Mean Story

Girls will be girls. Typical of the stereotype culture of a high-end educational institution, students tend to gravitate towards groups and the pressure is on for rivals to outdo each other. As parents want to provide their children with reputable and expensive education, two kids of celebrity parents found themselves attending the same school.

School Girl 1 (SG1) and School Girl 2 (SG2) are second generation kids of famous parents, who have made names for themselves in various fields and have successfully established reputations that are often looked up to. Given that their backgrounds are public knowledge, SG1 and SG2 have gained their reputation in their campus. The bottom line was popularity.

SG1 is described as having a stronger personality compared to SG2, who would rather not be in the limelight, as school is much more important. However, kids are kids and thus, factions cannot be avoided. Thus, SG1 has her followers and so does SG2. While bullying is tolerated, the silent competition can be felt between the two. The rivalry took a higher level when SG2 got a coveted title that would have made SG1 proud if she got it. This event infuriated SG1, but she could not really do anything as the verdict was final.

Unfortunately, SG2 was allegedly caught in an incident that would cause rich parents to panic. SG2 was allegedly seen getting her hands into the possession of a classmate. As per school protocol, the parents were called, and they offered to do what they could, but they wanted the incident to be hushed up. Confidentiality was observed, but there was a breach.

The classmate who alleged that SG2 did the action told her story to SG1, with whom her loyalty was. Even if stories are half-truths, rumors started spreading and SG2 has become a victim of sorts. Worse, SG1 told her parent the story, who then told her friends. Sadly, the same friends are in the same circle as the parents of SG2.

‘I think the hardest part about being a teenager is dealing with other teenagers - the criticism and the ridicule, the gossip and rumors.’ – Beverley Mitchell

Exercise to Boost Energy Levels

Studies and several researches made for the past 7 years have proven that exercise helps boost energy levels and even fight fatigue. In a study conducted among groups, individuals were instructed to have moderate intensity workouts at least 30 minutes per day for 3 to 5 days. These individuals have reported to have improved energy levels for more than 60% compared to the individuals who were told to not exercise. Aside from regular and simple exercising habits and routines, one can get energy through energy boosting supplements!

For your daily energy, get it from food supplements with combinations of Taurine, Ginseng, Sodium Ascorbate, Vitamin B1, B6 and B12 can also help in providing daily energy boost as these components may have the ability to provide extra energy while improving alertness and focus.

Taurine and Ginseng promotes alertness, reduces stress and provide energy boost, Sodium Ascorbate helps in tiredness prevention and muscle weakness, Vitamin B1 aids in converting food into energy, Vitamin B6 enhances metabolism speed and Vitamin B12 aids in energy production. Now if you think it’s hard to find a product that has benefits like this and caffeine free, I am sure you’d like the new Robust Energy.

Repost: H&M Shuts Down All Stores in South Africa After Backlash of Controversial Ad

H&M stores across South Africa were shuttered Saturday. Local media reported that destructive protesters had swarmed several locations.

The protesters were reacting to an ad in which a black child wore a sweatshirt that bore the slogan "coolest monkey in the jungle." It appeared on the British version of the Swedish retailer's online store.

Some social media users shared footage claiming to show demonstrators throwing racks of clothing to the ground. Images show merchandise in tangled heaps and toppled security sensors.

H&M said in a statement that it's "aware of the recent events inside several of our South African stores," and it has "temporarily" closed all stores in the country. According to the company's website, H&M has 17 locations in South Africa.

"None of our staff or customers have been injured," H&M said. "We continue to monitor the situation closely and will open the stores as soon as the situation is safe again."

The ad, which has been deleted, met backlash earlier in the week when it was shared on social media. Two musicians, known as The Weeknd and G-Eazy, cut business ties with H&M in response. H&M issued a statement Monday: "[W]e apologize to anyone this may have offended."

On Tuesday, the company said it would also "investigate why this happened to prevent this type of mistake from happening again."

In its statement Saturday, H&M went further.

"We strongly believe that racism and bias in any shape or form, deliberate or accidental, are simply unacceptable," the statement reads. "We stress that our wonderful store staff had nothing to do with our poorly judged product and image."

The Economic Freedom Fighters, an opposition party, retweeted footage of protesters marching and singing in H&M stores.

The group's leader, Julius Sello Malema, also shared images of the destruction and comments accusing H&M of racism.

On Twitter Saturday morning, Malema wrote: "We will never be told by any fool on how to fight against our oppression particularly those who have never been at the picket lines. There's no formula on how you should fight the oppressor, expect more action against all racists, individually and collectively this year."
