Making Her Jealous

Success comes at a price, and often, for the bigger and more famous celebrities, love is sacrificed. Given the notion that celebrities should be reachable by their fans, being single is an image that most celebrities would rather keep, especially if the person they love might not be acceptable to fans. Consequently, the person might be bashed and insulted by fans.

In the case of Versatile Actor (VA), fans are wondering why he and Talented Celebrity (TC) have not admitted nor denied that they are together or not. VA and TC have worked together in a few projects in their network and since that time, their names have been linked to each other. However, the two are very careful in not encouraging that idea even to the point that they hardly have any photos in their social media accounts.

The biggest puzzle is that both are single and have good reputations in terms of dealing with their family and fans. Admission of the status of their relationship might not at all affect their stance in the industry, yet, they seem to prefer to remain nonchalant. This seeming non-caring reaction has also caught the attention of their followers and rooters. Any change in their respective accounts becomes a cause of concern for the status of the two.

Thus, when TC was noted to have unfollowed Pretty Discovery (PD), followers immediately attributed her reaction to a tinge of jealousy. PD has been faithfully working with VA on a project, and thus, the two are perceived to be close to each other. Their roles can actually convince viewers that something could develop between the two on the set. However, such ideas might not at all prosper, as VA is not part of the network of followers of PD, which is surprising. VA has an active social media account and he is quite visible in his reactions of posts of his friends from all networks. Thus, not following a colleague seems uncharacteristic.

Nonetheless, fans will just have to wait for the time when VA and TC might actually prove the rumor of their being together true. Fans hope that such time will not be during a breakup, which is often the time when celebrities admit that they had a relationship with rumored partners.

Character Actress (CA) seems to be gaining a new reputation among owners of stalls in food markets recently. With the increasing number of food parks in posh locations, CA became curious and joined in to see what the fuss was all about. Naturally, upon seeing CA, sellers were enamored at seeing her walking around and looking at what they have to offer.

The friendlier sellers took chances in calling the attention of CA. They offered her samples for her tasting. CA would get the usual piece and take another if she likes what she has been given. Sellers hoping that CA would buy would get a response that she will still look around. After some time, CA had done her rounds of food tasting and would leave the food park, as she already had her free meal of sorts. The usual sellers noticed that CA would not really buy anything from them, but would just get her share of food sample.

One time, an Innocent Seller (IS) who turned out to be fan of CA requested if he could have a photo with her. CA obliged and posed with IS. IS was so excited and grateful that when CA asked if she could have a sample of his product, he obliged. However, one serving of the roasted pork was not enough and CA asked for one more order. The two orders were quite costly, but IS could not do anything anymore out of embarrassment.

The incident quickly spread and the sellers realized their common experiences. When CA comes over, every one pretends they do not know her and treat her like any other potential customer. After all, they all know the possibility that CA might just ask them for free products and they would not be able to refuse her.

Incidentally, CA has had other similar moments of having a sense of entitlement that she should just get things free and that she should not spend a single cent. As CA has a name and reputation, declining her request seems to be inappropriate. However, what CA does not or refuses to realize is that nothing is free and sellers who succumb to her asking would have to factor her freebie into their costing. The sellers are trying to earn a decent living, but CA and her likes could ruin a business with their asking mentality.
