  1. Wag naman sana. If you don’t want to watch it, then don’t. Some people like me wants to see this. I enjoyed the Last Hangover film which was also from this satirical group. I have a Netflix subscription and it’s good that I can see good films which aren’t available on cinema.

    1. You really would enjoy yun even if mocking siya sa faith ng certain group? That’s disgusting ha

      Delete
    2. Bastos ka! Isang Diyos ang ginagawang katatawanan! It's not about not wanting to watch it. It's about portraying "the son of God who sacrificed himself to save us" in a hideous and malicious way. It's downright disrespect to our religion and beliefs.

      Delete
    3. You consider this a good film?

      Delete
    4. If you are not a Christian, I understand why you want to watch this show. But if you are, then you should check where your faith is at, this show is blasphemous in all levels.

    5. You are right. People should not dictate to others what to watch and not to watch. It’s not your business. You don’t have that right.Get a life. It’s a comedy.

He...he...he...he.. natatawa ako!

    8. Anon 10:10 lighten up! Can't you tell the difference between truth and fiction? Thisbis a free country and there is separation of church and state. Don't be an ignoramus! We are no longer in the dark ages.

    9. 10:10 I'm a Christian. He's God.

Kaya dapat iban yan o kaya kung art form man yan ikaw mag isa mo manood.

    13. 6:08 teh di naman inaangkin. at yes alam kong pagan galing yun. ang point is tradition na Christmas sine-celebrate ang birth ni Jesus. and oo WALA sa bible ang dec. 25..again naging tradition na.

  6. For us Catholics, we cannot take it. We find it a low blow for what we believe in. Pero it's an artistic decision that the producers of the movie wants to go through. Let us just accept the fact, that not everything has to go our way and other people find other concept entertaining. Again, not everything has to go our way. We live in a free world, let other people who have different beliefs express what they want. If we find it offensive, don't watch. Simple as that. But let us not impose our own beliefs to people who don't want to take it. Otherwise, let's just call ourselves Hitler.

      Delete
A group of filmmakers decided to make this kovie without any participation of the gays. Lumalabas pagka homophobic niyo.

      Delete
    4. That's what they want you to do, to accept it as a form of freedom of speech, but it's deeper than that. They are pushing a satanic agenda that has nothing to do with free speech/expression. This is not art, this is a program geared to destroy core family values so people can start accepting this as the norm. You have to shield your morals and values before it's too late. They have pushed, and will be pushing it even farther. You know what's next on their list? Normalizing pedophilia. Once you're free to accept everything, they will push this. So better learn when to say No and Stop. Not kidding you.

    5. 2:17 I disgaree. Hanggat hinahayaan silang gawin yan satin, hindi nila tayo fully marerespeto because we allow it

      Delete
    6. So pag Christians kailangan sila ang mag adjust kahit binabastos na Dyos nila???

      Delete
Nasa Ten Commandments pa yan ha. salihan natin. May 'we live in a free world' ka pa dyan, sa dinami-dami ng issue sa mundo na mahilig sawsawan ng tao ngayon, ito siguro ang dapat nating salihan.

    9. You have to draw the line. This so-called creative freedom is more than a mockery. If it was about the LGBTQ community, the black community, holocaust denials or about Mohammed, people would fight against it—call it homophobic, racist, lies and would demand for it to be taken down also.

      Delete
    10. 2:17 what a stupid reasoning. everything has a limit. dont call yourself catholic if this movie is ok with you. just respect our religion.

  9. Not being Anti-Christ coz I'm a Christian myself but let Aiai's petition be a reminder that the movie industry is NOT a fan service neither a religion/belief service. It's ridiculous of people to demand these things from movies. Let us just focus on our own relationship with the Lord and disregard what other thinks and how they express themselves. Paniniwala nila iyan.

    5. Oh dear, No. Not at all.. If you really are a christian As you said, you must really love God. Ipagtatangol mo siya kahit anu pa man. You stand firm by your faith, without disrespecting anyone even our God.. Hayaan sila is another thing, believing that what they have done disrespecting God is also one thing.. God's kove for all of us is incomparable, He gave up His only Son for our sins.. Tapos ganyan igive give back natin? Ikaw? That's our Father , hahayaan mong bastusin nila tatay mo?!? Na walang ginawa sa atin kundi kabutihan at pagmamahal.

  18. Sorry to see this, but in Hollywood, they worship the devil. Madaming satanists sa kanila. Just look at all their music videos, their movies, and other forms of media. It's true what they say that they sell their souls to the devil for fame and fortune. They're slowly incorporating their sick ways to the masses, just look at their shows; Lucifer, The Order, Sta. Clarita Diet, everything is about blood and devil worship. They really do exists so I wouldn't be surprised that they produce these shows. They can do these to Christians because society allowed it. They're desensitizing the masses so evil can prevail.

    ReplyDelete
  19. So let me get this straight: People find it disrespectful because Jesus is being depicted as gay. Doesn’t that further the stigma against gays? Didn’t the Lord say not to be judgmental of others too? Hmm...

  21. I used to practice religion and ngayon ko lang narealize how deep our fear of going to hell is as filipinos. Only death will tell if I'm gonna end up in hell in the afterlife (if it does exists), but it feels liberating not to feel fear of committing blasphemy. I'll never ever go out of my way to disrespect jesus christ, I feel like even if he really is a god or not his legacy and teachings are really profound and nakabase talaga sa kabutihan towards humanity (unlike yung take sa catholicsm na minana nating mga pinoy from the spaniards, and sa topic na yun i'll reserve my opinions na lang). Pero you know what, medyo off na ipetition to remove this movie if hindi pa nakikita ang content. I mean, even si rizal inaccuse ng catholic church dati na erehe dahil sa noli at fili, but kung susuriin mo yung content it's not meant to spite jesus himself but our society in general. Maybe i'll watch this movie and come back here to comment if it really is offensive to jesus, or baka commentary lang siya about something else and used religious icons and themes as a vehicle.

  28. Ano kinakagalit ng iba dito? Christian ba talaga kayo? As a Christian, you should know that God is God. And no satirical, insult or any sin in this world could ever take that from Him. We should not be affected by what other people think about Him as everything in this world is temporary and Can never affect Him. We should rather pray for them and hope that someday they'll see how great Jesus is.

Kasi if we'll spread hatred to other people na against our belief, edi wala kayong karapatan na magalit sa mga extremist who kill people na against sa belief nila.

    2. It’s because some people conveniently forget the point Jesus was making during his lifetime. Acceptance, forgiveness, and above all things love. They have instead, lost the thread of His message and have chosen to focus on the teachings fellow man has tacked on to the Lord’s name. Besmirch gays, devalue women into servitude, or whatever other hate-based action they align themselves with in and of itself while using the Lord’s name as a justification. It has become much easier to start following fellow man blindly, instead of using perhaps the greatest gift God bestowed upon Man: our own sense of reason. Nowadays, people just want to be angry. People want to be right. and the easiest way to feel correct, in a world full of uncertainty, is to prove another wrong. Gang up on them. But this is equally dangerous. History has taught is that. And we, unfortunately, are going to have to keep learning that lesson over and over again at the expense of human dignity, or worse, human life. Absolute freedom does not exist. You will inevitable encroach upon what another person thinks is right and true and correct simply by exercising what you feel is right and true and correct. That may never go away. That may never change. What we can improve on is HOW we react to those things. So let the angered, be angry. And let the unmoved, be unmoved. Follow the Christ you feel within you. Not the one you have been convinced into seeing. True strength is conquering yourself. Not others. If these people feel that the Lord moves through bitterness, hatred, and scorn, i cannot do much to change that. I can only disagree. Because my God moves in grace and love and peace. That is the Christ I know, love and follow. ✌🏽

  43. Kung ayaw nyo, wag nyo panoorin. Ganun lang yun. No one has the right din kwestyunin pag ka katoliko or Christian ng isang tao kung hindi sila as “sensitive” as you are. Wake up! You cannot judge as well kasi iba iba ang culture at upbringing natin. Wag nyo iimpose ang gusto nyo. Wag nyo panoorin. Yun na yun. May pa take down take down pa.

  44. This reminds me of a musical that I absolutely love, the Book of Mormon (a brilliant musical with super offensive jokes about the religion- The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints- and also black people and a lot of other stuff in general). Pero I don't see people signing petitions about it.

Pwede bang wag nalang nyo panoorin yung movie if it deeply offends you?

    1. Yun religion kase ang ginawang katatawanan don, this film depicted a gay Christ and there lies the big difference. And dont worry, I will not watch and I'll make sure that mys kids will not see this too, dahil ayokong lumaki sila thinking the same way as most people here na okay lang sinisira ang Diyos all for the sake of entertainment.

  45. The disrespect is taken way too far. I remember Prophet Mohammad being shown as a caricature in some European newspaper, and the entire Muslim world was in rage forcing the newspaper to apologize for the piece of drawing. Christians must follow out our Muslim brothers and sisters, and fight against this clear insult to our faith.

    1. So papatayin nyo yung gumawa ng movie na to? Kasi yung french cartoonist na tinutukoy mo pinatay. Parang si rizal lang...pinatay dahil "blasphemous at enciting riots daw yung ginawa nya" yung totoo sobrang entitled at sensitive nyo lang. This mocie is not my cup of tea, pero di ko pipigilan ang karapatan nilang gumawa nito.

    2. teh 7:21, so kung gusto nila gumawa ng movie about black being portrayed as monkeys or movie about gays being salot sa lipunan, keri lang din ba? hindi di ba? kasi we have a standard, alam natin yung makaka offend sa beliefs ng iba so we avoid making films like that. so bakit dito, pwede? double standard na yan

  46. The problem with religious people is that they want to be dictators. Not all people believe what you believe. Get over yourselves.

    1. no po, hindi ganoon ang logic. this is about respect. there are people who believes in God, so bakit mo gagawin ang movie na ganito? alam na merong ma-offend. it's like avoiding making movies na may theme na racist, common sense

    2. Yup, they are full delusions.

  47. I take offense because I'm a Christian. At sa mga nagtatanggol sa movie na 'to saying its just comedy..Talaga ba? Ang daming paraan para magpatawa ng audience, pero ang pambababoy sa imahe ng Panginoon, its downright disgusting and disrespectful. Whoever is behind this movie, pakaba-bastos at ani***mal nila.

  48. just like with other movies or drama na di available sa atin, sana eto din , yes maraming di naniniwla sa Dyos na para sa kanila satire lang ito, what if ginawa ito sa ibang Religion or Diety, alam naman nila siguro na sa Asia tayo lang predominantly Catholic / Christian, pero napaka insensitive na ginawa nila

Problem solved.
