Totoo, health funds needs to be readily available to those who meet the economic criteria, kaya nga may social workers, hindi yung pupunta ka pa sa congressman para magpapirma at magmakaawa. Yearly every satellite hospitals sa buong Pilipinas need to have a set budget for free healthcare to those who can’t afford at yan ang atupagin ng congressman to fight in the congress to increase their budget every budget hearing if they have more needs than the other region at hindi hihingi pa mga tao ng pirma para pasalamatan at santuhin ang congressman, it needs to be nasa budget na ng ospital at anyone can attend every budget hearing sa govt. hospital kung saan napunta budget for transparency.
