Sana pwede din mag file ng kaso mga ordinary people against sa mga ineemploy sa government thru kakilala system. Yung mga unqualified na hindi naman graduate sa state universoty or pasado ng civil service.

Alumni of public school/state university and cum laudes above from private schools are exempted sa civil service exam.. so if graduate ka ng mga school na binangit mo pero hindi ka cum laude pataas, kelangan mo pa din pumasa ng civil service para makapag work sa government. Those who graduated with LATIN HONORS (whether from STATE OR PRIVAYE UNIVERSITY) AND COVERED BY RA 1080 at meron pang iba paki google na lang (syado hahaba comment ko hihihi) are EXEMPTED from taking civil service exam. HGE tawag dun pero ina apply pa sa CSC. -former civil servant
10:48 halatang hindi ka nagta-trabaho. Once you got implicated in a scandal whether it’s true or not then you have to resign. Not to save yourself but to protect your employer/company.
