  1. I feel frightened for months na. It started when I moved to another place then my husband would scare me. I was emotionally and mentally abused. He seems do a lot better now but I still carry the fear inside me. My body would shake lying down, my heart races, I am hyperventilating, I have hearing loss and tinnitus too. I havent seen a psychiatrist because my mom believes people who will go to see a psychiatrist are CRAZY like the ones we usually see on the street.

    1. Sis, you need help. May makakausap ka ba that you can trust? Try to write down your feelings, or even on the notes app in your phone impprtant yan later when you finally have the opportunity to see a therapist. Try mo din online. Mukhang abusive si husband and has been causing your mental issues, you have to tell somebody. You have to get out of that situation and save yourself.

    4. I am 12:31, I am having insomnia for months though I can sleep a bit and longer on some other days. I was supposed to meet a psychiatrist last month but all of this happened which is the ecq. I've told my family about the situation but I am hiding my psychological problem. I do not have a good support system.

    5. 2:18 shut up. You are not helping in any way with your statement. These people with real health issues are not just making excuses. Pls educate yourself before commenting things like that.

    9. Your husband should be the one seeing the psychiatrist not you. Nothings wrong with you but I fear for your husband he seems to be loose in the head.

    10. 12.31 what does your husband do to you?

  2. I find her so inauthentic for some reason.

    1. Girl, alam nio na ang reason. May problema siya psychologically. Now na naging open siya, inauthentic pa din?!

    2. this is why she seems 'off'. It's mental illness. This is why she seemed inauthentic to a lot of us. Let us not shame her for admitting

    3. Same. What I don't understand is that, bakit kailangan niyang ipangalandakan sa lahat na she's seing a psychiatrist diba?.. I mean, kailangan mo ba talagang maging vocal about it? it doesn't make sense.

  5. Me too 12:34 Lahat nalang ng kainin naka announce na vegan or plant-based. My gosh, just eat your preferred food: Lentils, tofu, salad, etc. But tigilan na yung labelling like it's some kind of a status symbol, na mas angat sa iba.

  9. I hope she gets better kung ano man pinagdadaanan nya. Magaling pa naman tong artista si Maxene, wala sa kalingkingan nya si Elmo when it comes to acting.

What your mom believes is wrong. This is not going to help you at all. Get the help you know you need. You deserve the right care.

  11. kudos to maxene! she's saying na if she has accepted psychiatric help, others can. no need to be embarrassed about it.

  12. It’s so hard to pretend that’s the problem with narcissism. Trying to project they have the better life just because they can do yoga or eat herbs or plant diet. It’s so pretentious in a real world there’s carenderia or handaan buffet. In a real world people have real problems. Be real don’t over think that you’re skinny but surely unhealthy in everything including health or food- balance is key.

    1. If you do some research, kumpleto sa vitamins and minerals, and may protein din ang vegetables. I'm not a vegan, but I know this and respect vegans. Hindi naman sila tanga, alam nila ang ginagawa nila. A vegan lifestyle is and can be balanced, if done correctly.

  13. seeking psychiatric help is actually more normal than most people think. Most people are most likely in a clinic or office with a trained professional. The conversations are just normally about your life, issues, relationships, behaviours, etc. The stigma is far worse than the experience. It’s up to the patient and the doctor on how intensive the treatment will be. So if you need it, just do it, it might help you and your family.

  14. You know what? I have psychiatric problems just like Maxene. I immediately followed her IG just because of this.
