    1. Same sentiments, mukhang ang specific set of questions na yan eh tungkol sa Pre-Colonial Era so History Subject ata... kaya sana naman may Part 2 pa Tita Lea, we really do need some more contexts here 👍

    2. If the question is about that period, then the answer should be C di ba?

    1. Tattoo is a symbol of low class in the city where i live in. Mga gangster pare parehong tattoo.

    3. 2:22 so backwards!

      Delete
    4. 2:22, tatoo has a different meaning if you study its history. Tinuro sa amin yan dati and from what I can recall, it was once reserved for great warriors. Only those who have fought & won battles can get a tattoo. 1 battle won = 1 tattoo.

Pinas version yun Pero yung literal nya kasi di pwedeng pang lahatan, sa ibang bansa kasi it's a symbol of honor yan, sa iba pa nga sin sya etc. Kalerks

    1. Hahaha true naririnig ko pa rin kahit from different eras of Pinoys during my 3 decades of living, biro man or hindi! Kaloka 🤣🤣

Sa mga kabataan, it's just like permanent make up for them.

  13. wow deped.... on a different perspective, tunay naman iyon.

  14. Courage and beauty. The more battles na nasalihan mo, mas dumadami ang tattoo mo. Form of intimidation nila yan sa mga kaaway nila. At sa mga babae, beauty. Pinaniniwalaan na nakakadagdag kagandahan at fertility sa babae pag may tattoo

  15. Hmmm.

    1. Nasa post naman po na according to the answer key, A ang sagot.

  16. Ha ha ha... now that is funny :) Talagang mga comedian ang naka upo sa ating gobyerno :) Next election, sila ulit ang iboto natin kasi riot :)

    ReplyDelete
  18. Eh baka naman kse based yan dun sa story(could be a fiction) na binasa nila yung reading comprehension. Not necessarily meaning ng tattoo generally in other culture

    ReplyDelete
  19. Hahahahaha, it’s all of the above. That’s the right answer, diba.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hmmm, there is truth to each one of those though. Just read tattoo’s history and uses in the past.

    1. Yup, very true. Based on culture, beliefs and historical context - all are valid.

Reading ba? Was it part of a story?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  23. Can you imagine that all this time our children are being taught garbage? This has to stop. I think the teachers and everyone from DepEd need to go back to school! Karimarimarim!

    ReplyDelete
  24. hahahah katawa Deped. kawawa ang mga bata.

    ReplyDelete
  25. First i know that marami talaga sablay ang mga modules. I have 3 kids na gumagamit ng mga sablay na modules. Pero sa tingin ko, based sa ibang tanong sa page ng module na yan, the setting is ung panahon ng mga datu at sultan. Malamang ang tanong is anong ibig sabihin kapag may tattoo ka ng time na un...

  26. What an insult to our rich culture. Has DepEd never heard of mambabatoks?

    1. Napansin ko din. Mukha nga philippine history yung subject. So baka yung symbol ng tattoo in a particular period, place, tribe?

      Delete
  29. The correct answer is letter C. Tattoo or batuk, kaya kilala ang mga mambabatuk noon, pero mostly, sa mga kalalakihan lang ito ginagawa as part ng initiation ng pagkalalaki nila or kung sumama sila sa laban. In the Visayan region, ang tawag ng mga kastila sa mga may tattoo ay “painted ones.”

  30. Kawawang Pilipinas

    ReplyDelete
  31. Lagi siyang nakabantay sa deped? May anak ba siyang na nagmomodule?

    ReplyDelete
Basahin nyo yung ibang tanong, may similarities. Baka may certain topic tpos followed by questions based on that topic. Wag basta kuda at patola.

    ReplyDelete
Excellence does not require perfection.😊

  34. Ay naku lea naman kasi react kaagad. Offended agad mga tao. This is not discussing the present time. If you take a look at the rest of the questions parang sa history to.. and fact yun back in the day killers ang may tattoo.. i read pa in google about sa history ng tattoo:

Tattoos worn by the Bontoc Igorots men symbolized the number of human heads he took during a headhunt.

The Kalinga tribe would tattoo their warriors on their hands and wrists after their first kill and the designs and placement would get more elaborate and more broad the more heads they acquired.

  35. 11:21 PM - isa ka pa. walang comprehension. nagpost ka nga ng facts yet you failed to appreciate it. and now you have the gall to correct leah and chide her for reacting. basahin mo ulit facts mo hanggang marealize mo why you should be offended too. wag kasi copy and paste lang ng copy and paste.
