  1. No one is stereotyping anyone.

    1. This is terrible! LGBTQ+ or not is not the case! This is whether there was sexual harassment or not! They lost the sympathy of the LGBTQ+ community because of that statement!

    2. This is so low. Resorting to calling out the support of the sensitive community.

  2. Yeah right. An internal investigation of a case between execs and an employee that, for sure, was decided upon objectively.

  5. Let the courts decide who between the warring parties is telling the truth.

  6. Don’t make this accusation as an anti-LGBT . This is a case of sexual harassment. Stick to the issue. And, if the text messages used as evidence were taken out of context, then your client would not have been dismissed from work.

    Laban Gretchen!

    1. If messages were taken out of context, may laban pa rin si Gretchen. It is the feeling of the victim that is examined here and not what the accused thought of the messages when it was sent. If Gretchen felt harrassed, yun ang basis why she took it up to the court

  8. Putting the LGBTQ+ card on the table because it’s convenient 🤦🏻‍♀️ Boo👎🏻 This is a sexual harassment case not homophobia . Diversion tactics

  9. Discrimination??? Are you serious?

  10. Magkaiba quantum of proof sa internal admin case at criminal case.. Inexhaust lang muna ni gretchen lahat ng possible remedies before going to court which is the right thing to do naman talaga. I don't like Gretchen but I'm with her.. I hope you can read this po. Tatatagan niyo po loob niyo

  16. Gretchen is actually risking a lot by filing these cases against powerful people. So I don’t see why this would be about LGBT. I don’t think Gretchen would go so far to risk her job, reputation if she wasn’t saying the truth.

  17. It’s about time we took sexual harassment seriously. And pulling the LGBT card here won’t fly.

  18. If it was baseless then why was Cheryl fired?

  19. Booo.....sorry, not buying this. Wag kame Atty!

  20. Hindi Basta Basta itataya ni Atty. Ursua Ang pangalan nya to represent those two if she didn't believed in them. Atty. Ursua has represented women who have been advised, raped in the past. She's a staunched advocate of women's rights. Look her up on Google and you will know what I'm saying.
And tutuong magkaiba evidentiary standards SA administrative, civil at criminal. Anyways, it's good that this case will go to court. Dapat walang settlement or anything. Ilabas ang dapat ilabas and the court weighs the evidence.

    1. You are not the judiciary to determine that. An admin hearing is internal, the dismissal of which is not conclusive that a case is baseless. That an admin hearing dismisses a complaint does not mean there is no ground for a complaint whether civil or criminal. Brush up on your law subjects given that you try to sound as if you know them.

    2. e what if sabihin din namin na hindi basta basta itataya ni Gretchen ang pangalan nya at trabaho nya para lang sa walang kwenta at gawa gawa lang ng kwento or mangtrip? Ano makukuha nya?

    3. 1:59 simpatya. She's probably planning to leave ABS na Rin. Wait for it!

  22. Playing the LGBTQ card? And you demand equality for all right? Be objective atty ursua. The case was filed not because of their sexual orientation, but because they allegedly used power and authority to harass and made the employee’s professional life miserable. Wag na kayo mandamay ng lgbt community. Duh.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Why is everyone concerned about the use of the LGBTQ community when on the first paragraph sinabi na nga na Gretchen used distorted evidence that's why it was dismissed the first time. People seem to be missing that part? Sorry but this whole #metoo movement doesn't fool me. It's been used and abused by women who are only out to get revenge. There's always two sides to the story. Before you jump wagon, analyze the situation fully.

    1. Excuse me di mo yata alam haha..

Kaya nga inangat niya sa court of justice 'yung sexual harassment.

Before you speak din, ANALYZE AND RESEARCH AH. Hahahaha

    2. Next to the actual rapists and harassers, 1:23, people like you are the biggest problems in this. Your attitude and mindset needs a giant adjustment!

Good luck and andito lang kame nakasuporta sayo Ms Fullido 😊
