    2. Dahil sa inefficiency at lack of responsibility ng mga nakaupo kung bakit wala pang vaccine ngayon na sana nauna na tayong nakakuha, bek isisi ko talaga lahat to sa gobyerno!!!

      Delete
    3. I think it is not practical kung nakiuna tayo sa mga naunang gawang vaccine. Kasi for sure new variant, new updated vaccine na naman kailangan so useless lang lng naunang vaccine kahit san pa yan galing

    4. Oh my G. Naka antabay talaga sayo mga trolls. Tigil nyo n yan.

    5. So epektib pa kaya yung vaccine?

    6. Stop giving the government excuses! Learn to demand from the government, dahil pinasasahuran nyo sila!

    9. 12:37 yes you can't stop the virus but atleast INFORM the people. they are keeping us in the dark until it's too late. yun ang point dun. how are we supposed to take extra precaution when we don't even know na meron na pala nun second strain?

  2. Our country is so behind.

Unlike here sa Netherlands, Germany, Uk etc.. Our government here mas lalong bobo on how they handle covid. Unlike here its been months sarado lahat still taas pa rin cases. So saang government mas bobo pamamalakad??? Isisi nyo lahat galit nyo sa china or chinese kase kasalanan nila lahatttt

    3. Now is the time para unahin ang pulitika baks, para mangupit sila. Malapit na ang eleksyon. Maingay at marami ang blind followers that drown out the voices of logic and reason.

Bilyones. Basa basa pag may time, wag lang fb. Anong napala natin?

    4. Sabi nga, in democracy, the government reflects the state of its people.

Kahit yung mga kilala kong mga Dutch living here in SG mareklamo about wearing the mask. Sa bansa daw nila hindi mandatory ang masks kaya nung nainis ako minsan sinabihan ko na “you are free to go back to your country where you can exercise your so-called freedom.”

    7. 2:29 Europe is in lockdown because they actually have correct data to assess the state of covid in their countries. I don't agree that the Philippines is doing well. For one they aren't testing everyone and testing isn't for free. It's very likely the cases are sky high we just don't know. My parents have literally been home since March as they are considered high risk and some of their friends have already died from covid.

Also, the government cannot afford to have a lockdown because it's either people die of covid or they die of hunger. I'm not referring to the upper/middle class of course which constitute a small section of the population.

My point is kahit hirap na hirap (financially and logistically) na control din naman ng city ang situation with factual data to compare the progress, but this doesnt mean we have to be complacent. Ingat pa rin palagi. Wala nga Sinulog.

      Delete
    9. 1:29 true. parang tumigil na testing dito sa Pinas. madami parents ng friends and batchmates ng husband ko namatay dahil sa covid. magasawang friend ng mother in law ko namatay din last year. Neighbor namin na nagddialysis namatay din sa covid last year. I don't want to be paranoid again but sinabihan ko na husband ko na wag na muna kami lumabas. Last year birthday ko we were in ECQ, March kasi birthday ko. Niloloko ko husband ko, baka birthday ko this year ECQ ulit tayo which I think is not impossible.

  3. Pinas pa. Di naman nila uimbestigahan yan. Para sa kanila covid lahat

Di lang natin alam cause y’all know how efficient our DOH is 🙄 Also, the Philippines is so damn rich for vaccines only; wala naman tayong testing centers that could plot genomes

    1. Tama, like hindi naman sa UK tlg nag originate ang new strain, mas nauna lng silang nakadiskubre neto. Ngmumutate ang virus so I'm sure meron narin nyan sa Pinas hindi plng bila nadetect

  9. Noong may clamor na mag travel ban due to the new strain, ang sabi ng health secretary pag may local transmission lang daw mag enforce ng travel ban. So of course nakapasok ang new strain dahil walang sense of urgency ang doh sec natin, same response during the early days of the pandemic. They never learn.

Inabot na tayo ng 2nd strain, may 3rd strain pa na kumakalat, AND WE STILL TOLERATE THAT B*LLSH*TT*R. Ewan ko ba ano hinihintay natin!

At knowing ung healthcare system dito, may the odds be ever in our favor.

    1. No, it’s not more deadly but more transmissible. That’s the fact.

      Delete
    2. 5:28 ang Sabi ng boss ko na Doctor the fact that it’s highly transmissible means it’s more deadly.

    3. It’s deadly pag mahina immune system mo it’s deadly if Meron kana other nararamdaman like hypertension, and other sakit. It’s deadly pag Hinde ka nag iingat.

    5. Kapag mas madali makahawa mas mild. That's how viruses behave huwag masyado matakot sa mga new strain new strain na yan. There are tens and thousands of viruses that we encounter every single day, that's what our immune system is for. Ano ba akala niyo, hindi tayo gagaling kapag walang bakuna?! As long as you're healthy there's nothing to be worried about just make sure that your immune system is at the optimum level.

  16. May the force be with us. Nakaka sad bansa natin. Bakit ba dito ako naging tao.

  17. No surprise there. The new strain has been around since last summer but nobody was looking or testing for it. And people have been travelling between countries and continents since then.

    ReplyDelete
  18. The Philippines is worse off than what's being reported. Testing is very, very low compared to first world countries - even those with smaller populations. That means it's disproportionate and inaccurately depicts reality.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Pinas is this world, so theres no point in comparing it to first world countries. The US and other European countries whos waaaay richer than the philippines are dealing with covid much worse

  24. Dito sa UAE eh August 2020, eh nag human clinical trials na for 31k people of different nationalities, including the Emiratis ang Sinopharm. In fact mga government officials and Sheiks were the first takers. Dahil maganda ang reviews at 86% and efficacy, i dinistribute na for designated health facilities all over the 7 emirates for all the residents to get the jab last December 2020. Also in the middle of December 2020, Dubai government had acquired vaccines from Pfizer for all residents as well. Kaya 2 brands ng vaccine ang available here, while Sputnik V from Russia eh on going ang human trials. I had my vaccine last Jan 7th, after 21 days I'll get my 2nd dose. And these are for free. Now the UAE government just for the convenience of the Senior Citizens, the health staff could go in to their homes to give the vaccines. UAE aimed 70% of the population to be vaccinated before the 1st quarter of 2021 ends. Thank you Lord.
