Gumana ang justice system kasi Artista din ang victim. Kung regular na tao lang? I’m sure binasura na tong kaso. Mabuti yan, mag tanda ang mga bastos na lalake.
Besides his one year prison sentence, seriously, 20k for moral damages? Is that how much it’s worth to violate a person? How about the damage it cost her to pay for her lawyers, psychotherapy, mental health, etc.? Justice has been served but not fair.
