So Mysterious

If one were to follow his career, Versatile Actor (VA) has been linked to several celebrities more often than his contemporaries. Despite this number, VA never had a reputation of being a playboy and his image has been far from that of a womanizer. It just so happens that VA has had relationships that fans thought would be for keeps, as he seems to be the man a woman would want to be with for the rest of her life.

However, over the years, VA has not been successful in the relationship department. VA is talented, good-looking, and seems secure in his career. Moreover, VA is known to have found his spirituality and is even attending Church services. VA seems to have all the ideal traits that would make him an ideal partner.

Sometime ago, VA finally admitted that he has found the person who is making him happy. He opened himself to possible career risks by introducing His Girlfriend (HG). Through their social media posts, the couple exuded happiness and they looked great together. Given his age and the social media image he and HG projected, fans thought he would settle down with her. After several months of officially being together, VA revealed that his relationship with HG has ended, but they have remained friends. No reason was given and a third party was not even brought up. Nonetheless, a relationship would not have ended just like that.

Allegedly, the reason for their breakup is deep and only when one gives in would the issue be resolved. According to the grapevine, differences in beliefs cut short their relationship. While VA has his strong faith, HG does not believe in the existence of God. A believer and an atheist would indeed have a hard time getting along when faith is supposed to be the center of one’s life. Perhaps, the diverse outlooks seemed unresolvable at this point and the couple called it quits.

Incidentally, rumors have it that VA has moved on and has found a New Woman (NW) to focus his attention on. This time, nothing seems to have changed. NW might not be as straight at VA might think. Will VA finally find love with NW or will his heart be broken again? The answer will have to wait.

Pride Recoil

Sooner or later, the clash was going to happen and when the time came, Humbled Actor (HA) realized he had to back off or risk losing everything. In a controversial segment of a well-watched program, HA asserted his decision to make a contestant move on to the next round. However, as the decision needed all members of the panel to agree, HA was left alone as the other members disagreed with his argument.

The debate continued because HA did not bother to budge and emphasized that the contestant needed all the help their show could give. As the discussion continued, HA was basing his judgment on the tragic experience and circumstances of the contestant rather than the vision of the show. The other members cited that the show was based on capability and not charity. Moreover, other contestants were more deserving to be promoted than the one being pushed by HA.

Apparently, HA felt insulted and continued to rant. After a few minutes, he stood up and walked out. He even threatened to back out of the show. He must have forgotten that along with him in the panel was Powerful Insider (PI), who can influence the outcome of shows and talents of the network.

After sometime, Production Head (PH) talked to HA. Prior to the talk, the production already met and made decisions. HA learned of the talks and thought hard. What reached HA was that the production was ready to go on with the show without him. Adjustments can be made and his presence can be negligible in the show. In other words, the program can run on its own without HA being missed.

Then, in another angle, HA found out that his other project can be affected with his attitude. The storyline can be written out for his smooth exit. His character can be killed or simply disappear, as the story does not really revolve around his character alone.

The worst consequence that could possibly happen is that the network might decide to ban him. There would be no press release for that, but merely a silent memo that can cover even the other businesses of the network. In short, HA realized the truth that he is not indispensable, and without the exposure come a potential loss of income as well as a means to reach out to a wider base for his personal endeavors.

All is well, as HA swallowed his pride and apologized for his outbursts and threats to the production. However, his moment in the show might have already been edited out and loyal followers will only see that everything turned out well.
