  1. Walang mangyayari diyan What needs to be done is for Congress to convene and grant the franchise NTC cannot be obliged by legislative branch to do what they want Separation of powers tawag diyan Congress at Senado make the laws and they are also the ones who do not want to follow the law Ang gagaling!

  3. Congress lang makakasolve niyan. Pero dapat hindi temporary.. nakailang submit na sila for franchise renewal, wala naman din problema sabi ng agencies involved (under oath) so bakit pa ginigipit? Para magamit nila sa susunod na eleksyon? Pang blackmail? Para maging hero sila sa mga tao? Goodluck.

  6. Uy Alam na this. Libreng ads din Yan pagnagkataon knowing these senators hahahaha

  7. They are supposed to be lawmakers and not law breakers. Willing to bend the law for rich people. Some of these are even shareholders. Only in the Philippines.

  8. Lol, it means nothing. These senators are just making up nonsense. They can’t change the law just by issuing their nonsense.

    ReplyDelete
  9. That’s too funny. Are these senators now acting as Supreme Court justices issuing their own verdicts on the matter. Kaloka banana.

  10. Hmmm, that’s just a meaningless blah blah.

  11. Ano kaya say nila former chief justice carpio sa mga to?

    1. Former chief justice Puno and Carpio said NTC was correct in its action. It just implemented the law.

  14. a resolution is not a law. you need to pass a law to grant a franchise. senators are creating noises to cover-up their failures.

    1. Of course this is not a law. This is just to show support which is what they did before. They cannot be dictated by the admin's anti-ABS stand.

    2. 1:19, wrong ka. They are just the minority in the senate. Their votes won’t matter because the majority will still try to please duts. Gets mo.

      Delete
    3. 4:06 di ba 24 senators lang meron? so 13 votes would technically mean majority. lol.

  15. Di nyo inaksyunan nung 2014 tapos ngayon atat na atat kayo. Ayan napapala nyo. Bulok talaga.

    1. Are you for real???? You expect congress to tackle and approve a franchise renewal bill which will expire 6 years later? Where's the sense in that! Ang sabihin mo, ayaw mo lang sisihin ang current admin for not wanting this bill to be passed. I hope this action will backfire on them.

      Delete
Pwede mo din bang sabihin na, "you expect congress to tackle and approve something that has never happened?"

    ReplyDelete
  18. For clarity, when NTC denies franchise, congress is there to act on it. Congress did not act on it despite the fact that they PROMISED to. Yan ang naging problema.

  19. Truth.. Agree

  20. Sayang daw kasi ang investments nila. Kaloka.
