  2. Ang problema kasi dito sa Pilipinas, mahina ang urban planning. Hindi tinitignan ang big picture. Basta approve lang ng approve ng building permits.

    2. And that's always the country's downfall. For a culture that is all based on family and community, when money is involved wapakels na for your own land and ppl. That's why Pinas I doubt will even raise themselves up to Singapore levels.

  3. ang mali aksi dito once ma hype ang isang lugar nag susulputan agad mga business minded people na di na iniisip ang negative impact sa specific place. basta may pang bayad ka sa bayarang officials aandar anh business mo. Gamitan is life ang motto nila.

  5. Pedeng wag maging boracay 2.0 ang siargao kung mako-kontrol ang tourism, less hotels (expensive or budget), less restaurant, less tourist, less kalat. Mapo-protektahan si Mother Nature.
