penchant for really hot and young men who are most often than not, very willing to be with TH. Any adventurous man will not think twice to be with TH because TH is known to be generous.

Anyway, only a few know that then Hunky Actor HA and TH had a rather colorful history. Allegedly, the HA lived together with TH for a time. Happy as they were then, both TH and HA were careful enough not to admit the real score of their relationship. But then, as in all things beautiful, everything came to an end.

After HA, TH had an avalanche of hot men who were willing to be with TH. TH's lovelife had also sparked many controversies in the process. Some people criticized the kind of men TH chose to be with, as TH wouldn’t budge even if the men in question were already committed.

Years after, TH and HA's paths crossed once more. TH was allegedly mesmerized by the new HA – hotter, more toned and muscled. TH reportedly hinted at HA that they should spend the night together. HA changed the topic and pretended that he did not hear TH's invitation. TH was dumbfounded, it took a while before TH recovered from The awkward situation. Apparently, TH's wit could not save him that night.

Obviously, TH took HA's rejection seriously. To those who know TH, TH would definitely not take it sitting down. And true enough, days after, HA soon found himself out of work, with his guest stint on a show not only suddenly cut short, but would also be HA's last.

Somewhat Arrogant

From the very start, Television Host TH is said to have a big attitude and that being "prima donna" is not a new label thrown at her. The tag is what TH gets from people she constantly has negative brushes with.

Reportedly, once when TH was featuring an important event overseas, she displayed so much arrogance and threw her weight around, to the disgust of the others covering the big event. How TH was hated for it.

It was when she was doing a story on the election of the an important position overseas, TH reportedly wanted her story to be exclusive, as in none of those hangers on to disrupt her view. She displayed so much arrogance and wanted solo frame on the camera whenever she would do her story.

She was complaining to the guards, demanding for something as impossible as controlling the crowd, as if the guards had the magic powers to make the huge number of them disappear for TH's convenience. Talk about entitlement.

At the same event were other foreign organizations, with much bigger personalities covering the event than TH, but they never ever made any demands of such magnitude – but TH? Shouldn’t she be acting like what the Romans do, literally and figuratively?

Horror stories one after another for this TH, indeed!

At one book launching of a well-known personality, where TH was a one among the invited guests along with her husband, a Fan and her Family FF allegedly approached TH to have a photo taken with her and her husband. FF waited until the couple were finished talking to some people. When asked if FF can have a photo with them, TH did not hide how irritated she looked. Her hubby noticed the annoyance of TH, but he more than made up for it by being accommodating and even teased the FF to feel at ease and to move closer to him so everyone was covered .

Through the years, TH has been diminished by her character, when she should be growing into her job. For someone so privileged by association, shouldn’t she be more humbled by her status?

Junked and Took It Grudgingly

Television shows have individual shelf lives, at the very least lasting 3 months. Depending on its ratings, any show can go for as long as several months to several years of successful and productive airing. Regardless of who stars in it, no show is indispensable if it doesn’t meet the required advertising load, which to a big extent, depends on the ratings, too.

To stay interesting and relevant, some shows opt to reformat. Doing so gives the show's Production Team PT a chance to improve and correct flaws while not totally losing face with their superiors and advertisers. While some do succeed with the reformatted program that gets extended for a season or two, others fail miserably as well.

The show of Annoying Host AH has seen various changes even before AH came into The Show TS. AH and some of her followers may believe she is a good host, but viewers' reactions and feedback do not often paint a good picture of her. To them, AH will be forever assuming, an incurable trying hard. Despite her efforts, AH continues to get bashed in almost all forms of social media.

TS was reformatted, AH and a Co-Host CH were not retained. Instead PT got the services of more Veteran Stars VS in the field to replace them. Backstage, AH was asked by some staff of PT how she felt about her leaving TS and her take about being replaced by VS.

AH's reply floored them. Without batting an eyelash, she replied with gravy-thick sarcasm, "It's okay, I know that VS will replace us, what can we do? They will fit in the show more because of their mass appeal - something that will not work for CH and I because we are only for the elite taste."

Ready for a Bold Move?

TV Host TH is now reportedly trying to test the waters and rekindle ties with her Former Network FN presumably for a possible comeback. TH was a co-host of a controversial show from Another Network AN that just went off the air.

Years ago, TH and FN had a bad falling out when TH left FN to head for AN. TH allegedly left unfulfilled commitments and unsettled issues with her FN bosses and colleagues, thereby jeopardizing projects and relationships.

To TH, it was an emotional decision. To FN and colleagues, TH is bad news.

Unfortunately, the show that TH chose to transfer to in AN was not any better, with countless controversies that it had to struggle to fix every so often. The pampered TH however, became so complacent thinking there was nothing that her show producer can't fix, and that the show will stay long enough. Unfortunately, it did not. The miserable ratings, advertisers pulling out, rift with network producers did it in.

Now that it has folded up, 'the suddenly-orphaned' TH is allegedly feeling the pinch, the need to be relevant again. Reportedly, she does not feel comfortable under AN and what it can offer her.

Thus believing she can do it on her own given her bottomless confidence, TH is now supposedly sending feelers to FN, especially since a popular show she once co-hosted will air again soon. However, to her misfortune, there are talks that nobody in FN seems interested in her owing to her past faux pas and unprofessionalism. The other network also reportedly implied that it is not likely to take the risk on her.

TH was recently sighted inside FN premises to greet a friend. But cynics are viewing it differently. Allegedly, they are seeing a hand working its way to knock at the bosses' office. Bottomline: Is FN ready for her? Are bosses gullible to gamble?

Maybe her friend has the answer.

Can't Stand Her

A beautiful face can not guarantee a good character. While good looks and talent are prerequisites for a career in showbiz, few celebrities exhibit the same character on and off camera.

Elegant Model Host (EH). EH belongs to a showbiz clan that is genetically gifted both in acting and musical skills. Ever since she was a child, EH already had her own following and admirers, and her exposure in tri-media over the years increased her fan base both here and abroad. However, her career has been rocked with intrigues, which are mostly related to love and relationships. Still, her fans were there for her.

Despite her sweet smiles, EH is alleged to be hiding a monster in her. Road managers (RMs) and handlers have reportedly given up on her because of EH treatment of them. In her current management, she has had a fast turnover of handlers in only a few months. Apparently, these RMs resent being treated like personal maids by EH. She makes her RMs fix her personal stuff, including several wardrobe inside her luggages which she also makes them carry - all of which are no longer in their job description. The RM's job is to fix her schedule and not do the work of a personal assistant.

Then, EH was reportedly heard badmouthing her fellow performers in a show. The performers in the show are wary of her as they could feel her being a two-faced infront of them. For example, EH quipped that she has been in the business longer than the three major female talents of their network, and yet they get to enjoy more exposure than her. These talents are three of the current top endorsers of the country - that alone answers her rant. When EH found out that a relative of one of these talents is studying abroad, she reacted as though she was the only one to have studied in that country.

Another quirk of EH is her supposed disgust for any stuff that she is not familiar in her residence. When she saw some gifts, e.g., coffee, bananas, and shampoo, which were obviously from fans, she ordered these things to be thrown out of the house

Perhaps, it is no longer surprising that when EH got involved in a major controversy, she did not get as much sympathy as that of the other party, who is believed to be more real in terms of how he deals with the people smaller in stature than him

Looking and Moving Beyond the Breakup

Dashing Host (DH) was supposed to co-emcee a big event for an international organization, but he backed out at the last minute. DH said that he had to go to the province for pressing matters. His co-host for the evening, Gutsy Model (GM), said DH was still smarting from a personal event that surprised his supporters and the public. To save the day, equally debonair news reporter agreed to replace DH in the event.

Incidentally, the DH recently gave a statement concerning the end of his highly public relationship with Stunned Performer (SP). During their relationship, DH and SP got positive reactions because both of them worked with rival networks, and they projected that their relationship was for keeps. Some people even noticed that SP became a better host when she hooked up with DH. Thus, their breakup got mixed reactions. While one camp was sad over the news, another insisted that the two were not really a match.

As of today, SP has opted to keep quiet as to why her relationship with DH ended, which was quite different from her post-breakup statements from her previous relationships. While DH has denied the involvement of a third part, a rumor is going around that SP was spotted on a date with her former boyfriend (FB). Meanwhile, FB has replied with the question of why he has to be dragged in the breakup of his past girlfriends. FB was alleged to have said that he never goes back to his part loves.

Unless SP issues her statement, the public will be bombarded with nasty rumors, which could be worse than the one involving FB. Another rumor has dragged even an actor politician as the reason why DH decided to end his relationship with SP. By the way, DH has said that reconciliation is not possible at this point. What could have motivated him to say such a strong statement? Your guess is as good as ours.

Peek-a-Boo

The talented Pretty Host PH is undeniably charming and with oozing sex appeal. Very confident of himself, PH is not one to go and chase the limelight to seek publicity because he knows people love to talk about him most of the time - with nary any effort from his end. PH knows he stands out even without trying.

Questions of his preference persist for the longest time 'though. Yet, it seems to be the least of his problems. PH knows the terrain and he is definitely comfortable with his own skin. Over the years, his image had created a life of its own.

PH used to pick up his ex-boyfriend working at a business center years ago. While abroad, he was often seen in bars partying with gay friends. To most, there is nothing to confirm.

Some people have voluntarily hinted about some stories of their various personal encounters with PH. Some say he has always been a bisexual. The controversy that once hounded him about a former girl relationship was the one that nailed it.

While PH was still a student in a mountainous but urbanized city, his classmates already ‘knew’ who he was. PH enjoyed it there because he was never judged. His professor liked him, even vouched for PH's pleasant demeanor and kind personality. People say his overall persona is what makes PH tick with people.

PH reportedly just broken up with his Filipino boyfriend from an airline company. When people keep belaboring him about sensitive issues, PH has a knack at confronting them in a funny way. Yes, he likes confusing people and gets away with it. Certainly,his best accessory is his confidence.

Above all, more than anything - PH knows that his talent is bigger that his issues.

Too Close for Comfort

A few months ago, pretty host endorser (HE) created a small controversy when her boyfriend (BF) broke up with her. What was sad was that HE and BF were projected as the perfect couple so fans were heartbroken to hear the sad news

Soon after the break up, BF was linked to model actress (MA) but they immediately denied that something was developing between them other than friendship. A few days ago, BF and MA were spotted having a good time at a bar. What was catching attention was the extensive public display of attention (PDA) of BF and MA. Grinding, groping, and kissing all over were being done, as both seemed unmindful that they were in a public place.

As celebrities, their mere presence did not make them inconspicuous, and thus, with their physical behavior, the other customers could not help but glance at them. At one point, MA even picking crumbs from the mouth of BF and eating them.

While both are single, BF and MA should be more aware that their celebrity status comes with a responsibility of displaying appropriate behavior in public places. In other words, they should have exercised a bit more restraint as their actions in that bar required privacy. If both regard this behavior as their way to show they have moved on from their previous hurtful relationships, they should still respect the fact that they are pursuing careers in a conservative country, where physical behavior in public is frowned upon.

Not Giving It All

No job is perfect - even the best and coolest jobs have their downside. No matter how attractive one's job is, there will always be bumps that you wish were not there. But if you are a professional who love your job - no bump is too hard to hurdle.

Hosting is one of the most fun (if not glamorous) jobs one can ever have. Whether one is hosting a television show or an event, there is nothing like being at the center of it all while connecting to a live, receptive audience. Being the master of ceremony, the competence of the host is paramount to the success and failure of the program. The energy of the show will depend on how professional and skillful the host is - the more energy he/she puts in, the more likely the event will be successful.

Sometimes 'though, there are small glitches that happen along the way - like a slight change in the chronology of the program, the names of people to be called, and the like. Usually, these are not that huge as to turn the program upside down. There will always be changes on site, and hosts should be flexible. After all, it's such a small sacrifice for a job that pays well.

Being well-connected, this popular Celebrity Host CH gets to host several big campaigns and corporate events. Owing to her celebrity status, CH is paid a lot bigger than ordinary hosts. Some say that it's only her name – not necessarily her skill or lack of it, that CH banks on and gives her the edge over the competition. While she scores big on the former, she fails on the latter - a number of her clients have soon realized.

CH got a big project to host an event of a multinational company. It was a big corporate gathering that showcased the milestones of the company internationally. However, when the show began, CH displayed such attitude that pissed off the organizers, and later on, the client.

Reportedly, CH got annoyed with the changes in the spiels and greetings of the program. She refused to adjust to the program and heed the instruction thus putting the event in jeopardy. The organizers, as well as the company executives were extremely upset with CH's attitude, wondering why she couldn’t even deliver something that's part of her job. Allegedly, some executives even complained at how boring CH handled the whole event.

Expectedly, when the same client recently launched a big company breakthrough, the name of CH was already deleted as host. Overheard that the company executives were really disappointed - did not want a repeat of the same - CH's attitude and performance.

The Joke in a Wink

Two comedians and hosts - CH1 and CH2 - do not exactly have a pleasant history. Their professional work often triggered a rivalry between which are not exactly to their liking. Both very vocal on many issues, CH1 and CH2 have in the past been bitter enemies which most people find uncalled for owing to their status.

Through the years however, both have finally realized that it’s time to move forward and be real gentlemen for the benefit of their public whom they owe a lot. Thus they began to bury the hatchet and started becoming friends again. To be fair to both, especially for CH2, whether he was sincere or not, he did walk the talk.

CH2 publicly showed his generous side by giving CH1 gifts on several occasions, to which CH1 acknowledged wholeheartedly. In their respective shows, both tried to show friendliness by making positive statements about each other. Although some observers say that both CH1 and CH2 may have not really meant it, but are just after publicity.

Recently, maybe as a gesture of returning CH2’s favor, CH1 gave CH2 a piece of his passion, something that reportedly overwhelmed CH2. He was so overwhelmed that he told CH1 that he would be hosting a party for him.

Came the date of the supposed party, everything was in place – catering, singers and dancers. Friends and guests came - hours passed - CH1 was nowhere in sight. CH2 was fidgety. He ordered his staff to call CH1. CH1 picked up the phone - seemed surprised and reasoned out that he didn’t know anything about the party. Uh oh!

Was it sarcasm on CH1’s part to do what he did? Whatever his reason was, CH2’s group reportedly remarked, “ the joke’s on CH2.’’

Raising the Bar

Controversy seems to be the middle name of Celebrity Host - CH. Then and now, she and the rest of her relatives are like magnets for most of the major issues in showbiz. Her youth and heyday were peppered with all sorts of controversies one after the other – CH seeming to thrive on it and becoming a veteran in the process. Back then, her every move was a fodder for gossip.

CH loved the high life so much that during those happier and wealthier days, she knew how to have big pleasures. Living life fabulously whether here or abroad in the company of friends was her passion.

Turning point came when she hit rock bottom. Not used to the life of a spartan, she was forced to do things to maintain her lifestyle - and gradually had to do it to survive – if only for the mouths who depended on her. As in a cliché – she had to swallow the bitter pill. One of them was hanging out with people old enough to be her father.

That time, she was a regular fixture in the gambling life of a rich and equally Controversial Politician – CP. CP always wanted CH to sit beside him while he was on the gaming (mahjong) table. It was common knowledge how scandalous and barbaric CP was, and still is, especially in treating women.

In between sips of wine, CP’s hand was busy with the gaming tiles while his other hand was also busy mashing CH’s privates - in full view of everyone present. Although really embarrassed in the beginning owing to her status in the industry, CH endured it or had gotten used to it. After all, the pay off was something she badly needed. As the saying goes – beggars can’t be choosers.

Now that the aging CP is not that gaming-busy anymore, the veteran CH doesn’t want to have anything to with him anymore. Wiser and bolder, CH has now returned to her previous love - a more lucrative profession where she won’t be as publicly exposed and embarrassed. Indeed, she gets to travel and paid handsomely, too. The oldest profession seems to really work for her.

Misunderstanding Somewhere

Despite the intrigues in her life, VA always manages to exude confidence, and project that she is not affected by the reaction of fans towards her love life. In a weekly show, Cheery Host (CH) was all praises for VA when she guested. CH commented how stunning VA looked that afternoon. Naturally, CH continued to probe further as to the secret of VA's extra glow.

CH asked VA what she thinks is her best asset. VA replied, “the two-storey house I’m having built.” CH was stunned at the reply of VA, and she immediately wanted to ask a follow up question to divert the seemingly off response. Of course, any reply from VA can get her fans all revved up. CH had no choice but to do a segue, as VA was already too focused on her fans.

Uh oh. Did VA misunderstand the question or did she really not understand at all? Perhaps, VA needs proper training to improve her comprehension skills to be able to properly answer questions thrown her way, especially those spoken in English. Could her boyfriend help VA in this handicap?

Not Keen On Being Friends

Celebrity host CH and popular make-up artist PM were once bff’s (best friends forever) and were really inseparables. For more than a decade, PM did all of CH’s personal and professional make-up needs, accompanied CH everywhere she went, and treated each other like family, like sisters, with CH giving PM her all-out support both personally and professionally.

But in any relationships, some things can come up along the way that can unwittingly break even the strongest of relationships.

To people around them, CH and PM helped each other in many ways. PM did get to earn big from being CH’s personal make-up artist MUA, what with all of CH’s many projects that needed PM’s services almost on a 24/7 basis. Whether it was an agreement they both had, being “exclusive” to each other was an arrangement that seemed to work very well for both of them. Or so PM thought.

Over the years, some things and attitudes will change. While CH was very convenient and comfortable with such arrangement, it wasn’t always the same for PM. PM allegedly felt that there were many missed opportunities as she glided along with CH’s day in and day out. She felt, she was too trapped in CH world that she longed for her own, too… to spread her wings. After all, she is a celebrity stylist whose services are sought after by the rich and famous.

PM got paid studio rate for every make-up service she did for CH. But when she started getting calls for weddings which paid a lot more - at least P25,000 for bridal make-up - that’s where trouble began. Whether being shy or not wanting to hurt CH’s feelings, PM resorted to some “white lies” to service others outside of CH. She didn’t ask CH’s permission everytime she moonlighted for other clients. This happened regularly. When told about it, CH expressed disappoinment, saying that she would have understood if she were told the truth.

One day, PM called in sick and told CH she would not be able to come and do her make-up for an event. CH said okay. In an event that night, CH met a veteran actress VA who was a close friend. CH complimented VA for her very nice make-up. CH was shocked when VA proudly replied, “ Oh yes, this was done by PM, no less!”

That proved to be the last straw. CH is now happy with GS, one good and skillful MUA.

Not Really Virtuous After All

Public display of affection or PDA as they are called, is the act wherein two people do an intimate act in public. It could be a couple kissing or two girls holding hands, it is anything that displays affection between two people.

PDA's are part of every relationship but it is something that should be done responsibly so it is best to learn the rules. The limits of what is acceptable and isn’t must be kept in mind. Do not cross the line. As a rule of thumb, keep your PDA limited to things that you can see from other people without feeling the need to turn away. If you don’t want to see others conducting themselves in a certain way, chances are the feeling is mutual.

Holding hands, a goodbye kiss, putting hands on each others’ waist constitute PDA that’s fine and not rude at all. A man placing his hand on her shoulders suggests they’re a couple and not inherently offensive. Anything that isn’t intimate enough and would not make people around you uncomfortable and grossed out is okay.

Excessive babying like two adults feeding each other and grooming one another can upset even the strongest of stomachs. Ass smacks, used sparingly and with humor would be okay but it’s a risky endeavor so might as well do it with caution. Too much PDA is definitely frowned at, majority finds this practice so off especially if being done by people they have high regard for.

Beautiful Host BH and her friend FR have lost a show together allegedly as a result of too much PDA’s on the set. Everyday, the two, who got introduced to each other and whose relationship bloomed while on the show, would kiss passionately, embrace and did other intimate acts as if the set was their private space, to the utter annoyance and discomfort of people around them. Their co-hosts in the show had long been grossed out by the couple’s behavior and thus telegraphed their sentiments to the bosses concerned.

Lesson learned: Couples should act in accordance to the culture of the place they are in. What about you?

Pretending to be More Refined in his Presence

People who know her swear that actress host AH is a major two-faced. At a high-end mall, she was seen shopping with her entourage. Some sales attendants at the shop where she went to, as expected, requested pictures with her. Inside store A, she was widely smiling, friendly and accommodating. Coming out, she freaked out.

"I hate this place, I hate this place!" she blurted out loud to her entourage. "Why did we even come here? So many people asking for photos! We should have gone to Power Plant instead where we won't be pestered like this!" Sales attendants from nearby stores saw and heard all her ranting and shook their heads in disbelief.

"I hate this place, I hate this place!" she uttered again, louder this time and with both hands stretched in frustration. She was angrily moving her hands up and down, hitting an innocent woman who was walking towards store A.

"Ouch, ang sakit!" complained the woman. AH who heard her, ignored her, didn't apologize, and walked away still ranting. The woman was left stunned.

Few days later, at the same mall, AH the whiner, came back -- with her handsome partner HP in tow. The sight of her was a big surprise to the mall staff who previously saw her public spectacle. But what shocked them more was how so easily she had transformed herself. Together with her charming HP, she was super friendly and obliging to many fans asking for photos. A sight to behold indeed!

From a fuming ranter just days ago, AH became one very lady-like "smiling from ear-to-ear-to- everyone" woman looking like a politician on a campaign trail. One angry observer quipped, "She looks like an id**t!"

Surely, the presence of her partner made her do a 180 degree turn. But what else is surprising about AH? Showbiz people will all proclaim in unison, "Is that news? ahahaha...hahaha!"

Is it Their Fate?

This controversial public figure PF is a quiet and unassuming guy. He lives a lavish lifestyle owing to his -- some say --- very questionable source/s of income. Yet, despite the controversies, he gets off the hook and gets away with it. PF's wife though more in the limelight than him, is also unassuming, someone who would not want to call attention to herself.

Although he has lots of flamboyant friends, PF is but unlike them. The notoriously elusive is quite successful at dodging the public eye. Such that his many extra curricular activities are rarely publicly known.

PF maintains a "kingdom" where he and he alone is king. In there, he gets to do whatever he wants, far from the madding crowd. But of course, the king gets sad when he is alone. Therefore, he needs company every now and then. Frequently, beautiful faces are seen going in and out of the kingdom. And why not? The man's generosity is bottomless. Name it, they all kowtow to him - showbiz personalities, notably those has-beens who have no projects, a media personality (believe it or not), and some other members of the industry, both popular and not.

One day, this "has been" performer HP arrived at the kingdom. She went upstairs of the huge mansion. After spending a few hours there, she went by the stairs holding in her hand what looked like a paper bag full of cash (transactions are always done in cash). As she was descending the stairs to leave, she saw a familiar-looking television personality TP at the foot of the stairs who was about to go up. Their eyes met -- and the sight of each other obviously shocked them... in a major way. Both must have felt disabled for awhile for they wouldn't know whether to continue negotiating the stairs -- or just totally vanish and forget they ever met.

His Gusty Behavior

Actor Host AH's latest tv commercial (tvc) shoot was "hell" --- from the words of the production team and the agency that handled it. He was such a pain that shoot was delayed many times and costs had built up as a result. AH refused to say some lines - key lines at that. Many were surprised for this sudden behavior. They asked for the script beforehand, hence, AH was supposed to have reviewed it already after it was forwarded to them. So why did he voice out his many objections when he was already at the shoot? People surmised that it was a smart, calculated move from his end so that he would clinch the project first, then complain later.

During the shoot, he had a lot of resistance to the agency's and director's ideas. There were so many things AH didn't want to do. On top of that, he refused to discuss his concerns with the production team, opting instead to send his stylist and make-up artist to negotiate for him. He also came with a HUGE entourage who consumed and finished off the food that were not meant for them. After a take, AH would already rush to his dressing room even if the director had not released him yet. Everything was so bad that the budget's shortfall was already piling up.

Until how long will AH test and stretch people's patience who work with him? Had fame and fortune totally consumed him? Doesn't he know that all these will boomerang on him in the future? AH is smart and old enough to know the answers.
