    1. yeah. he was dragged by her bodyguards and the following day, his body was discovered to be brutally tortured. don't us Imee, you will never be an innocent party in this saga.

Imee was so much into her family's atrocities more than she cares to admit.

  3. Aimee, a little sympathy will do.

    1. "nagngingitngit ang sambayanang Pilipino". Kayo lang po nagngingitngit. Sa tingin ko, her gestures was just formal. haha

      Delete

      Delete
    5. Swerte natin ngayon dahil we can openly bash the Marcoses. Unlike during Martial law, nung sinagot sya ng isang estudyante. Kinaladkad ang tao ng mga bodyguards ni Imee, pagkatapos natagpuan na lang ang katawan... the body bore signs of torture.

Ayan, sa mga "move on-ers", ganyan din mangyayari sa inyo if those people didn't shed their blood for the freedom that we're having now.

      Delete

      Delete
    7. 10:11 thats true...take the case of Apeng Daldal na nasa Radyo noon he once said "Sa panahon ng kahirapan disiplina ang kailangan"... pinadampot sya kinahapunan at pinagbisikleta sa Quezon Memorial Circle... mga Millenials alamin ang kasaysayan ng mga biktima wag yung like ng like s tweet ni sandro Marcos

  4. It is useless to react and defend Marcos here because it's like ABS-CBN who has an unfair treatment with the Marcos'en. I'm a millenial, I must say, it's time that wounds should be healed. ANd trust me, Marcos'es has the best administration in the Philippines. You are all welcome to experience Ilocos and see how progressive our place is. #MarcosLatta #IlibingNa

    1. Millenial na may gusto kay Sandro? Millenial na kinukuha ang "news and facts" from misleading posts da fb? Nakakahiya ka!!! Yes, wounds should be healed at nasa kamay ng mga Marcos ang first step dyan by admitting the mistakes during Martial Law and by returning their ill-gotten wealth.

      Delete
    2. I wouldn't trust the opinion of a millennial from Ilocos about Marcos and the Martial Law. I'd rather trust the people who experienced Martial Law firsthand. Sorry to say but you've been brainwashed my dear. Wounds from the Marcos regime could have been healed a long time ago if Ferdinand Marcos' family followed his will of being buried next to his mother in Batac. It is nice to know that people are all welcome to experience Ilocos and see how progressive your place is but it cannot erase the fact that your fellow Ilocano has committed several unfathomable offenses against our country.

      Delete
    3. Talking about ill-gotten wealth, so sa dinami daming case filed against Marcoses, ni isa wala pang nanalo, if the government thought that Marcoses really stole Millions of pesos, how come walang nanalo ni isang case aganist them? You boo people. HAHA! Sad to say, you were all brainwashed by your Yellow Administration.

      Delete
    4. Yan ang problema sa mga Millennials. Wala naman alam sa history at kaganapan since wala naman sila nung Martial Law, pa know it all kung mag comment.

      Delete
    5. Anung kaya mo ipagmalaki, millennial? You are just half way in life while those who are asking justice ay matatanda or namatay na sa pakikipaglaban. But karma is digital for you, i hope you see it infront of you injustice and greed brought to you by ur fellow millennial or the younger generation when u pass your prime and people like me on your side will tell you, i told you so.

      Delete
    6. I'm a millennial, too. I was influenced by my parents to hate the Marcoses. As I grew up I learned about the good things Marcos has done for the country. So I read books about the Martial Law published by local and international authors. I ended up asking God, "Bakit may taong kagaya ni Marcos?"

      Delete
    7. ENOUGH WITH YOUR LIES 3:35 AM. The Presidential Commission on Good Government, tasked to recover the ill-gotten wealth of dictator Ferdinand Marcos, his family, and cronies, has recovered over the last 30 years at least P170 billion. #realtalk

    8. ang nakakalungkot, mas assertive magsulat and mga minority na anti-marcos. i wish meron mas open minded and neutral na magsulat ng history about the marcos era!!!

    9. Ur progress doesn't justify Marcos' dictatorship. Besides, cebu province ang pinaka mayamang probinsya, pinaglalaban mo bes?

      Delete
    10. 12:19 The historians cannot deny or conceal the atrocities that Marcos did during his regime even if they are open minded and neutral in writing the history of the Marcos era. Nangyari talaga eh.

      Delete
    11. 12:19. Neutral ba kamo? Ang daming active na historians ngayon na mapapanood sa TV at mga independent documentaries out there. And you can easily download Primitivo Mijares "The Conjugal Dictatorship." It's free and its a first hand account of someone who has been not only witness but also a participant in the excesses of the Marcos regime.

Marcos supporter, you don't need to be rude and insensitive in voicing out your opinion. I pray that you'll be more sympathetic towards the INNOCENT VICTIMS of martial law from now on.

  6. I read na FM wished to be buried next to his mother in Batac.

      Delete
    5. It was all Imelda's grandiose idea. Gumagaya siya kay Jackie Kennedy who planned and pitched the idea of husband being buried in Arlington Cemetery with the eternal flame memorial. Read Carmen Pedrosa's "The Untold Story of Imelda Marcos." Andun yun evolution niya from a naive, poor member of a prominent family to the young bride of a very ambitious and corrupt senator. She was a Pygmalion to Marcos. She was bold enough to even gate crash sa mga international events, even trying hard to get Imee to marry into royalty, particularly Prince Charles. Ganun siya ka-delusional.

      Delete
    6. 2:38 it was Aimee not Imee... Aimee is the youngest... plus I dont know if you know this na galit na galit si Imelda dahil hindi sya naimbitahan sa wedding ni Prince Charles at Diana noon

  7. These marcoses will never get off their high horse talaga..."Libing lang" pala yan eh, doon kayo sa ilocos mag military burial.

  8. My thoughts Ms. Karen? As a millennial, I NEED to hear both sides. When you interviewed Imee, were there any martial law victims present to share their views and thoughts about the issue?

Wait, is her question directed to the general public or only to the martial law victims?

    1. I advise you to read books. Don't get your information on interviews and social media.

    2. Thank you for the advise 10:28.

    3. I second the advise of 10:28. Sa amazon pa lang ang dami ng mga published accounts doon about the Marcoses. I'm from Canada and even sa local library namin I was able to find some of those books. If you go online, you can readily download "The Conjugal Dictatorship." And try to check out documentaries as well.

  10. I wish that they will just cremate his body and keep it or bury it in a place that their family personally owns.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. same sentiments...ma afford naman nila kahit saan....for the others they offended...and to move on dapat mag give way sila...A true trait of HERO...ay yung considerate sa iba

  11. If Marcos gets buried in the Libingan ng mga Bayani, this will probably mean that Imelda will want to be there too someday. Wow! There really should be a move to change the name of the cemetery to something more generic sounding.

  12. Mukhang magkasing edad sina imee at karen.

  13. There are many ways to show your sorry. You have an army of lawyers, I'm sure they can provide you with the right words. #neverforget #likefatherlikedaughter

  14. i admired karen before, but now...nakakalungkot!!!

    ReplyDelete
  15. ganito lang naman yan e. kung napalibing sa lnmb, para narin sinabi na he is a good man at pawang lies lang yung mga cases against him. it somehow diffuses yung issue about him..kaya next generation wala na makaka contest na he is a bad man dahil meron silang reason na kung bad sya, bakit nakalibing sya sa heroes' cemetery? all of these is mind conditioning. kaya lagi dapat tayong gising at mapanuri

    ReplyDelete
  16. Somebody said sa taas na Marcos should be cremated na lang. What? He's been buried somewhere else already. That body encased sa glass is just a wax replica. Whoever believes na that body is the real Marcos is profoundly dumb. They should just give it to Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum.

    ReplyDelete
