    3. Because this is liberating.para sa mga nanay na nagpopost partum at para sa mga kababaihan na pakiramdam nila hindi na sila maganda sa trauma na pinagdaanan ng katawan nila at para sa mga asawa na nakasaksi at nakapanatili sa tabi ng mga misis nila sa kabila ng mga pagbabago.alam kong maraming nakakarelate dito.

  3. Pampalubag ng loob sa sarili... Ganyan din ako dati after giving birth may stretch mark at naoperahan sa gall bladder.. May post partum pa

  4. In need of validation?

Which can be unhealthy. Loved her post. Why not?

    1. But there’s this thing called boundaries in posting

      Delete
    2. Nothing special about it. Millions go through the same stuff.

What boundaries? You socmed, your rules. Let people vent para mawala yung frustration, they can move on.

    6. Her IG, her rules. If these artists keep to themselves, para Saan pa mga social media apps? 5his is a free country. Do anything as long as hindi naman nakakasama sa welfare ng iba.

Need lago ng validation from other people.

  7. Sobrang nega ng mga commenters. It's her choice kung ano ilalagay. Yung iba about travel, milestones, life experiences, etc.nilalagay sa IG as a remembrance or memento or even just to celebrate yung napagdaanan. Not always for anyone else's validation. It's for them and for whatever reason be it big or small.

Siguro gusto lang i-share ni Chyna yung experience nya, na baka someone is going through a similar experience. Women's bodies are amazing. We are resilient. After giving birth, your body is not the same. You have to accept the changes. Medyo naiyak ako kasi may times na ang hirap i-accept.

  9. Actually, ako na inspire ako. Coz I just had a baby and it's true, about the body issues and the roller coaster of emotions having an infant and now a toddler. It's comforting to know that another celebrity can be honest with what we go through as moms, hindi yung kakapanganak pa lang naka bikini na sa beach, all smiles, ang payat na kaagad na parang hindi nahihirapan... While some had it easy, most moms don't. This is very relatable to me pati yung gallblaďder coz when I had a uterine ultrasound for my myomas, they saw gallbladder stones pero maliit pa, but in time baka ma surgery din ako katulad niya. It's nice to know she survived it, gives me hope that I will too

  10. Why so nega mga baks? She just shared her experiences and thoughts. Give her a break please, proud sya napagdaanan nya lahat yun in the past years. Gets na?

  11. Uy bakit naman ang daming nega comments. Unang una artista sya so may mga fans sya na nagwowonder what happened to her. And wala naman masama sa post nya sharing her experience as a mom who underwent a lot of changes and hardships physically and emotionally. And umamin kayo nag post din naman kayo ng thoughts nyo about how you feel etc. She's just venting out her feelings.

  12. Buhay niya choice nya. Buhay mo choice mo.

If you don't like what you see then don't spend time reading it and even commenting on it.

She is not even advocating people to do the same. She is just celebrating her life and accepting as it is.

  13. Daming nega. Sometimes thats the only way na makakpag labas ka ng saloobin. Paulit ulit. 😉
