You have got to be logical about this. Or pwede ring nagkapasa pasa siya before pa siya malunod, high intensity trainings can lead to bruises. Or when he became unconscious when he drowned, tumama body niya sa mga bagay bagay sa dagat.
8.48 stfu. Dami mo sinasabi na BS, they should properly investigate before making a conclusion. Who gives a statement like that so quickly without finding out the circumstance of like wth are they there swimming at odd hours with that condition of the water or smthn like that??? You talk $h!* like those 2 lives dont matter at all.
True! Tapos mukhang may mga trauma pa. Nanginginig na kapag Baler ang usapan. May iba pa palang kamuntikan ng nalunod dyan.
Your career is over.
“No foul play” generally means that the deaths were not caused by an intentional criminal act — in other words, they were not murdered, assaulted, or subjected to suspicious violence.
However, it does not automatically mean that no one is legally responsible. A finding of “no foul play” does not necessarily rule out negligence. There may still be circumstances where a failure to exercise proper care contributed to the deaths. If that negligence is found out to be reckless or there is an extreme, and/or conscious disregard for the safety or welfare of others, then that negligence may be CRIMINAL in nature.
Agree. And why in a surf town are they doing this? Andaming pool sa campus nila. Walang safety nets, pinapirma pa siguro ng waiver ang mga yan lalo na they’re all over 18. Unfair talaga! UAAP should suspend the team ASAP for this entire season at least.
Ang dali ng investigation nila ha. Ganun ba talaga kapag maganda na school, case close agad maski may namatay?! 😭 Wala bang accountability sa bagay nato kasi yung nanay grabe yung hinagpis nya.
Hirap magaral sa mamahaling school Pag may nakaaway ka mayayaman, makabangga mo If may complaints ka sa school, either ignore or maGaslight kapa If makamit mo man justice, how many years pa???
yes, they drowned obviously, but there is lack of safety precautions na dapat iprovide nung mga leaders nila.
If mga rich and influential family mga namatay dto sure may mananagot. Its ateneo against ordinary families like this what do we expect ? Lalo n sa mga pulis na to…. Pilipinas pa. Omg may their souls RIP, its unpreventable death sana
As a millennial mom, this news hits me hard. Those boys’ age pwede ko ng mga anak yan so i can’t imagine the distress their parents are feeling right now. I would be very proud kung nakapasok anak ko sa ateneo, much more pag athlete pa, u will think pa na somehow u did something right in this lifetime to have a son na athlete sa pangmayamang school with good reputation. I would instantly say yes to a training bec u think it was a good school so ur son is in good hands, pero grabe ang betrayal. I feel so sad for the parents. Maghanap sila ng non atenista lawyers, they need justice.
Accountability nman dyan Ateneo.
Swimming is a good exercise for bball players but swimming in the ocean isn’t the same as doing laps in a pool. Wala man lang medic na kasama or lifeguard don sa beach.
Sana someone will fight for justice, even for the international student. Mahirap yung situation, if the family is away. Sana may tumulong sa kanila in asking for justice and accountability.
Pero may dahilan baket sila andun s may dagat area, remember kaka start pa lang ng supposedly training nila..di pa sila pwede mag happy happy at mag random swim lang...wala nababangir sa coach or kung san galing mga testimony for them to come up with that "conclusion".
Daming tanong din like paano sila napunta sa dagat?
Kung walsng foul plsy criminal actpa tin yan under Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide under Article 365 of the Revised Penal Code (RPC). This law imposes criminal liability on individuals whose voluntary, but malicious-free, actions or failures to act fall short of required safety standards, resulting in death.
No foul play, yes kasi wala naman may intent to kill them. May tama bang licence yan to do the training? Dapat talaga yang school at mga coach ay managot.
🤡🤡🤡
ReplyDeleteWeird. Like it was said greats like LeBron, and rising stars like Wemby trains too in water… pero sa pool!! Di sa dagat!!!
Delete11:59 feeling world class ang training ng taeneo eh. Dagat talaga?
DeleteYeeeeeeaaaaah riiiiiighhhht
ReplyDeleteSo sino mananagot?
ReplyDeleteNo could play agad.
ReplyDeleteNo foul play agad. Nagimbestiga ba kayo?
ReplyDeleteBakit puro pasa yung mga biktima

Delete848 oh come on! Tanggapin na talagang may ginawa sa mga players that is almost similar and as dangerous as hazing

Deletedalawa ang namatay tapos no foul play? ano to naglalaro at biglang hinigop ng dagat at nalunod sila mismong dalawa? wag kami ui!
Delete8:48 Dami mong palusot.
ReplyDeletetruth!
DeleteExactly! No agad dapat if someone doesn't know how to swim! No brainer.
DeleteTrue! Tapos mukhang may mga trauma pa. Nanginginig na kapag Baler ang usapan. May iba pa palang kamuntikan ng nalunod dyan.
Deleteno foul play? granted na wala ngang weights on pero bat sila diyan pinapalangoy? bat sila dyan nag team building? managot yong nagdala at nagbabantay sa kanila! mga bwesit!
Delete7am palang kalat na sa balita yung nangyari g earthquake tapos di man lang sila nagCaution at nagproceed pa?
DeleteBoo Ateneo
ReplyDeleteTaeneo!
DeleteOf course there’s no foul play, NEGLIGENCE meron.
ReplyDeleteKng anak ng ibang tao, isama mo sa mall kng may lakad kayo todo ingat tayo at habilin na mag ingat at ayaw natin mapahamak. DeleteAgree. And what are they training for? Triathlon? PMA? Amateur league ito diba? Babayaran nalang ba lahat para tumahimik? NO WAY!
DeleteHope the school officials responsible for this will be in jail! Justice for the two young men. Then suspension to all games!!!

No foul play kung sila mismo nag swim on their own. Pero if it was a test or challenge then yung pasimuno ang salarin.

Anong team building yan.Bat mo palalanguyin ang di marunong lumangoy.
ReplyDeleteJust because there is no foul play it doen't mean that there is no negligence.
ReplyDeleteWalang mang foul play pero may negligence. Hustisya para sa dalawang batang tao!
ReplyDeleteyong coaching staff dapat managot! gross negligence on their parts!
ReplyDeleteyes, they drowned obviously, but there is lack of safety precautions na dapat iprovide nung mga leaders nila.

ReplyDeleteNo foul play but there was dereliction of due care resulting to loss of life or in this case, two lives.
ReplyDeleteDid they investigate themselves? C'mon Ateneo, you can do better than this
ReplyDeleteno foul play pero may negligence wala medic and life guard while doing the training
ReplyDeleteSana someone will fight for justice, even for the international student. Mahirap yung situation, if the family is away. Sana may tumulong sa kanila in asking for justice and accountability.

Justice for the two victims.

ReplyDeleteDaming tanong din like paano sila napunta sa dagat?

ReplyDeleteReckless imprudence resulting in homicide. RA 365. Criminal case. No need for motive. Just negligence.
ReplyDeleteKung wala mang weights, totoo ba na me hazing? Explain the bruises
ReplyDeletegrabe ang bilis ng cover up
ReplyDeleteaqua training daw tawag dyan aabi ni coach guiao
