  2. You don’t have to convince other people. Worry about yourself kasi mas mukang kailangan mo yan. You’re constantly showing your body on social media na parang you always need validation and someone to tell you na okay lang kung tumaba ka. Single moms like me just get on with our lives without worrying what other people will say to us. We work, look after our kids, and do something to improve our lives.

  4. Why do people feel the need to post meaningful quotes or long captions explaining themselves about the photo? If you feel great and love the photo you took because you look awesome, just post it. These winded self-affirmations usually don't feel genuine because it only seems like you're being defensive. Post what you want and if you don't like the negative reactions, turn off the comments. Tapos.

  19. Yes love ur body and the best way to show ur love is to respect ur body. Asa banyo ka may tapis ka pa sa ulo na dapat pribado at pinangangalandakan mo eh lalo mo lang pinapahiya sarili mo. Hindi hinihingi ng sitwasyon pero ipapakita pa din yun ba love ur body love urself. Hindi nakakarespeto mga ganitong post.

  20. Te single mom ako at hindi ko na kailangan yung katulad mo na hindi ko kakilala to tell me I’m loved. Importante you are sorrounded by your family and people you love and loves you. Aside from quoting bible verses, taking photos in the bathroom in a swimsuit, magdiet kana din and exercise kasi mukang masyado kang bothered sa katawan mo.

  21. Para sakin ang totoo pagdating sa “body positivity” at “loving one’s body” ek ek na yan ay si Cai Cortez. Sinabi nya never nya naisip na dapay syang mahiya dahil mataba kahit mataba sya since the beginning. Hindi ko din sya nakita umarte sa post para ijustify ang katawan nya.
