During the days when Popular Personality (PP) was still trying to get that elusive break, she would hang around the office of a production company. Although her presence does not guarantee anything, it was seeing her there that would remind people that she was around and hoping. Besides, PP could also get the opportunity to exchange pleasantries with the heads, who are known for their fair treatment of people.

One day, PP, who was with her mom, did not have enough money for fare to go home. As she was known anyway, PP approached An Employee (AE) and asked if she could borrow money. AE was kind enough and did not hesitate to lend the amount. After all, their office is one happy family.

Years later, PP had made a name for herself and the fame and money were more than enough. She would still visit the office, but only to talk with the bosses and heads of her project teams. Of course, she no longer took the cab or public transportation, as she had already bought the car of her dreams.

As PP was walking along the corridor of the company, AE approached her and asked if she could do a video greeting for her daughter. Instead of spending a few minutes at that moment to do the greeting, PP said to her assistant to get the number and they will just send the video. Days passed. Weeks went by and the birthday of the child came and went. PP did not send anything. AE waited for nothing and her disappointment was understandable.

Sadly, PP had forgotten the help ordinary people have extended to her and a little act of kindness, she could not even do for someone who had assisted her when she needed it. No wonder, the people at the said office are no longer as warm toward her.
