You don’t need to go under the knife to achieve a Barbi proportion body if you exercise regularly and try to eat healthy, it’s ok to not live up to the very high expectatations being set by other people for you. Those muscular legs can run 48 Kms. I’d rather have her muscular body than a flabby, sedentary body.
