She’s Acting Strangely

Celebrity couple was a picture of love and bliss when they first came out in public years ago. The circumstance behind their relationship was the one that made it more special, especially their wedding which became the talk of showbiz back then. In short, everyone was truly happy for their union. The public believed that Gentle Husband GH and Eccentric Wife EW were perfect for each other.
Few years after, people witnessed how GH and EW supported and loved each other that thrilled and inspired a lot of couples.
But along the way, just like other couples, GH and EW experienced challenges in their married life. Towards the second half of their marriage, the couple underwent major upheavals, especially on the part of GH who had to put up with EW’s temper.
But the arrival of their children somehow helped ease the tension between them. But years after however, tension came back again, this time it’s EW’s issues that’s at the forefront. Heard from the source that EW was at her worst that GH and even some family members had a very hard time dealing with her.
Reportedly, the pressure on her life took its toll on EW. The tension among family members had it that GH allegedly often got out of the house just to have a breather from EW. He would reportedly stay in their other house for days just to keep his sanity.
Back home with EW, the situation had it that helpers would notice strange things from EW. Even when sometimes, hardly anyone of her family was at home, EW would reportedly tell her staff to prepare lots of food - like a feast and to put them on the table - with no one eating.
After a while, they would see EW retreat to her bedroom and from outside, they would hear her talking to herself, and laughing. Soon they would hear her say some spiels that she used to say when she still had a show, eg, thanking her fans for watching.

Lovi Poe Finds Ally in Managers’ Group in Row with Erik Matti

Members of the Professional Artist Managers, Inc. (PAMI) recently met and discussed the “social media tirade” of the director against Dominguez, a PAMI member, and Poe.
“After careful deliberation, PAMI expressed its support to Dominguez and condemned the reckless, arrogant, and vulgar statements of Matti in his social media account,” the group said in a statement to media.
Present during the meeting were Dolor Guevarra, Ethel Ramos, Norma Japitana, Girlie Rodis, Leo Dominguez, Aster Amoyo, Malou Choa-Fagar, Popoy Caritativo, Carlo Orosa, Veana Fores, Manny Valera, June Torrejon Rufino, Shirley Kuan, Ricky Gallardo, Angge Lee, Arnold Vegafria, Chit Ramos, Bettina Aspillaga, and Rowena Salido.
More than a week ago, Matti ranted on Facebook about Poe’s decision not to join the sequel of “Tiktik: The Aswang Chronicles.” Poe was originally the leading lady of Dingdong Dantes. However, in the sequel, Poe will only be part of the opening sequence which was supposed to be shot in just two days.
“For months now, we, the producers and the production, have been struggling to negotiate with Lovi and her managers to shoot the opening sequence. Over a month ago, we got word that she does not want to do it because it was just for two days,” Matti said in his post.
He said they tried to convince the actress to agree even if her signed contract stipulated that she should be ready to do three films.
“The final straw that made us decide it would be impossible to get Lovi Poe to do the role was when they said yes but demanded a ridiculous amount of money for it,” he added.
In his post, Matti said he did not want to put the film in a bad light but decided to reveal what happened because they could not find a replacement for Poe.
“I am pissed that a starlet like Lovi Poe would have the gall to go against the contract she signed just because she does not want to do a two-day role,” he said. “Just want to vent out my frustration at how these managers and starlets think so highly of themselves.”
He slammed Poe for allegedly claiming to be a “serious actor” after doing an independent film.
“This will be the last time I will get a talent from Leo Dominguez,” he said after pointing out that the sequel’s lead actress was Isabelle Daza who is also a talent of Dominguez.

What a Poor Girl, She‘s Not So Keen After All!

An ambitious former Beauty Queen BQ did not see her marital woes coming so soon. BQ has been the epitome of a determined woman ever since she set foot in the Philippines where she began her showbiz career.
Showbiz watchers have remarked that BQ has always projected herself as someone built for the big time. BQ was someone who was confidence and aggressiveness personified - which had worked for her to a certain extent. To be fair, BQ knew how to play her cards and use connections right. And it worked, BQ ’s career had been nothing but exciting.
To others, BQ comes off as an attention seeker with exaggerated view of herself. Her social media accounts are so active as she posts tirelessly just about anything and everything that’s happening in her personal life.
It was during her stint abroad where she met a wealthy, International Businessman IB who after a whirlwind romance, would later become her husband. At that time, BQ seemed like in seventh heaven, showing off how blissful and privileged her life was through photos of her and IB that she would post online.
But not long after, in the months that followed, her followers noticed less and less photos of IB in BQ’s posts. It was also strange that for the longest time, except for some subtle hints, BQ made no direct mention of anything about IB or their marital state at that point. Could it be because after all her fantastic claims about her marriage, she was embarrassed to admit that she was had? Here’s the story:
According to a source, BQ discovered IB’s other side – a very bad side. Reportedly, IB is involved in prostitution, a far cry from his public image of an international corporate bigwig.
Allegedly, IB would import women of different nationalities to service his clients and friends. These friends are no ordinary mortals - most of them are of royalty - kings and sultans that IB’s women, apart from himself, would service regularly.
The revelation reportedly stunned BQ – and from the way it looks - the rest would be history.

Bench The Naked Truth Show to Feature Hot Filipino-Swedish Model
Born and raised in Florida, Spence started out as a model, a career in New York for five years then moved to LA to pursue acting and modelling at the same time. He has retained his “Pinoy touch” not only by indulging in Filipino cuisine, his favourite lumpia, but has made his connection even more meaningful by sponsoring an indigent child in Legazpi in the Bicol.
How long have you been modeling?
I have been modeling for five years since my mom dropped me off in a little studio in Miami and said "Good Luck!"
What was your first job?
First job I can remember was a campaign for Hollister shot photographed by legendary photographer Bruce Weber with about fifty other models. The best part was getting my first real feel of what it's like to work on a professional level. I have yet to meet another photographer who can capture so much in one shot including an inner beauty of person the way Bruce Weber can.
Tell us the ad campaigns you have done and other photographers you have worked with?
I've done quite a few ad campaigns and definitely the most I've ever done this year. The biggest one I believe I have done is the most recent for Z Zegna. Actually this was something I had always wanted to do since I started modeling. I love parkour and gymnastics, but to be doing tricks in a sport suit is unbelievable. Working with Laura Holmes production was a blessing and to have been part of a project with Director Jacob Sutton was an absolute privilege. The pictures are epic and I've only seen clips of what the commercial is to be, but I know your going to love it. I'm happy to have have worked with two very talented martial artists/stunt performers. They train as much as I dance. I also had the pleasure of working with Adam Kirley, the man who jumped from crane to crane in Casino Royal! I enjoyed every moment that we were in Milan. I'm really excited for the release of this campaign this year. It was an experience I'll never forget.
What’s the most important thing in your life at the moment?
At any moment the most important thing to me is not letting someone down. My words and time are very important and I value them as much as I value another's. I know that you can't please everyone, but I can still try. You can't be perfect, but I think I can get very close. But more importantly my family is the most important thing to me. They raised me to uphold a certain level of respect and always told me to be myself and to always be humble. They have supported me at every turn and the best way I can give back to them right now is to be consistent with who I am.
How would you describe yourself?
I would describe myself as extremely ambitious. Everyday I strive to be doing something towards my career goal, to dance, to act, to get fit, to find healthier sources of food and to educate myself in anything.
What’s your life in LA like? What do you do for sports/fitness?
I've lived in LA for over a year now and I love it. The weather is always bright and sunny with a breeze and there are many beaches to hang out at. We have the Tempest Freerun academy there where I like to spend part of my time training. I usually do my ab workouts on the rooftop where I'm closest to the sky. I love Bikram yoga and I'm a huge fan of Soul Cycle.
Describe your family to us? How ‘Pinoy’ are you?
I am the oldest of my siblings. My brother is an artist and a US marine just like my dad. My dad is pretty tech savvy and is one of my best friends. He and I love gadgets. My oldest sister is a go getter digging her hands into anything and everything she can to make money and takes care of two cute huskies. My youngest sister is a good mother and always has a smile on. My mother is very organized and taught me what it means to respect women. My grandmother from my dad's side is the closest member I know that speaks Tagalog in our family and she is unstoppable, always sewing, cooking, or planning a party and taking care of my grandpa who always makes me laugh.
What’s your favorite Filipino food?
There are so many foods I love and used to love. Its much more difficult to answer now that I am a vegetarian, but my favorite Filipino foods have always been lumpia and rice cakes (bibingka). My grandma adds a special licorice flavoring.
It will be your first time coming to Manila, how do you feel?What are you looking forward to?
I've refrained from looking at any pictures that may build up an expectation. I want it to be like a good movie without having seen the trailer. I'm super excited to visit Manila. It's going to be both a surprise and a wonderful experience. To step foot on Philippine soil I imagine for me will be equivalent to walking on the red carpet, a dream come true!
You will be part of the big Bench show, your thoughts?
I'm ecstatic to have even been considered for it. To me this is the biggest show in the Philippines and I just hope I don't disappoint anyone. Everyone asks me if I'll ever be in the Bench show and I can now happily say “yes!”
What would you like to tell your fellow Filipinos?
You should always do what makes you happy and if you don't know what that is then do something, anything. Even something you think just might make you happy. It is the path you travel that carries all the joy and not the destination itself. No one knows where they will be or how they will get there, but as long as you are moving forward reaching for some goal you will be opening doors you never knew existed and if you can stop to breathe every so often and enjoy the present then I feel you've already made it. Roxanne Cabanero Backs Out from Miss World Philippines 2014

Ms. Cabanero surfaced on media months ago to publicly accuse comedian/host Vhong Navarro of raping her.
According to Cabanero's complaint affidavit, she was allegedly raped by Navarro on April 24, 2010, or close to four (4) years before she formally lodged her complaint. She went public of the rape incident weeks after her alleged friend, Deniece Cornejo, accused Navarro of raping her inside her condminium unit in Taguig.
However, Cabanero's statement against Navarro drew flak from netizens, questioning her credibility and morality amidst some alleged nude photos of the younger Cabanero that are scattered in social media and internet. The said nude photos allegedly prompted Binibining Pilipinas pageant in 2011 to kick her out as candidate.
Cabanero's joining Ms. World Philippines 2014 pageant drew violent reactions from the netizens citing her fitness and alleged questionable background that run contrary to what Ms. World stands for.
Cabanero was quoted as saying that she backed out as a candidate and apologized to Ms. World for dragging it to her personal and controversial issues.
