  3. I had one episode less than a year ago. I was also sleeping and woke up in a panic attack. Di ko maexplain yung feeling. I was pacing inside my room then decided to splash cold water on my face and neck area. It was scary and I’m thankful I never had another attack. Kapit lang JM!

    1. Bangungot yung nangyare syo. Or Hindi ka natunawan at Pumasok sa lungs mo yung residue ng air ng kinain mo usually oily foods before you sleep.

    2. If he managed to record it e hindi ganun kaintense O nagpakadrama na naman ito dahil artista.

  5. I admire how he was able to hurdle lahat ng pinagdaanan at pinagdadaanan niya. He’s a brave and determined person. I hope he will continue what he’s doing good now para mainspire niya yung mga may dinaranas ng pinagdaanan niya. Keep it up,JM!

  7. I have one. Buti na lang medyo nawala lately pero kagabi muntik na naman. Mahirap sya kasi habang nangyayati sa yo mas lalo ka mag-iisip at lalong matrigger. I try to relax myself. Divert my attention to something else.

  8. Well, there is no need to suffer from it really. There are so many very effective medications now that people can take for it.

  10. This Is so painful to watch. Naluha talaga ako. I can't imagine the "sufferings" of those who are afflicted by this disorder. Kailangan talaga ng mahigpit na support system. Para sa lahat ng may ganitong karamdaman, stay strong. God bless ❣

  14. I used to have panic/anxiety attacks. Tapos parang may slight vertigo pa. One year ako lagi nagpapahospital nun and the doctor kept saying na wala namang problem sa health ko. Until I tried hiking & running. Now, almost 7 years later, while me pakonti konti pa din. Kaya ko na I-handle. Pero nakatulong talaga yung exercise & nature tripping. Sana makatulong po yung story ko. 😊
