Opo sa mga fieldtrip ng mga bata. We never let my daughter join any field trip. Kahit pwde kasama parents. We are not comfortable sa nakalagay sa waiver na school is not liable in an event of accident, disaster, etc. But to each his own
Let them just play inside the premises. Sa anak ko pa kaya.
Regine hindi mo naiintindihan. Uso po ang waiver sa mga paaralan. So kung feeling mo di mo bet isama anak mo may karapatan po kayong tumanggi. Walang pumupilit sa inyo. The fact na pumirma kayo sa waiver which means naiintindihan nyo ang nakasaad dito. Who is liable? Ask yourself. Sino ang pumayag isama ang anak nyo. Kami ba?
Nah, may point si Regine, the mere fact na may waiver means, pag nadisgrasya yung bata or may nangyaring masama dito, may ipapaglalaban yung school, nakakasukang concept if you think about it, because it doesn't protect the child at all, kaya nga halos dedma yung school kasi they know may ipaglalaban sila, kasuhan man sila, hindi ganon kalala ang damage.
Which if contested in court will be void dahil BAWAL YUN.
That's exactly her point 9:24. Walang pumilit PERO kung hindi papayagan ng mga magulang ang anak nila na sumama, their child will be missing out. Kung hindi ka man magulang, dumaan ka naman sa pagkabata or pagiging estudyante so you should know how it feels like for a child to be left out sa ganyang field trip or any school activity just because hindi pumirma ang magulang mo ng waiver.
sa lahat ng mga nagdudunungan dito pls lang magbasa kayo. kahit may waiver liable at accountable pa rin ang school at kung sino man nagdala sa kanila. the waiver can be used only in cases of fruituitous event or in force majeure.
Set aside the waiver, the school administration should be mandated to talk about what has happened. They just can’t just rule that out as an accident. Kht sinung law enforcement alam yan. Tanga ka nlng kung hindi, regardless if they signed a waiver or not. Investigation needs to be held and the school faculty needs to disclose what has happened along with the other students or witnesses that was there.
oh no chatGPT.... oh no AI.... pero panay gamit ng FB at iba pang social media na nagooperate gamit ang AI. ipokritang matanda! partte na ng buhay mo ang AI!
Im pretty sure ang mga celebrity moms may masasabi sa nangyari, but only few are brave. Still waiting for Bianca, even Karen Davila were unusually quiet lately. Nevertheless, us regular moms, we can do our part by making this news trend, magshare, magcomment, gisingin natin ang mga ordinaryong Pilipino na laging naiipit pa may trahedya! Make them pay for their recklessness and power tripping!
I am basketball player mom here in US, my son is a college varsity player. Pero never a chance nag training sila sa water- pool or sea. Team training is all done in a gym. I know field trips have waiver, but in the waiver it is clearly stated that the school should provide medical treatments (and beyond) for medical emergencies. May Liability pa rin ang Coach and school kasi dapat nag risk assessment before endangering the lives of children entrusted to you. My son wants to try playing in the Phils before this accident, but as a mom eto ang risk I don’t want to face - walang liabilities and accountabilities anywhere in the Phils.
Meron ba waiver na pina pirma ?

8:19 8:27 accidents happen as if naman alam na natin ang kapalaran ng bawat isa. Ang point dito is may pumilit ba? Kahit yun nalang.

DeleteActually 2:19 ikaw ang sarado ang utak so your further explanation isn't necessary.
DeleteWaiver is a form of intimidation. And it doesn’t stop you from seeking legal action.
