    1. Agree. Grabe, one week pa lang after manganak lumalabas na agad ang abs nya, ako 7 years na ang anak ko may tyan pa rin ako hahaha!

    2. Ganun talaga if you exercise, your body will spring back into shape agad. Kita naman very toned katawan nya before she got pregnant

  12. Pag sanay sa exercise ang katawan madali lang manganak at magshed ng excess weight. Yung may sedentary lifestyle nahihirapan mag lose ng pregnancy weight, even after 2 years.

  15. Syempre up on her feet na. 6 hours after your delivery you should be up and about na to prevent post natal complications like blood clots or DVT.

    1. FYI she did water birthing with no pain killers whatsoever so mas matagal ang recovery period

  16. Iba din tlga pag fit before and during pregnancy pra madali magbounce back. Dagdag pa yung normal delivery nya kaya no need bedrest
