Considering Looks While Searching for Love
Then, after denials left and right, PP was involved in a life-changing controversy and showing support for PP was SA. Even at that point, SA had denied she had been with PP. After sometime, they were allegedly back together, but this second chance fizzled. However, the single status of SA did not last, as Homegrown Talent (HT) declared his crush on SA.
Despite the declaration of HT of his admiration for SA, fans did not take his statements seriously because his status seems to be not at par with that of SA. In terms of career and acting achievement, SA is miles ahead of HT, who has yet to make an impact in the industry. However, HT projected that his feelings for SA were sincere and that SA is the most important person in his life. Love finds a way, and soon, SA and HT became an item. When one gets what he or she wants most, then he/she should take care of it. That was not the case between SA and HT. Allegedly, the breakup was caused mostly on the part of HT. Worse, rumors of money being part of the reason did not go well with the image of HT. Overall, the stories made it appear that HT allegedly took advantage of his relationship with SA.
Finding people for comfort after a breakup is easy, as SA turned to her besties. Her female friends are there to listen, but continue to tease her choice of men. They teased SA that she has a taste for the “ethnic” or the “native” look. PP and HT fit the stereotype, as both have strong local features. However, it was HT that the friends teased much. As girlfriends could be mean, their code name for him is the name of an ethnic group up in the north.
With HT out of the picture, SA seems to have heeded her friends. Her latest squeeze does not fall into the ethnic category anymore. As long as SA is happy, her friends will be happy for her as well.

Mum while surrounded by rumors that she’s one of the four “other women” in Gabriel “Gab” Valenciano’s life, Cosplay star Alodia Gosiengfiao decided to talk to Funfare to clear her name.
“There’s nothing between Gab and me,” said Alodia whose family hails from Catarman, Northern Samar. Being a Waray (from Las Navas, Northern Samar), I know that Alodia’s family is prominent and well respected in the community, very decent and well-to-do.
“Maybe people were linking me to Gab because we are always in the same events…YouTube, Smart and MTV…kaya kung anu-ano na ang inisip ng tao. He never courted me; he never showed any romantic interest in me. We never went out on a date. Our connection is limited to events that we perform in together.”
Gab is said to have gone back to the house of his parents while Tricia has remained in her own place at The Fort.
“I’ve met Tricia only once,” said Alodia, “and that was it. When I heard about the rumor, nagulat ako. Nagulat din ang parents ko.”
Meanwhile, Alodia is busy with shows, most of which are abroad — New York, Bahrain and Dubai.
“No,” she added, “I don’t have a boyfriend. My time is devoted to work.”

While many commended her well-shaped body after her bikini photos went viral on social media, Nadine Lustre also had to deal with bashers who accused her of being "pa-conservative."
According to Lustre, the photos were taken during an out-of-town trip with boyfriend James Reid and their friends.
"They weren't even legit bikini shots! I was just chilling out!" she said in an interview in the September 2016 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine.
Lustre believes people tend to brand her as "conservative" because of the roles she played on TV and films.
"People can't separate me from the roles I play. That's the bad part about local showbiz. Fans get hooked on these characters," she said.
"Not once did I say that I was ever conservative," she emphasized. "I'm not conservative. I never acted like I was."
However, Lustre also clarified that she does not want people to think that she is "pakawala" (loose girl).
"But I'm never going to be santa-santita. I'm not a saint," she added.
In an interview last June, Lustre said she is not yet ready to pose in skimpy outfits. This, after the 22-year-old made it to FHM's list of the sexiest women in the country.
