    6. Pero hindi siya mayaman dati normal lang ang buhay niya. Sabi niya he attempted before pero buti hindi siya natuluyan dahil hindi siya magiging vice ganda na kilala natin. Positive ang message kasi hindi nga natin alam kung anong mangyayari bukas ang possible mas gaganda ang buhay mo. Usually ang victims ng ganyan mga teens or young adults ang dami pang pwede mangyari wag mawalan ng pag asa.

    8. Wala yan sa pera o yaman. Nasa kung paano ka pinalaki, kung paano ka tratuhin ng mga tao sa paligid mo. Madalas yung mga taong depress, mga busy ang parents, insensitive at walang idea kung ano yung kasiyahan ng anak, o kaya nabully sa school, may trauma na naranasan etc.

    9. Well just to shed light lang mas prone ang rich sa sakit na depression. Scientifically, most of the serotonin we get from food are from vegetables na mas nakakain ng masa. The masses also get more Vitamin D as they go about their daily lives kasi hindi lang nakakulong sa kotse, opisina o bahay. Psychologically, the rich has set extremely high expectations for themselves as part of their persona on how the public perceives them kaya masyado ang pressure to succeed and mas prone tuloy sa feelings of failure. In short, the simpler the life the better. Simple goals. Simple joys. As life should be.

    11. Depression can hit anyone although there are factors that make some people more prone to it. Genetics is the biggest factor. Then environment and socio economic factors. Baliktad lang nga your theory. Statistically, depression is more prevalent in highly industrialized countries which experience long winters. Although there can be depressed people in developing countries, it is less prevalent because of a lot of factors like resiliency, the fight for survival and tight knit dependence on other people when all they have is each other.

    2. Ang importante, more than money is yung support system. Kahit may pampagamot, kung mismong family and friends dinodownplay yung depression or any mental illness for that matter, hindi matutulungan yung tao.

  4. Madaling sabihin, mahirap gawin. Please wag kayong mag impose ng dapat gawin ng mga taong may depression dahil hindi natin alam ang pinagdadaanan nila. Mas makakatulong pa kung sabihin mo at iparamdam mo sa isang taong may depression na andiyan ka para sa kanya.

    2. Ang message siguro dapat sa family and friends ng taong may depression. Walang motivation ang mga depressed kaya ang family or friends na ang mag-push sa kanila to seek medical help.

  5. Depression is the main culprit of suicide. At one point we will all experience bullying, heartbreaks, and failures,these should make a s strong as we learn from it.

  6. Vice, it's not as easy as that. Pag meron physiological problem/chemical imbalace in the brain, no amount of cheering up will help. Mental health issues are very complicated to understand. One simple problem to one person may appear devasting to another . Yes, we all have our problems in life, but many are not capable of handling theirs because they have chemical imbalances in their brain. Hindi lang as simple as not appreciating life or not counting their blessings lang ang mental health issues.

    1. Totoong chemical imbalance sa brain ang dahilan. Pero ang maramdamang merong taong nakakaintindi sa pinagdadaanan ng tao dumaraan ng depression ay nakakatulong. Malaki o maliit na bagay, tulong pa rin.

    2. Hindi niya sinasabi na madali may nabasa ako na naging weak din siya dahil sa heartbreak. Tibayan ng loob ang iba, anong masama sa appreciating life. Kung isipin mo ang pamilya mo kung gaano sila lulungkot yun ay dahil mahal ka nila. Ang dami pwede matupad at mangyari, madami pa makikilala kaya wag sumuko.

  8. Big help on the physiological aspect will be to try to get serotonin levels up. Eat foods rich in these such as egg, chicken breast, vegetables. Turmeric works wonders too. Then exercise for endorphins. Get lots of sunlight for Vitamin D. Couple all these with psychotherapy as well as boosting spirituality (no matter which belief system you have) and never lose sight of the support system around (family, friends, loved ones). Kaya ‘yan. Little by little. Kaya. :)

  10. Vice kung nadepress ka man sa buhay mo minsan at naka survive ka. Good for you. Pero itong statement mo na ito, hindi applicable sa lahat. Lalo pa sa may tunay na depression. Yun ang pinakamasakit minsan sa lahat. Na kapag may chemical imbalance ka... Iniisp nila nagiinarte ka lang. At nasa utak mo lang. Pero hindi bat napakahirap... Paano m tutulungan sarili mo. Kung di mo maexpress ang nararamdaman mo. Wala kang support system. Dahil tingin ng lahat wala ka karapatan maginarte dahil lahat nabubully lahat nasasaktan. Pero ang taong depress... Sarili nyang katawan at utak... Kalaban nya.

  11. I wish people will also learn to understand that depression is not merely sadness kase eh. Not even extreme sadness. Ang hirap ma explain but it’s really more like hopelessness. And parang there are no other dominant emotions. Like tiredness is all you feel and that’s not even an emotion. Kaya mahirap talaga s’ya kayanin. Kase it’s like nawalan ka ng gana but instead sa food, sa buhay. So ayun. Mahirap s’ya ma-overcome.

  14. Vice, pinakita mong ignorante ka. Na depress ka na ba? Na depress ako ng mawalan ako ng anak. Every week may mga episode ako ng panic attack dahil sa sadness na sana matapos na lahat lahat. Baka ka maglagay ng ganyan sa social media para lang makakuha ng simptaya sa tao na para bang antalino mo . E magresearch ka muna.

  15. The overwhelming sense of inertia also feeds depression. Force yourself to get busy. Start with small goals until it becomes a habit. Just my 2 cents.

  16. Ung mga taong nakakaramdam ng depression, magpatingin sa doktor para malaman kung depression talaga un. Minsan kasi self-diagnose lang ang depression. Kawawa ung totoong may depression. Tapos sasabihin na, "di nyo alam ung pinagdadaanan namin" Kaya ang solusyon ay magpatingin sa doktor para matulungan kayo. Ung iba kasi, makaramdam lang ng failure o sadness sasabihin depression na un. Paano ka magiging okay kung ilalahad mo lang lahat sa social media ang mga nararamdaman mo? Get professional help.

  17. Depression can never be seen at walang symptoms na pwedeng makita.kahit yung pinakamasayang tao may risk pa rin na magsuicide..Always pray to God to send his holy spirit to you.
