    1. Ayun nga din question ko e. Maybe because of his diet na din, malaking bagay talaga ang diet. But the toning, ang bilis niya din na achieve.

    2. Sponsored diet and exercise siya at first, di ba? If everyday ka naman sa gym with nutritionist sa mga diet food, mabilis lang.

      Lalo pa if wala naman siyang may ibang naasikaso like household chores, bills every week/month, etc. Hahahahahha!

      Ako may diet pills akong iniinom at sa 1 week kong pagstart I lost 3 lbs wala pang exercise.

  8. madali siguro ma achieve kung marami kang time para mag focus sa pag gym at diet. pag regular employee na may office job at deadlines, di mo na makuhang mag gym o maasikaso diet, kung ano na lang available food para maka sustain sa buong araw. at kesa mag gym eh itutulog mo na lang. mapalad ka mond at hindi masyadong demanding at makain sa oras ang trabaho mo.

    4. He has work too and bills to pay. If wala kang time mag workout, galing naman na may time ka kumain ng madami? Raymond worked for it. Losing weight can be done in so many ways you just need self-discipline. Kung wala kayong budget for diet food at trainer, edi wag kayo kumain ng madami. Tipid pa. Give credit where credit is due.

    6. Excuses, excuses. If you really want something, you exert effort and make time for it. Everyone has 24hrs.. it's a matter of prioritizing what to do. Anyone has 15mins to spare for exercise. Eating healthy doesn't always come with a heavy price tag. Fish & veggies are easily accessible to anyone.

    7. i was able to do that in 4mos. from 34in down to 31. regular employee, so walang nutritionist/coach, etc. only diff is i have 3 other friends who have the same goal. everyday afterwork nagiintayan kami then sabay sabay punta sa gym. ang gusto namin maging squadgoals kami sa instagram, keri na tawaging hipon basta lahat kami hubad sa beach.

  10. Ako may time pero tamad lng din talaga i admit. Congrats mond u deserve it naman. May vlog sila solen nun sa japan grabe sya nuts lang kinakain.. Iba rin discipline so he deserved that body. Clap clap.
