  1. It really is disrespectful to say 'move on' sa mga victims.

    1. I just wonder bakit iisang tao lang yung sinisisi niyo sa martial law na yan, may FVR at enrile pa po na buhay na may pasimuno nun. I Gree to Rita, sabihing move on sa isang tao na kamamatay lang at FRESH pa that is totally offending but if it is already passed decades ago, and saying move on that's the point. Sure, don't move on because we are not in their shoes but I know some people who are actually victim of martial law, matanda na sila ngayon they said move on even if it still painful, MOVE ON sabi nila kasi matagal na nangyari yun at inaani na nung mga kaanak ni Marcos yung karma.

      Delete
    2. You cannot in any way tell anyone who experienced pain and loss na magmove on kung wala or hindi man lang ginalanv or binigyan ng hustisya. Saka mo kame balikan at sabihin samin na nakaya mo magmove on.

      Delete

      Delete
    4. Weh 1:38? Martial Law victim, sinabi move on na?

  4. Agree. My parents never experienced brutality during Martial Law but that didn't mean they were okay with the situation back then. Both of them joined People Power along with millions of Filipinos who wanted to put a stop to his regime. But sadly, many millennials love Marcos and think he was the greatest president ever plus they also thought People Power should never had happened.

    2. Their strategy is (1) to wait for the generation that lived through the horrors of dictatorship to die out eventually, no longer having a voice to stir up memories and (2) for the generation that will be taking over to learn rewritten history that will erase the truths of the past and to be fed current misinformation on social media. They have already waited decades, what's a few more years with duterte on their side?

  13. It's like saying move on to the Holocaust victims, too. That is a travesty. The survivors may have carried on with their lives but they never forgot as it should never be forgotten. Otherwise, history will repeat itself again.

  16. Tutal lahat naman kayo maka-Diyos, at lagi naman natin sinasabi kapag may masamang nangyari 'Ipagpasa Diyos nalang' or 'Bahala na ang karma.' siguro mas magandang ganun nalang no. Kahit naman ngumawa kayo diyan, may magbabago pa? Moving on is a gradual process... the same as the issue. Whatever the decision is sa LNMB man or not (which is sa LNMB na nga) atleast natuldukan na ung issue, i'm sure kapag di naman pinayagan yan dun. They will end na eh. Pero one thing is for sure naman, it is one step forward from the past. It is a matter of accepting what has been done & wishing that it won't be repeated again.

Wag nyo lang kame idamay sa kamangmangan nyo dahil kameng matino ang isip ay walang kasalanan at utang sa inyo in the first place.

    3. You are so wrong in saying natuldukan na ang issue. If that family buried Marcos long ago sa Ilocos where he belongs then natuldukan sana ang issue. They are the ones who has wronged us, sila dapat ang nagbigay daan. Only gullible people believes this is about moving on or forgiveness. "a matter of accepting what has been done?" Obviously di ka apektado and you don't care sa "what has been done" kaya ang dali mong sabihin yan.

The fact that they insisted on burying at LNMB means they do not acknowledge their wrongdoing.

  22. Eto ang hindi maintindihan ng nakararami. Hindi man kami namatayan nung Martial Law pero the mere fact na halos super brutal ang pagpatay during that era plus majority of them are innocent and still those na missing parin up to date. The problem here and the one should be blame here is not the President, but the lawmakers who didn't act tapos ngangawa ngayon. I pity the victims of Martial Law no justice was served. Kung sanang ang lawmakers na matagal ng against at matagal ng nasa position eh gumawa ng paraan para mabago ang batas o eh ano pa ba magagawa dun edi sana dati palang nalibing na yan sa Ilocos eh kaso wala and the court already decided, technically, may rights na malibing dun si Marcos based on Law.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yes, Marcos and Imelda were to blame for those victims of Martial Law because they are the lawmakers that time and no one, Si Imelda at Marcos lang ang batas nung panahon nayon.

  23. Corrupt his marcos and killed people but the next presidents & politicians after him are like him rin. Simula bgy captain, kagawad, vice mayor, mayor, bokal etc... Corrupt .

Noon may cold war if yun underground movement ay hindi na control we will end up like korea and vietnam among others.

Now the reason why people are saying move on kasi this ML are used by some politicians for political mileage. I think doon naka direct ang pag move on, tama na at wag na gamitin ang issue for personal political gains.

Kilabutan sana kayo wheb u experience this in your life.

As a matter of fact, he can declare martial law without killing people and without being corrupt. Kaso ang nangyari, ginamit niya ang martial law as a medium para makapangurakot at para pumatay ng mga inosenteng tao.
