Controversy Surrounds His Actions

When Cute Actor (CA) entered showbiz, everyone expected him to become the next matinee idol. At the onset, his acting skills were immediately noticed and recognized. During that time, good looks and acting skills were hard to come by, given that his contemporaries only had either. CA was thought to become the next dramatic actor given his intense acting talent.

However, his entry poised several problems. First, given his skills, he was a notch higher than any actor his age and thus, he could be positioned with a rival. Thus, competition with other actors was out of the question. Then, he could not built up as the foil or archrival to any of the big-named stars then, as CA was too nice-looking to be positioned in that niche. Second, although his management tried to make a love team for him, none of the pairings was memorable. Besides, he seemed to be good enough for being cute. The bottom line was that he had serious acting skills, which producers should exploit.

Well good talents deserve good breaks. Thus, CA was given his launching movie, but the box-office returns were way below expected that the situation clearly indicated that the movie-going public was not ready for him. Besides, the minor controversy involving a relative and one of the production people was played up by the press and the negative publicity of that incident overshadowed his movie.

Because CA did not come from a poor family, his joining showbiz was not for economic reasons at all. Thus, he could just slip out of it and he would not go hungry. It was just a matter of time and CA disappeared from the limelight and rumors of his alleged addiction started to fill the showbiz pages of tabloids. The once promising actor had allegedly succumbed to drugs. Perhaps, just to tease the turn of events, the next picture of CA after his hiatus was one who was overweight. He looked quite out of shape that a comeback at that time was not ripe.

Years later, just as when everyone thought CA was totally away from the limelight, his name got dragged in an alleged affair of an alleged special person of a Powerful Personality (PP). Quickly, CA and the other involved parties quickly denied such incident and the rumors died down because PP is one that people would not dare challenge.

Although living a quiet life, CA seems to have a thing for controversy. However, good news seems to be filling his life these days. Other than his successful change of image in the industry, CA decided to settle down. While the decision seemed abrupt and very low media coverage occurred, his choice of wife had not escaped scrutiny. The Wife (TW) of CA is not someone who has been spared from her own controversy. Although not from the entertainment industry, TW has a colorful life. She allegedly has a child from a relationship with Non-Showbiz Celebrity (NC), whose relationship with Showbiz Scion (SS) filled the headlines a few years ago. Actually, it was the aftermath of the relationship that propelled NC into the attention of the public.

Therefore, while it seems that nothing is odd with CA settling down, tracing the relationships would raise eyebrows. NC, who had a relationship with SS, happens to be related to PP. Thus, even in settling down, CA’s choice is still hounded by controversy.
