Over One Billion Pageviews
FashionPULIS.com reached over 1 Billion pageviews in the past week. Since the first blog entry published on February 17, 2011, FashionPULIS.com has uploaded more than 43,000 entries of blind items, photos, and videos, as well as numerous comments coming from readers.
Readers have been entertained, some celebrities assumed they were being called out in blind items, and other social media sites have reposted some of the entries or made articles from the posts and comments. Many netizens have expressed their sentiments over stories and personalities who needed to be called out, while undisclosed sources have diligently sent their juicy stories. All these have entertained readers and fired up bashers.
As FashionPULIS.com aims for higher pageviews, we thank our advertisers, loyal readers and followers, new audience, and bashers. Without you, FashionPULIS.com would not have reached this one-billion milestone.

When a relationship has clearly ended and both parties want to move on, circumstances are not always kind. Hence, Network Actor (NA) is getting his lessons on the ways of the local showbiz industry, whereby NA cannot merely walk away from his past. Simply put, his past will always be linked to his present and people will not let him be on his own.
Allegedly, NA has not seen the Last of the Emissaries (LE) of Optimistic Girl (OP), as he has been receiving calls quite often asking him for favors. LE has remained hopeful that NA and OP would patch up things, which was why she would keep bugging him. NA has remained steadfast that he and OP are done, but LE is not yet that convinced. The most recent favor LE is requesting from NA is a huge one.
Much is at stake at the outcome of the next project of OP. As the network has no immediate plans yet for OP, a flop would mean she might end up again in the freezer and with minimal exposure, her endorsements would be affected. The local audience can be described as “out of sight, out of mind.” Thus, if OP’s exposure is lessened, fans might shift their attention to a new talent. As OP is her family’s breadwinner, having no projects could affect the family’s finances. Hence, LE wants to make sure NA would be there for OP.
With a major event coming up, anticipation is heightened as to which network talent will go with whom and who will be present or miss out on the fun. Hence, LE is assuming that people are waiting for the date of OP. LE, obviously, wants no one but NA to be with OP. Unfortunately, NA has apologized to LE, as he wants to go solo, which is consistent with his earlier pronouncement of wanting to be left alone.
Undaunted, LE elevated her concern to the upper management, whom she asked to convince NA to go with her plan. Using the project card, LE did not expect the not so strong response. Accordingly, NA has informed the management that his support will only be for the project and going with OP to the event is another thing. In short, he thumbed down the idea. However, nothing seems to be sure until the event day. Some are betting that NA will soften up and give in to LE, whereas others are believing that NA will remain firm on his principle regardless of whom he will disappoint.

It does not help that Distant Celebrity (DC) might not have social skills that would make her endearing to everyone. Although DC might be popular on screen and positively behaving with fans, stories of her being aloof in private would crop up in the rumor mill. Sadly, where the best public relation skills were needed, DC did not bother to exert more effort. Thus, DC with such attitude failed to win over Upset Woman (UW).
Bluntly, UW does not like DC, who seems to be snubbing and ignoring her presence. Whenever DC came over to her home, she would not even engage UW in small talk and would proceed immediately to where she and Polemic Boy (PB) could have private moments. Naturally, UW was offended and in return, did the same to DC.
However, the root of the gap started with UW not acknowledging the first time DC came over for a visit. DC’s greetings were met with a cold shoulder and UW pretended she was not around by turning away. Worse, DC overheard a conversation between PB and UW, where she expressed her dislike toward DC. UW said PB can do what he wants to DC physically as long as he does not marry her, bring her to their hometown, and introduce her to the clan. DC was hurt with what she overheard, but then, her relationship was with PB and not UW.
Obviously, UW was hoping for PB to end up with Amiable Girl (AG). Thus, any woman linked to PB would have to work hard to win over UW. Even if AG kept her distance from PB, she and UW have remained friends and constantly communicated with each other. UW does not even recognize that AG is no longer single. UW claims that AG’s relationship is just for show. Thus, when PB is not home, UW would invite AG to her home and they would bond with each other.
Over time, UW’s resentment toward DC grew. Thus, the moment a crack in the relationship of DC and PB emerged, UW continued to pound on it. When PB found out what UW had done, he could not contain his anger and reprimanded her. PB raised that her loud mouth could add ruin to his career. In other words, UW was not helpful at all. Subsequently, UW packed up, took the next flight, and left PB alone.
