  1. Nothing beats childhood memories. Go buy it! I would if I had the money.

  2. There is no point Mega. If the house had been torn down nasaan ang memories. Ano ka ba script?

    1. Kailangan kasi sabihin na she lived in dasma village and she can buy houses in exclusive villages.

    2. Kaya nga memories - to remember and recall something from the past

    3. What a way to brag, as to being almost a pioneer of Dasma Village(her father was the mayor of Pasay).

    6. Shet tagos sa puso to. ❤️

  3. the mega query to inquire was to be asked, are the new title holders willing to separate from land of them and sell to yours?

    2. Land of theirs not land of them!

  4. 12:38, ano daw?

One Cuneta is enough.

  6. Ito yong tinatawag na simpls/humble way of bragging. Oo na sharon alam namin na alta sa syudad ka and born in a silver baka gusto mo gold or diamond platter pa...

    2. High society? Her father was a government official(?).

    3. I don't think it's bragging. Billionaire siya pero seldom do we see her current residence which for sure is much bigger than her last.

  8. what's the point if the actual house has been torn down?

  9. 12:51, ano ka ba. Sabi ni 12:38, the major question is to inquire from the current owners and ask if they are willing to sell. May ari , isip muna ako.

  10. I feel you Sharon. We migrated to the US and left our ancestral home to a relative's care. We sold our house in Teachers Village full of childhood memories . The smell of food cooking , Cock crowing in the morning, getting ready for school and getting picked by our service van, attending Sunday mass at our church 5 blocks away, playing with neighbors kids who later became high school and college friends. I cry everytime I pass by the house on our vacations.

Lol

  12. She makes no sense as always. If the old house is gone then everything related to it is already gone. The new house has no relevance at all. Too funny.

  13. Meh, it’s just her way of bragging, again.

If ganyan ako kayaman then I'll spend every penny to create new ones kesa mag lookback everyday. You had a great childhood and career nuon kaya sana leave it as a good memory and try to make new good ones mega.

  15. Sana all, may bahay. Grew up without a house and a home. Still without a house but now with a home and a few years from now, a house of my own.

  16. It's not just the house. It's the childhood memories in the neighborhood.

  17. Do not hold on to material things. Kasi pag nawala ka d mo mabibitbit. Make new memories with your kids and cherish them now. While you still have time. Your parents are gone. She likes to live in the past na parang d cya happy right now in her life.

Ito yung pina-promise sa akin ng mom ko before she died. Benta na daw lahat but let the house & lot stay in the family. Kahit wala nang nakatira, hire a housekeeper to maintain it & gawin siya bakasyunan but whatever happens, never sell it.

    1. Great advice from your mom.

    2. Depende din naman kasi Yan. Kung maganda ang location why not pero hindi lahat e kayang Mabuhay sa ancestral house Lalo pa pag may mga Maraming kapatid, anak and apo.

    3. I will throw this kind of mindset away if the property is worth hundreds of millions of pesos like those in Dasma.

  19. Just an opinion, as you get older, ma-re-realize mo na mas practical ang smaller & one floor house lang.

Go Sharon.

  20. let me get this straight. the old house is gone. she wants to buy the new and totally different house that is there now. nasaan ang memories ng bahay kung ganon?

  21. this validated the fact that you all lived in Makati and not Pasay... just saying...
