    1. Both from lifestyle and genes

    2. It’s the food. Kahit mag work out kapa ng todo if ang food choice mo high on glucose. Rice, wine, beer, pastries, bread. Processed food etc.

    3. Pamangkin ko,, walang bisyo at fit. At the age of 28 type 1 diabetes. Insulin shots and monitoring talaga. Wala sa genes namin so we dont know why.

    4. More on genetics. It’s an auto immune decease that stops the pancreas form producing insulin so same sa type 1. Pero sobrang bagal ng progress nya kaya imbes na bata pa lang type 1 diabetic na, lumalabas lang and pagka diabetic pag matanda na.. like 20s to 50s .

    5. Not sure but based sa description it's a mix of both so most likely may genetic causes din

    6. 1.5 parang combination ng type 1 and 2. Both lifestyle (food and activities) and genetics

    7. autoimmune. so nag haywire mga antibodies sa katawan nya. normally antibodies are formed in reaction to foreign bodies such as virus. basically yan ang concept ng vaccination.. thats why kidney transplant takes immuno suppressants para hindi ma reject yong organ otherwise antibodies will keep forming to attack the new organ . however in people with autoimmune disease, those antibodies are reacting towards the persons own cell. no one knows why..

  6. Just take the insulin shots, it's not that bad it really lowers your HBA1C and gives significant changes to your symptoms

  10. While it’s true that diabetes is hereditary, it can be prevented or reversed by your lifestyle. Avoid carbs, sugar rich food. Carbohydrates convert to sugar. Rice eating kase tayo Kaya mahirap yan tanggalin. A friend I know reversed her diabetes by not eating rice and avoiding sugar rich foods. Halos lahat ng food natin may sugar. Mga ulam may sugar na nilalagay. Who can resist pastries, cake, turon, banana q? There’s such a thing called resistant carbohydrates. Yung mga matatanda sinasabi Nila nakakataba Ang kaning lamig but it’s resistant carbs.
