    1. May sense si Alex, coz he was there when the incident happened. What transpired inside the room, yan ang hindi natin alam.

    2. No proper documentation to warrant a work visa. That’s why he was given a visitor’s visa expiring in 30 days.

He has 30 days to fix his status, answer to the DFA and BIR.

Now this Alex guy, is simply justifying his friend’s unlawful entry into the country by portraying the NAIA immigration officers as undesirables; but the fact remains that his friend failed to provide documents that would allow him to stay longer to work.

Good luck Alex, although I have no idea who you are, certain government agencies might be looking into your status, as well. If everything is up to snuff, then you have nothing to worry about, and can focus on making a career, if that’s what you are here in our country for.

    3. Wala naman problema na 30 days lang talaga. But to potrait as nagsisigaw, etc... I think that is what he meant to say those ranters were not even supposed to be there. Nakisawsaw lang

      Delete
Lalong nadidiin ka-ibigan niya.

      Delete
    5. Lol. There was no unlawful entry. He is entitled to a vistors visa di ba.

  2. Lame defense. He also posted pictures of them together, guess he’s riding on the issue to gain mileage? Nice try

    2. huh senseless...he was actually pointing out the hypocrisy of these officials saying they dont know tony but was able to post at naka enumerate pa kung anong tingin nila kay tony.

    3. Tony may have been at fault, technically. But I’m sure this did not go without provocation from immigration officers. I have had dozens of encounters with them and not one has been pleasant. Mga power trippers yang mga yan. Only in the Philippines. Immigration officers in other countries are strict and authoritative but never rude and crass like what we have here.

Tony’s fault pa rin for not responding well. But would just like to put it out there that these IOs were no angels.

    4. I always travel abroad 7:12 mas malala sa ibang bansa, intimidating talaga ang mga immigration officers lalo na pag hindi mo ipaliwanag ng mabuti why you are visiting at lalo na kung wala kang proper documents. Mas friendly pa sa Pilipinas. Sa abroad mga iba mukhang mga bouncer.

      Delete
    5. Agree. BI officers in Manila are more friendly than in other countries. Buti nga pinapasok pa si Labrusca. If he did that in another country, he'll not be allowed to enter the country at all.

  3. Thats social media for you, Alex. Still doesnt change the fact that your “friend” is earning heaps under a tourist visa, least he can do os respect the country that provides for him

Tutal both parents are Filipino, bakit hindi magpa dual

      Delete
    3. Ayaw niya maging pilipino.

      Delete
  4. He’s trying to defend tony by saying the tony thought he was going to have a private conversation with the superior IO, he himself was met with unfriendly IOs and that the IOs claim to not know tony.....ummm this still doesn’t justify Tony’s horrible behavior😑 does he not realize it’s extremely possible the IOs didn’t know who tony was until he started his “do you know who I am?” rant. Tony isn’t mainstream famous, and is still very much a “da who” in the industry👏🏼 And obviously IOs are going to question him when they see he’s entering the country with someone who doesn’t have legal papers to even be working in the country🙄 he just needs to admit his “friend” was wrong!

      Delete
    3. 10:36 Obviously Alex has discovered citizenship, since may Philippines passport start. Basa Basa din. And how do you know that Tony has no working visa before this?

Nakakaloka. Oonga meron at meron na di okay na IO pero that doesn't change the fact na nagyabang yan kaibigan mo. Kaya itigil mo yan pagiingay mo.

    ReplyDelete
  8. C'mon Alex. So bakit mo nililihis ngayon yung issue? Damage control pa more

  9. There can never be an excuse for being rude. And "homie"? Feeling nasa States or rapper?

    ReplyDelete

Pareho silang born in Canada.

      Delete
    2. Actually hindi. Born in US si Tony but his Mom married a Filipino based in Canada kaya they moved there. Si Alex naman born in PH but his family migrated to Canada (kaya 2 passports nya)

  10. Get a hold of your “friend “ admitted that he lost his cool and apologized na. Sakay pa more!

    ReplyDelete
  11. He said both sides had faults, hindi niya sinabing tama yung ginawa ni Tony. Sinasabi niya lang wag kayo masyado mga judgmental as if nandun kayo at alam niyo lahat ng details.

    3. If it's on socmed, it becomes everybody's business. You can't control how people will view the situation. Parang pag ni-report lang yan sa newspaper back in the day - nagiging issue kahit na hindi.

Ano gusto niyo, todo smile with hug ang ibigay nila?

    5. 9:02 No. Politeness. That's basic.

  15. I think while Tony may have acted rudely, it is also unprofessional if the IOS to take what happened out on social media. Aren’t there privacy rules at all for people travelling in and out of the country? What is the policy for handling difficult tourists and does it include naming and shaming them out of social media? I want to know how these IOs have been dealt with by their superiors.

      Delete
    3. Did not drop names pero sino ba magbibigay it how long he can stay here???? Malamang IO officials. And complaining he was only given 30 days when he is not even a citizen nor did he show any valid work visa whatsoever, immigration officials were only doing their job.

      Delete
    4. true. unproffesional those ios. read the official statement of immig. ganon dapat ang paghandle

      Delete
    5. Unprofessional talaga, so everytime na may ganyang eksena sa social media nyo ilalabas? naresolve ba ang problema pag ganun? saka feeling naman neton mga IO's na to, perfect ang ahensya nyo? walang bahid ng mali?

  19. Citing other people’s bad behavior does not excuse what Tony did or diminish its gravity lalo na its legal implications. Bad behavior from both sides should be addressed but it should not result in absolution of either party. And please, you say your friend rose above it... rising above the situation would have been if hadn’t been rude and treated the officers with the respect that should be accorded to them.

    1. 11:53 Don’t just read. Make an effort to understand what you’re reading. Gets mo? And also, Don’t you ever travel? Cause if you do, you’d know na maraming immigration officers na maangas at epal na nagkalat. I get stern and strict, because that’s their job pero sadyang maangas ang iba so consider that as well. I think that’s what Alex is trying to let us know..

      Delete

      Delete
    3. 12:51 umuuwi ako every year since 2005 and never pa akong nagkaproblema sa immigration. I know may ibang maangas pero to say na maraming epal at maangas na IO is not true. I know walang masama sa gnong gawain pero we have to understand na may batas tayo at sila lang ang tagapagpatupad nun.

      Delete
    4. Hi anon 12:51. paanong maangas and epal yung mga IO? once ka palang ba nakapag international flight? of course, it's their job. dont expect na ngingitian ka nila doon since importante na mapakita nila sa mga passengers na di sila madaling maloko or madaling maintimidate sa mga outbound passengers. dami kayang entitled dito sa pinas.

      Delete
    5. 1:27 i have to agree with you. More than 15 years labas-pasok ako sa pinas never encountered a mayabang na IO. Its not part of their job to be friendly and approachable. Dapat talaga serious sila. Just follow the law, be low key and you will not be bothered.

      Delete
    6. To all,Kaya Hindi maangas sa atin MGA officers coz pinoy Tayo despite holding other passports.Sa MGA Pinoy na lumaki Sa ibang bansa na may accent na Doon Sila karamihan rude at mapangtaas. Not all officers Pero marami rami rin.Syempre Yung IBA Dito di naranasan yan

      Delete
  23. Damage control. Ngayon mo lang naisip ipagtanggol friend mo? Talaga ba?

    1. Pwede ba, stop using the phrase “damage control”. Ang baduy.

  24. Pag po nasa immigration, may primary at secondary inspection/interview. Pag may nakitang problema sa primary (either issue sa passport or visa, or questionable ang bagahe) doon pa lang dadalhin sa room for further investigation. Siguro may nakitang issue habang nasa pila pa lang.

IOs are not meant to be friendly. Mausisa sila. They have to be nosy, they have to be observant. Sometimes they need to call family members pa to confirm if what you are saying is true. They are the frontline to protect the country from dangerous foreigners entering. Siguro they are not all good, some corrupt, but what I'm saying is they did their job in this case.

    1. pinaka may sense na comment so far. I really find it funny na there are so many Pinoys who think na maangas or epal lang mga IOs.

      Delete
    2. Hey, IOs in other countries are not like that, they are friendly .

      Delete

      Delete
    4. 2:43 maybe natapat ka sa friendly na IO. Mostly, sa ibang countries they are intimidating because they need to find out kung nagsasabi ka ng truth. Hindi po sila customer service na kelangan customer is always right.

      Delete
