  4. depression is real. sabi ng iba drama lang pero hinde e. madali sabihin oo pero hinde kasi nila nararamdaman na nararamdaman natin. sana this 2019 maging mas open na ako hirap din if naka isolate ka. nakaka praning. ewan ko ba mabait lang talaga sa akin si Lord nakakaynan ko also may guardian angel na sinasalo ako in times of darkness yung tipo may time mawawalhan ng pag asa. haaay life

    1. Im suffering from anxiety and mild depression too. I have good days and bad days. And my kids keep me going. I've surpassed this before and I know I will again. You are not alone my friend.

    4. Try mindful meditation and yoga. It helps. Listen to oprah. Keeping a grateful journal also helps keep things in perspective. This too shall pass.

    5. 11:09 yes its sad but true. Nakakapagod kasama ang may depression. Either magiging therapist ka nila, punching bag, or ikaw hahanapan ng butas para mafeel nila that they are normal and you're the one who has a problem.

    7. Dati naman kse keri ng mga tao pag sinasabihan sila ng hard truth. Ngayon oa sa pagkasensitive. Learn to accept your mistakes, tao ka lang e. Root ng depression is ikaw ren mismo na sumisisi sa sarili mo when you can control your brain na magforgive.

      Hindi ganyan kadali magdeal sa depression. It could be biological. You cannot just tell yourself to get out of depression.

    11. @5:26 Kaya nga may mga anti depressant na binibigay ang psychiatrist para macontrol ng taong may depression ang isip nya pag marelax sya makalma at makatulog. Kung ganyan kadali yang sinasabi mo eh para ano pa ang gamot at psychiatrist? Dali nyo mag salita porket hindi nyo pa naranasan mga know-it-all tse!

    12. 5:36 and 8:45, please be educated about mental health. Di lang emotional ang cause ng depression, it can be chemical which is difficult to avoid. Tulad din yan ng ibang sakit na kahit very careful ka sa health mo nagkakasakit ka pa rin, like may mga vegetarians o healthy eaters na nagkaka cancer pa din. Let’s be helping hands when it comes to mental illness and not be additional burdens ourselves.

    1. he is an artist..really talented at that.and id say most of them do suffer from depression cos theyre too hard on themselves.most of then are perfectionists..kaya they snap on their failures . often misunderstood too.

  8. THeir family has gone through so much I pray they truly uplift each other. Maybe it added to Gary's sickness, the world will be a better place if people are not quick to judge. It's true that depression is so real, esp nowadays. Ewan ko ba mas maraming tao lalo kabataan ang ndi depress ngayon. Let's all reach out to our loved ones for help and guidance. Tama na sana ang bashing pati.

    1. cos of social media most cant help compare ourselves to others, tapos we curate our online persona to satisfy our audience@ and most times it is far from our truths... we also became impatient, like the internet that gives us instant results..we want instant gratification na pag di nasatisfy agad, we snap. all these leads to a toxic mentally

  9. ang dami na na depressed ngayon no? nalulungkot ako and little bit affected. my schoolmate back in grade school yung brother niya nag suicide 2 weeks ago and he's only 30 yrs old. lumabas lang with friends uminom then umuwi tapos nakita na lang sa room niya he hang himself. ang sakit friend!:( pati ako affected na din. ang dami na bata may depression as in young adults wala na pinipili edad.

    1. depression is real and awareness is key to at least help those people who needs REAL help. but sadly too, i know that the most depressed people dont tell a soul. so lets just be kind. kids today though, dont understand being sad and depressed are different things!! hay

    2. I also lost my friend few days back. Nagbigti. He was a happy person among our group. He was only 22. 2 days after my neighbor also commited suicide. Nagbigti rin. He was only 15. And just now, another one did the same thing. Also a teenager. Sigh.

    3. I have a niece. 14 lang sya. Nag suicide din uminom ng zonrox. Buti na lang at naagapan and nadala agad sa ospital. Sobrang di sya nakitaan ng sign na may depression kasi masayahin sya and magaling sa school. Tsk :( iba na din talaga ngayon.

  11. Tons of depression and anxiety cases on our modern times. It's very different kasi nowadays than before, everyday life is moving very fast, social media, all these noise doesn't help our state of mind.
    So in his case, since it's hand in hand, he on the depression side or the anxiety side? Both very hard to deal with, I should know. :) But we can do it, kaya yan sympre. Stay positive lagi, and you can share this problem to your loved ones, they'll be there for you.

  12. kaya minsan gusto ko rin deactivate facebook ko. nakaka depress din minsan to the point you get to compare yourself na feeling mo kawawa ka compare to.them.. mas magaling... etc! ang toxic pa. mabuti na lang andito si FP nakaKawala din ng stress...

    1. Karamihan kasi puro charot lang sa social media pero iba sila sa tunay na buhay. Kaya ako, tinantanan ko na yang mga FB, IG, etc na yan. Hahaha

    2. Sa fb kasi hindi yung yung talagang sila. Filtered ang mga sine share makapagyabang lang. may kakilala ako panay travel baon naman sa utang may maipagyabang lang sa fb.

    3. True yan. Ako nagdeactivate ako ng fb ko. Kasi tuwing nakikita ko yung success ng ibang tao nalulungkot ako para sa sarili ko. Kinukumpara ko sarili ko. Nung nagdeactivate ako gumaan pakiramdam ko hahaha try mo din. Haha

    4. Ako din! Dineactivate ko FB ko one year na! Tas yung IG ko naman puro artist at celebs lang follow ko lol. I can honestly say I’m happier now! Mahirap kasi pag cocompare mo ang real life mo sa curated lives ng ibang tao sa socmed. Hindi maiiwasan magcompare kaya ang solution, no FB 🤪 Actually my main reason was the data breach, tapos eto ang unexpected good side effect!
