Malayong malayo.

      Delete
    6. 1:01 but no one is dictating her. Clearly, she has her own leanings and people are free to disagree and criticize her for that.

      Delete
    8. 2:19 It's not a narrative, it's a historical fact kahit ideny mo pa yan sa utak mo. Marcos stole from the people period.

      Delete
LOL!!!

      Delete
    10. 2:19 wala naman minention si 1:16 na lahat ng tao ah?

    11. Toni campaigned for bbm during the vp race, bbm is also their ninong sa kasal. Mukang malaki laki pakinabang ng fam ni paul soriano dito kay bbm even before so now it’s payback time.

Mali yun, and dapat alam niyo un

      Delete

Yes holy they claim themselves to be... Lol.

      Delete

    2. 1:13 Toni is really smart.

      Delete
    3. I hope this is just sarcasm. We personally know someone whose loved one was a desaparecido during the Marcos regime. He was never found and the family just accepted their grim fate. There are days when the nightmare still haunts them. They had been silenced by the armed forces and civilians for speaking out about their missing loved one. And you being able to say this should be ashamed of yourself.

Kaya ang mga sundalo ang napagbibintangan na abusado that time pero mga npa talaga un na nakasuot ng pansundalo. Sympre wala pa social media nun kaya hirap oa i confirm.

    5. Seems like history knows otherwise...

      Delete
Try to read actual books about Martial Law. The reason why we can't find those in the books is that they aren't true. Human rights abuses were rampant, and BBM was not young enough to not understand what his father did.

      Delete
    7. 1:14 true.

    8. Sa mga sissums ko dito, I have unsolicited advice as a fellow Filipino.

Manuod po tayo ng mga documentaries such as:
      Batas Militar;
      The Kingmaker; and
To Sing Our Own Song (which was narrated by the late Sen. Jose W. Diokno).

And I, thank you.

      Nagmamahal,
Isang Concerned na Ate Ghorl ninyo.

    13. I personally know people whose loved ones disappeared during the martial law era. To say that they should just move on is quite dense. Consider yourself in their position and let's see if you can still say that should just all move on. Yes they can forgive, but not forget.

      Delete
    14. @2:44 Kilala talaga ang mga Marcoses coz they have a very extravagant lifestyle.

Alam mo ba as people go through yung exhibits, very hushed ang crowd and may mga ummiiyak. That alone tells you, decades after, the pain, the human grief and suffering still reverberates. Tell that to victims of atrocities and terrorism.

I mean sure, her channel, her rules - pero di naman sya journalist for her to interview politicians. Sana she stayed out of politics nalang. My two cents.

Obviously may matrigger sa left. Toni is smart and I think she has braced herself on the hate but all I get is just the brazeness of knowing she can do this without consequence kasi she is all for "fairness".

I like their family pero minsan masyadong preachy ang dating nila - esp when things are going great for them.

Kesyo mayaman ang Phils time of Marcos etc. For everyone info, mayaman na ang Philippines just before Marcos. Philippines ang pinakamayaman sa Asia nung 1950s. Nagsimula ang corruption at pagnanakaw nung time ni Marcos. Biruin mo nagsimula sya mangulimbat nung 60s till 80s. Pagdating 80s wala na. Mahirap na Philippines. 60s almost 1:1 USD at PhP. Pagdating ng 80s 1:23 na. Andami pa natuto sa kanya magnakaw. After Marcos, wala na, n culturized na pangungulimbat. 32. The mere fact that the Marcoses ruled over the Philippines for twenty-one (21) years speaks for the fact that they are dictators.

Ang term ng isang Presidente under the 1935 Constitution ay anim (6) na taon lamang. When he was campaigning for a 2nd term, andun na bumuha ang infrastructure projects (pero hindi afford ng Pilipinas iyon.

His term as a President should have ended on 1973. Guess nyo ano nangyari? MARTIAL LAW. Tapos, ni overhaul nya ang buong Constitution to cater to HIS OWN PERSONAL AGENDA. Para hindi sya ma unseat as Chief Executive of the Philippines.

    1. It's all for fairness sake since she seems to claim that she is unbiased based on her words and her interview lineup. The Catholic school is testing whether she is true to the image she is trying to portray or it's just all for show.

    2. The one who wrote the open letter is not a school but only an FB page owned by a 28-year old instructor of that school and then ginatungan ng media.

  41. People should just dislike the video. Build up your political bets nalang and mga credentials nila. The news and constant headlines about this interview is just helping Bongbong ‘s early campaign get traction. Kahit nega, pinaguusapan pa din ang Marcos.

    1. Trot 6:19. Baka pa nga agenda nila talaga yan. Remember, September ngayon. Any action, good or bad, from someone with political ambition will fan the flame of them being talked of the town para maging sikat sila in any way

    1. It's not about the color, but marcoses and martial law will always be a sensitive topic to every filipino.

Im not sure if toni even realize how will the interview will affect the victims. What she has in mind is being NEUTRAL.

If she wants to be neutral interview the victims as well.

  43. andami na nainterview ni Toni. Villar, Leni, Grace Poe, Legarda, Diokno, Yorme.... same format naman sa lahat ng yan. ang style nya kasi is personal, from the point of view ng iniinterview nya. Sa interview, na-humanize yung side ng Marcos lalo na nung umiyak si BBM when asked about the day Marcos died. And I guess ayaw ng iba for people to see that side. kasi before this interview, pag sinabing Marcos, powerful, rich, above the law, villain, evil, kontrabida. Ngayon we saw the other aspect. But kaya nga democracy. Toni - free to interview who she wants. And people are free to comment on it/fact check it/dislike it/kontrahin etc. But to say na di nya dapat ininterview, coming from the people who brag that they paved the way for democracy, hypocrite lang. ano si kris lang pede umiyak on national tv.

Too bad, after Edsa Revolution, the showbiz industry are more for commercialism. Then ABS started monopolism that really crippled the artistic juices of other entertainment companies😢

  46. I didn't watch the vid kasi hindi ako interesado sa tao. Toni, her husband, and their families reputation for me is already tainted dahil they are well-associated sa mga Marcos. So kung ako sa inyo, ignore nyo yung video. Wag nyong panuorin. Kikita lang sila dyan. At lalong lalaki ulo ng taong ininterview because bad publicity is still a publicity. Aakalain nya he and his family still matters #notoMarcoses

  49. Andam I nilang sinasabi. Vic Corpuz.

    3. True! If Toni really wants to be neutral then she should also ask about the victims of martial law. Talk about both sides of the stories.

If people will interview "hitler" will they ask him about his father alone. Im sure they will ask about the killings as well.

And kris, vp leni and grace poe doesnt have this issues on their family. They dont owe any ill gotten wealth to martial law victims and filipino people. See the difference? OKAY NA?

    4. 12:34 For your peace of mind. Why dont you tell it directly to her in black and white, it seems you are too DEMANDING. Or tell those other "alleged" victims to sponsor and make a 5 hour documentary, and let Toni be the narrator. OKAY NA?🙄
