Raising a beautiful child is always the joy of parents and knowing that the child has grown up well is a source of pride as well. However, one drawback to such child is that he/she becomes attractive to persons who find him/her interesting. Regardless of the quality of upbringing, every parent’s nightmare is the day when the child discovers love.
When Multi-faceted Personality (MP) realized His Child (HC) was growing up fast, he would express his protectiveness much like a typical father. However, MP is no ordinary father, as he is known to being true to his word and when he says he can be strict with HC, those who are familiar with him deem it best to stay away.
As HC was growing up, she stayed away from the limelight by choice and not because her parents said so. HC just did not want to have anything to do with the world of MP, but such was unavoidable, as her destiny is in her bloodline. Still, she kept a low profile and shunned anyone who tries to get into her space.
One day, HC met Brave Guy (BG) and they hit it off. Soon, their social media accounts had photos of them cozying up. Those who managed to see the photos had mixed reactions. For the older generation, they were too close for comfort, while for the millennials, being touchy with the opposite sex was normal. MP was shocked as BG had the guts to become close with HC. The thing is, BG was not raised in the locale, and thus, probably is clueless of the reputation of MP.
MP tried to do what he thought was for the best interest of HC and he thought he succeeded. Photos of the two were deleted and rumors have it that he told HC not to spend too much time with BG. However, HC had her way and is continuing to get to know BG a bit more.
Recently, HC and BG were spotted in a mall. Although being seen together would not really be much of a big deal, onlookers were surprised to see HC and BG holding hands. Thus, the incident prompted the question on whether the two are exclusively dating or already together. More importantly, are their actions already with the blessings of MP? If they are already an item, BG better not break HC’s heart.

On May 9th, Andre and Kobe Paras visited GMA Network to release a statement concerning their much-talked-about reconciliation with their mother, Jackie Forster.
Andre and Kobe personally shared their thoughts on their reconciliation shortly after they made a courtesy call to GMA Network Chairman & CEO Atty. Felipe Gozon and President and COO Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr.

Kobe started his statement by sharing how they’ve made a decision to reconnect with their mother, Jackie, after being separated for years.
He said, “Ever since we were kids our dad (Benjie Paras) will always ask us if we want to see our mom. Andre and I made our decision not to just because you know we're kids palang eh. We didn't really know what forgiveness was so at least now we realized that we're grown and we've been through a lot na.”
Kobe admitted that the "forgiveness" that they were waiting to come took some time. Through it all, their dad Benjie gave them the support that they needed.
“It's time to forgive our mom and you know at least now we're all happy and forgiveness is not something you can force to anyone. Forgiveness takes time. There's a lot of people who think na they're talking bad about me,
"Andre, my dad and I our whole lives because like they're saying a dad is a bad person for not making us forgive our mom. At the same time, he's one of the greatest dads ever because he listened to us. He listened to what Andre and I had to say; not just with forgiving our mom but like in basketball and in school. He never forces to do anything. He's the type of dad who's just there for us to support us no matter what.
"So I'm just glad na I'm 20 and Andre's 22, we're more mature and we've just decided na it makes sense to just forgive our mom because we lived the lives they have when they were young. Now that we're mature, we're happy na ito 'yung nangyayari. I'm just happy na this all happened in God's blessing.”
Andre followed his brother’s statement by saying that all throughout his showbiz career, he was constantly asked about his relationship with Jackie. Now he’s pleased to declare that his relationship with his biological mom is in the process of healing.
“Four years na ako dito, of course maraming nagtatanong sa akin always the first question eh. Kamusta na kayo ng nanay mo? I'd always say no comment or give me time and I'm thankful na you guys gave me time and wala naman kaming sinabi na we hate her, we dislike her.
"It's just that we needed time to heal and like what Kobe said, we're more mature now. It's our decision naman noong bata kami kasi you know. That was our parents' roles so they're there to respect our decision. I'm thankful now, I believe this is the right age, 20-22. Mature na po kami.”
The Kapuso star also disclosed that he’s grateful for his dad’s unwavering support and for their stepmother, Lyxen Diomampo, for giving them love all these years.
“I also wanna thank our stepmom, Lyxen. She was there to treat us like her own. And a good example is that it hurts lang there are a lot of negative comments about her. But if you guys see what we are right now we could've been problematic people.
"We could've been doing other things that are bad or negative. But we're raised right and I'm proud of that. I just want to thank my dad and stepmom for always being there for us, our stepmom for treating us like her own.
"I'm thankful for all the support that you guys have given us by being patient. There you have it, we're all happy and I hope you guys are happy as well. Kaya thank you so much for the patience, thank you again for the love and support."

Despite their apparent affection for each other, Bea Alonzo and Gerald Anderson are no longer a couple -- at least for now, according to the "Kasal" actress.
Alonzo and her leading men in the Star Cinema production, Paulo Avelino and Derek Ramsay, were taking turns answering whether they're ready to get married (after the film's title), when the 30-year-old actress made the candid admission.
"Hindi sa ngayon," Alonzo told ABS-CBN News' MJ Felipe on Tuesday, when asked if she and Anderson are still together.
Prompted to clarify if she is single, Alonzo answered: "Technically. But of course we're talking, we're okay."
Avelino, who was next to answer the question on being ready for marriage, quipped that Alonzo's situation seems complicated.
To this, Alonzo shot back: "Magulo talaga, huwag niyo intindihin! Bakit ba? Akin 'yun, e!"
Interestingly, in an episode of the morning talk show "Magandang Buhay" aired Tuesday, Alonzo received a handwritten letter from Anderson, who referred to her as his "teenage crush."
Referring to Anderson during her interview, Alonzo said: "In fairness mapadala siya ng bulaklak at ma-note. Thank you, thank sa letter and thank you for always being there."
It is unclear whether the "Magandang Buhay" episode with Alonzo was taped before or after the Kapamilya star became "technically" single.
Short-lived sweethearts until they parted ways in 2010, Alonzo and Anderson re-connected romantically in 2016 when they were paired in the big-screen romcom "How to Be Yours."
Since then, they had been rumored to have reconciled, until early this year, when Alonzo sparked rumors of a breakup after she un-followed both Anderson and his "My Perfect You" leading lady Pia Wurtzbach on Instagram.
Alonzo and Anderson, however, patched things up eventually, with the 29-year-old actor saying the temporary rift was caused by a misunderstanding. He also cleared Wurtzbach's name amid rumors she had a part in the quarrel.
Prior to sharing her status with Anderson, Alonzo said on Monday she feels no pressure when it comes to tying the knot at a certain age.
"Ako, siguro, may kanya-kanya tayong timeline, 'no. I try not to get affected sa pressure na binibigay sa akin ng society. May kanya-kanya tayong journey, e," she said.
