Bernal, Cervantes, Brocka. Is there anyone na katulad nila sa ngayon?

DeleteIt was a different time, martial law era — because freedom of expression was suppressed, people found different forms of art to express ideas and thoughts, whatever they may be. So there were a lot of great artists that came out during that era not only in filmmaking, but amongst visual artists, musicians/composers as well.
We still have Erik Matti, Lav Diaz, meron din tayong Tonet Jadaone, Jerold Tarog, Zig Dulay, Adolf Alix.
