Enjoying Their Exploits
But not long after, observers noted that his boyish appeal was slowly fading and a flirty HA is taking over which he seems to enjoy. HA appears to have succumbed to peer pressure and industry influences, slowly shaping him up to be a man his parents will never even dream of.
HA’s millions of fans and admirers would be very disgusted if they learn that HA is no longer the clean and wholesome boy they used to know. Reportedly, HA has not only become a drunkard - but hold your breath - also addicted to carnal desires.
HA’s colleagues alleged that when drunk, HA craves for girls to do ‘it’ with. Initially, his trysts only involved women, but he could have been overflowing with libido that it seemed like girls were just not enough. The latest – HA also loves gays as well. Uh oh...
In one of his shoots, a staff alleged that HA and the Designer/Stylist DS assigned for the brand had one drink too many after the shoot that - yes, you guessed it right – HA and DS had so much ‘fun’ together that night.
The rush of HA’s adrenalin is so active that he can’t be drunk and be without sex. His association with his ‘Special Friends’ SF are complicating his situation further. Reportedly, HA and SF have that one vice in common, habitually doing it with girls and gays alike.
Other friends of theirs were shocked when informed that HA and SF also play around among themselves. Allegedly, in order to protect themselves from the prying eyes of the public and to avoid suspicion from their higher ups, HA and SF resort to doing it themselves in private. Only they know how far their their wild exploits will go.
These young boys behaving like loose cannons ought to realize the dire consequences their adventures will lead them.
“ In a time of social fragmentation, vulgarity becomes a way of life. To be shocking becomes more important—and often more profitable—than to be civil or creative or truly original. “ ~ Al Gore

Deniece Cornejo's Letter to Pres. Noynoy Aquino

Detained model Deniece Cornejo has written a letter to President Benigno Aquino, according to journalist Tony Calvento.
In a Facebook post on Monday night, Calvento shared Cornejo's letter to the President, wherein she explained the 23rd birthday celebration she held in detention on June 1.
"I'm still an innocent person, even as I have been charged of serious illegal detention, as guaranteed by our Constitution," Cornejo said, according to the letter.
"I feel I'm entitled to marking these important youthful dates of my life with my family, friends, and relatives who came all the way from America and provinces especially that I'm experiencing difficult times," it added.
"With all due respect I didn't asked (sic) for any special treatment or privilege. [A]ll that I wanted was to hold a Sunday worship and thanksgiving since its [sic] Sunday and its (sic) family day," the letter said.
It said that for her birthday in jail, Cornejo invited a pastor of a Christian ministry where she belongs "to spread the Word of God and spiritual enrichment of our lives."
The letter said she had no control over her guest and other well-wishers, who brought birthday balloons and softdrinks to her detention cell at the Anti-Transnational Crime Unit (ATCU) of the PNP-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group at Camp Crame in Quezon City.
"I'm aware of my limitations and in fact I did not leave the premises of the CIDG," it added.
The undated letter was signed "Deniece Milinette Cornejo."
The Palace has yet to comment on the letter.
Cornejo has been arrested and charged for the serious illegal detention of actor Vhong Navarro.
Cornejo reportedly celebrated her birthday with around 20 guests, including relatives and family members, inside the PNP-CIDG's ATCU office.
Former pageant contestant Roxanne Cabanero, who, like Cornejo, accused Navarro of raping her, was reportedly among those who attended the event.
The celebration had balloons and a poster with the words "We love you Deniece."
A CIDG official told radio MM that the gathering was merely a "fellowship" and not a party, as there was neither singing nor alcoholic beverages.
Asked for a comment on the gathering, ATCU chief Senior Supt. John Guyguyon said he was not aware of it as he was on leave when it happened.
Cornejo, along with her co-accused in the January 22 mauling of Navarro, are currently facing trial for the serious illegal detention charge.
As MTRCB Summons ‘PBB’ Execs, Sen. Pia Says Show ‘Crossed the Line’

“‘Pinoy Big Brother’ crossed the line,” said Cayetano, chairperson of the Senate Committee on Women, Family Relations and Gender Relations.
“I am dismayed that one of the challenges was for the female housemates to pose nude. This is an assault to the dignity of the women housemates. Asking a woman to consider posing nude in such a situation – where her acceptance to perform the challenge is made in exchange for points or benefits for herself or her housemates – is tantamount to coercion,” she added in her statement.
Cayetano, principal author of the Magna Carta of Women (Republic Act 9710), is the second lady senator to take the show to task after the Philippine Commission on Women issued a protest last Thursday.
Sen. Nancy Binay urged the MTRCB on Monday to look into the matter. The MTRCB responded hours later by saying it was “alarmed over alleged gender insensitivity”. The regulatory body summoned “PBB” executives to a mandatory conference on Wednesday.
Cayetano agreed with the PCW’s position that “there is nothing wrong about women who pose nude for art, as long as the decision is voluntary”.
“Clearly this was not the case with housemate Jayme Jalandoni, who was under pressure to follow the instructions of Kuya in order not to be meted sanctions. To make things worse, the bargaining between Jayme and Kuya happened on national television in full view of the public,” she noted.
“We must take note that aside from Jayme, another female housemate, Michelle Gumabao was also forced into accepting the nude painting challenge. Even if their team eventually backed out, the violation had been done.”
“’PBB’ producers should take note of the Magna Carta of Women (Sec.19, Implementing Rules and Regulations) which encourages the non-derogatory portrayal of women in media. The program’s producers need not wait for the MTRCB to take action. [They] should give a public explanation and apologize for that unwarranted challenge,” Cayetano said.
A group of artists called Kabataang Artista para sa Tunay na Kalayaan (KARATULA) labeled what Jalandoni suffered a “form of exploitation”.
“This event was not just for the housemates to win in the weekly task, nor it was intended for the painter’s advocacy as well, but Kuya’s exercise authority over the contestant in the name of publicity and ratings,” argued KARATULA spokesperson Menerva Espanta.
“The tears over Jalandoni’s face were evidence how this form of exploitation was pushed against her. This was a clear violation of human rights,” she added.
She also pointed out that “PBB” had also previously featured letting some of the mothers of contestants enter the house secretly to clean the rooms of the housemates.
“The show reinforces how society treats women and their role in society. That they are simply meant for housework and/or sexual entertainment disguised as art. Art should be reflective of society and challenge it. PBB has used art as a justification for treating a woman like a commodity in a show which targets a young audience,” explained Espanta.
She added that “Kuya has effectively branded himself and the show as anti-women and invasive of their human rights. The crumbling culture that it imposes to the youth must not continue like this. It is not entertainment but a manufactured distraction from more pressing concerns.”

Discouraging Decision
MI has quite a successful career that he can cross networks once in a while. He also has a number of non-showbiz commitments that have endeared him to various sectors of the society. Despite his fame and schedule, he squeezed in a college degree.
MI found his match in feisty actress (FA). In contrast to the cool and well-mannered personality of MI, FA proved to be the opposite behind the cameras. What the public saw was how FA became overprotective of MI as she got in various entanglements with possible reel partners for MI. Quickly, FA had silent feuds with several female talents in the station. For now, everything seemed to be fine and quiet.
Now, a story is going around as to how MI backed out of a live interview with one of these female talents (FT). MI was going around the network’s shows to promote his new project. The green light was given for MI’s live guesting. This segment excited the production, as never had both faced each other after that controversy between FA and FT. Alas, like any production nightmare, the staff was informed that another host would interview MI at the last minute.
The question is why MI made the last minute decision. Was MI avoiding the awkward situation as FT and FA have an unresolved feud despite certain reconciliation attempts? Did MI prefer another host out of respect for FA? Consequently, did fear take over MI as FA might just release a wrathful reaction had the interview happened?
I firmly believe that respect is a lot more important, and a lot greater, than popularity. -Julius Erving
