    7. @ 1:03 Haha, saan yan dito sa US? Not here in California for sure. Depende sa Market and location ang bentahan dito. Pwede ka din mgpatayo ng house dito from scratch sa builder like Lennar, William Lyons Etc. , mamimili ka sa floor plan nila.

Kahit nga si Diddy na nadedz yung ex gf nya sa mansion nya sa Toluca Lake e almost $2Mil ang patong. At napasok pa ng magnanakaw nitong Jan Yung mansion nya

    10. 8:29 bagsak presyo ang mga mansions na binebenta now sa California kasi pataas ng pataas ang tax kaya yung mga artista na may property jan nagmamadali ibenta at lilipat sa ibang state na mababa ang property tax

Maski here in Eu mukhang di nman nakaapekto sa yaman ng mga mayayaman ang Covid, ang iba nagparenovate ng bahay, nagpatayo ng building,, nagpalagay ng magandang garden o swimming pool. Ang mga bahay pa nga na binebenta sa bangko laging sold out at maraming nga tao naghahanap ng bahay. Lol, yung iba nman panay travel maski may covid. 😂

  16. hindi pa din fully paid yan so kung sobrang taas singil baka abutin ng 5 taon or higit pa bago nya mabenta. sobra naman kasing mahal ang binili mo pareng james, ngayon wala na pambayad. sabi sa itaas.

  19. I think the house is Not yet fullypaid kaya ganyan siya ka mahal … at the price of 89M makakabili ka na din ng brandnew house around LGV Or konti dagdag na lang sa may Ayala heights medyo expensive siya and its a old Style house na. Second owner siya sa benta niya house.

    6. Girl, aware ako sa LGV siya sinasabi ko lang you Can get a brand new house worth 89-100M in the same subdivision. Wag mo ako Ma Uy Uy! Mahal masydo bahay niya and to think the Style Of the house is too outdated already!

  21. Up to now di pa rin sold, ang tagal na ata nito na for sale, premium and location pero mahirap mag benta ng properties now lalo na sa price na ganyan tapos ang daming house na modern na for sale also in good locations

    3. masyadong mataas ang presyo for an old house. kung modern pa siguro yan or newly built, may bibili niyan. High end din naman ang LGV. But maybe people are looking for an updated design.

  24. There are much nicer homes for a quarter of the price, modern pa. The house is outdated, it would cost a fortune to have the interior renovated.

  26. Ang bibili nyan yung ok sakanila ang oldie style ng house. Tapos gagastusan lang ng konti kung may gustong ipa-retouch. Pero kung ako kahit may pambili, ayoko yan bilhin, ayoko ng style, mapapagastos pa uli ako para ipa-rebuild, sakit nun sa bank account 😖, 'yung amount na iinvest ko dyan (purchse and rebuild) dapat sa bagong property ko nalang iinvest, with that amount may makukuha ako around the metro na maganda rin naman ang location.

  27. Its expensive because of the location... LGV is a high end village / subdivision. The lot itself around 500 sqm will cost more than 60M... Some rich people will buy that and remove the house and build a new one.

    1. ang lot po dyan ay nasa 65thou per sqm. So hindi pwedeng 60m ang 500 sq nasa 35 ganyan. Ang mga house sa LGV na nasa 85 to 100M ay mga 1000sqm pataas. Kaya mahal po yang presyo ni James.

  37. Double gastos pag binili yang house, sinong bibili na as is na ganyan ang style? Outdated na, so means gagastusan pa uli for re-styling. Kung ako, nope I'd rather spend those amounts sa fresh property nalang

  41. 89 milllion?! - sana man lang inupdate ang entranceway para mukang maaliwalas at inviting, update the kicthen din kase sa photos noon parang luma din. parang binili lang nya at iniwan as is with no major improvenents kaya luging lugi ang prospective buyer.
