  3. It seems like condo na lang yata ang maganda tirhan jan sa Marikina and the rest of Manila. I've lived there for a few years, I can't imagine the stress of living in a pandemic and battling traffic and floods. Na appreciate ko na ngayong ang simpleng buhay sa probinsya.

  5. Dapat kung magppgawa ng house ngayon may 3rd and 4th floor na dahil sa baha na yan..
    Sana maka recover na ang lahat.. maawa naman sana ang Diyos sunod sunod na bagyo ba naman.. sbi ng pag asa may 3 pa daw na darating hay jusko maaaawa naman kyo sa tao dipa ba sapat ang pandemya?? Hirap n hirap na ang tao

  6. Hay naku, why are they allowed to build houses there when they already know that these are flood prone areas. They will be flooded there many many more times in the future. Why waste good money? Makes no sense.

  7. Well, to be frank, marikina and other flooded areas have a very bleak future. In fact they have no future because climate change will bring more very strong typhoons and raise the sea level, flooding these areas more constantly. These are scientific facts.
