Gabriel Valenciano and Tricia Centenera Want Divorce?
In the past weeks, social media has been witnessing the alleged troubled situation of celebrity couple Gabriel Valenciano and wife, Tricia Centenera. For example, Valenciano has been posting cryptic messages on his IG, while Centenera has no recent photos showing them as a couple considering that they are still a few months after their first anniversary. By contrast, both have been very active in documenting their relationship prior to their marriage. Videos uploaded in YouTube showed a happy couple that exhibited much love with each other. The effort placed to come up with such videos proved that the two were indeed in love. Hence, the change in their posts within the year was very noticeable.
From reliable sources, the couple wanted to file for divorce. The reason for the separation has yet to be clarified, although social media posts from Centenera hint at her hating cheaters and suddenly not knowing a person at all. Followers assumed that these posts were alluding to her husband. Moreover, Valenciano was absent when Centenera celebrated her birthday. Allegedly, she even said that her birthday wish was a ‘divorce.’
However, getting a divorce might not be easy for the two. The parents have advised against such move and has even asked the two to come home. Valenciano is the son of admired power couple, Gary and Angeli Valenciano. The Valenciano marriage is among the most commendable and long-lasting marriages in showbiz and over the decades, their relationship had not at all been marred by intrigues. Their deep faith has been cited as their reason for their strong relationship. Hence, the young Valenciano opting out of his marriage is unacceptable.
Valenciano and Centenera were married in Tagaytay and Boracay in March 2015 before relocating to the US. Valenciano caught the attention of netizens with his Superselfie video series, while Centenera is an actor, model, and fashion blogger.

Anxiety at the Airport
FP, who happens to be known in her field, is considered an icon and her pieces of advice are valued by her younger followers. At one point, FP was even looked up to and was considered a role model. Then, as years past, FP’s image was slowly stripped off and each unraveling turned out worse than the previous one. Thus, her friends could only wonder what had happened to FP. One decision after another only worsened matters.
FP was thought to be happily married, when the scandal broke that she had left her husband and soon, FP dropped her last name. Although her personal life then was crumbling, FP has a good career going on anyway. Then, FP met Handsome Businessman (HB), who was in a relationship. HB left his relationship and pursued FP. Given that FP got what she wanted, one would think she would not have any reason to go astray. Apparently, that notion is not true. An incident with a friend (AF) turned into a scandal and no one is to blame but FP herself. Hence, HB felt the incident indicated that there was nothing that could ever make him want FP again. By contrast, FP could not move on and desperately wanted HB back.
As FP and her friends were bound to return home, someone informed FP that HB was having dinner somewhere. Instinctively, FP started calling HB and texting him. Of course, HB saw his phone was ringing, but he opted not to answer nor did he respond to the texts. The texts sounded desperate and even expressed that death was her option.
Depression from her scandal, being dumped earlier by and lack of attention from HB, and being in a foreign land all combined that day. In a few seconds, FP started hyperventilating, crying, and throwing hysterical fits. The staff had to pacify FP, as her ‘losing it’ moment was getting attention from other people at the airport. Then, the staff almost made a decision that FP was not fit to fly. Given her imbalanced emotional state, the airline could not risk FP to get on the flight with other passengers.
Still, FP turned to the cold HB and FP said that she needed to be picked up, as she was an emotional wreck. Unfortunately, HB did not buy her story and he proceeded to eat dinner. Thus, FP had no choice but to hire a car rental to get home. For now, FP seems to be quiet, as her choices are not making her a better person at all and further misbehaving might take away all that she had worked hard for in her entire career.

Repost: President Obama Cancels Meeting with Philippine President Duterte After Insults

Obama had said he wanted to see if "we can have some constructive, productive conversations"
President Barack Obama called off a planned meeting Tuesday with new Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, seeking distance from a U.S. ally’s leader during a diplomatic tour that’s put Obama in close quarters with a cast of contentious world figures.
It’s unusual for one president to tell another what to say or not say, and much rarer to call the other a “son of a bitch.” Duterte managed to do both just before flying to Laos for a regional summit, warning Obama not to challenge him over extrajudicial killings in the Philippines.
“Clearly, he’s a colorful guy,” Obama said. “What I’ve instructed my team to do is talk to their Philippine counterparts to find out is this in fact a time where we can have some constructive, productive conversations.”
Early Tuesday, National Security Council spokesman Ned Price said the meeting with Duterte was off.
Duterte has been under intense global scrutiny over the more than 2,000 suspected drug dealers and users killed since he took office. Obama had said he planned to raise the issue in his first meeting with Duterte, but the Philippine leader insisted he was only listening to his own country’s people.
“You must be respectful,” Duterte said of Obama. “Do not just throw questions.” Using the Tagalog phrase for “son of a bitch,” he said, “Putang ina I will swear at you in that forum.” He made the comment to reporters in Manilla.
Eager to show he wouldn’t yield, Obama said he would “undoubtedly” still bring up human rights and due process concerns “if and when” the two do meet.
The bizarre rift with the leader of a U.S. treaty ally was the most glaring example of how Obama has frequently found himself bound to foreign countries and leaders whose ties to the U.S. are critical even if their values sharply diverge.
In Hangzhou this week, Obama’s first stop in Asia, he heaped praise on Chinese President Xi Jinping for hosting the Group of 20 economic summit in his country, an authoritarian state long accused of human rights violations. His next stop was another one-party communist country with a dismal rights record: Laos, where mysterious disappearances have fueled concerns about a government crackdown.
And sitting down with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Obama made no mention in public of the roughly 35,000 people Erdogan’s government detained following the summer’s failed coup in Turkey. Instead, he worked to reassure the NATO ally the U.S. would help bring to justice whoever was responsible for plotting the coup.
Obama also spent about 90 minutes Monday with Russian President Vladimir Putin, another leader whose fate seems intertwined with Obama’s in all the wrong ways. On opposing sides of many global issues, the U.S. and Russia are nonetheless trying to broker a deal to address the Syrian civil war and perhaps even partner militarily there.
“President Putin’s less colorful,” Obama said, comparing him with Duterte. “But typically the tone of our meetings is candid, blunt, businesslike.”
Managing Duterte has become a worsening headache for Obama since the Filipino took office on June 30, pledging his foreign policy wouldn’t be constricted by reliance on the U.S. Washington has tried largely to look the other way as Duterte has pursued closer relations with China, a marked shift for the Philippines considering recent tensions over Beijing’s aspirations in the South China Sea.
A public break from the Philippines would put Obama in a tough position, given the Southeast Asian nation’s status as a longtime U.S. ally. The Obama administration has sought to compartmentalize by arguing that military and other cooperation won’t be jeopardized even if it detests the current Philippine leader’s tone.
Last month, Duterte said he didn’t mind Secretary of State John Kerry but “had a feud with his gay ambassador — son of a bitch, I’m annoyed with that guy.” He applied the same moniker to an Australian missionary who was gang-raped and killed, and even to Pope Francis, even though the Philippines is a heavily Catholic nation. He later apologized.
With a reputation as a tough-on-crime former mayor, Duterte has alarmed human rights groups with his deadly campaign against drugs, which Duterte has described as a harsh war. He has said the battle doesn’t amount to genocide but has vowed to go to jail if needed to defend police and military members carrying out his orders.

Repost: Viva Artists Agency Reveals Drug Test Results of James Reid and Anne Curtis
Source: www.news.abs-cbn.com
James Reid and Anne Curtis have tested negative for illegal drugs, their talent agency said in a statement.
This is in response to several tabloid reports linking both Reid and Curtis to the use of illegal drugs such as methamphetamine (shabu) and THC (marijuana).
According to the Viva Artists Agency (VAA), the reports are nothing but "unfounded rumors."
"These reports were broadcast on AM radio and published in several tabloids with only an unnamed 'pusher' as a source and with no further evidence to support the claim," VAA said. "Ms. Curtis and Mr. Reid are aware of and give importance to the influence of artists in society as role models to the youth."
"Thus, VAA and its artists have taken the initiative to publicize the results to inform the public of the truth and to show support for the government’s campaign against illegal use of drugs," the statement concluded.
The statement issued Tuesday afternoon also showed the laboratory results from Hi-Precision Diagnostics in Mandaluyong City, a medical laboratory licensed by the Department of Health and accredited with the Dangerous Drugs Board.
