Downgrade na nga ang mga mukha ng flight attendants ngayon eh. Tapos mag aatitude pa. Mas magaganda ang FA/ stewardess nung mga 80s-90s. Face card talaga. Mukhang mga model. Ngayon may nakakalusot na chaka at may mga bansot pa. Observation ko lang
Baks sa ibang international airlines (western mostly) they don’t discriminate sa age and looks ng FAs as long as they are capable to do their jobs. Karamihan lang naman ng gusto bata at maganda sa Asian airlines.
Actually, totoo yan. Parang medyo discriminating ang ibang FA ng Cebu Pac. And also iba ang mga FA noon. Dadaan talaga sa butas ng karayom. 20/20 vision, walang peklat, ang tatangkad at face card talaga, very professional at edukada. Even Pal, nag downgrade na din at di na mahigpit sa pag hire.
They need to be called out and if they don’t re-train their flight attendants,let’s boycott them. Too many complaints have been aired about their customer service and unprofessionalism. They have to learn from the Thais and other Southeast Asian airlines. Kulelat talaga Pinas sa lahat ng bagay.
D ako FA, pero bakit kailangan ng maganda at matangkad? Basta abot ung ung overhead bin ok n un. Taas ng standard mas ok p sa ibang bansa lahat me fair chance 🙂
Mga airlines sa Europe yung iba nga sa kanila chabelits pa eh at yung iba naman halatang may edad na pero presentable pa rin naman at competitive ang service skills. Sa atin lang ata uso ang bata pa at maganda at matangkad.

Former cebpac ground agent here. Attitude talaga karamihan sa FAs ng cebpac and pati na din pilots, feeling matataas na tao masyado. I have an uncle who is a FA there and he encouraged me to try mag FA before when I graduated from college and siya na daw bahala. Pero hindi ko pinursue. Meaning, madaming FAs diyan na dala lang ng relatives kaya most likely hindi naa-assess maigi during interview kung okay ba ang personality o hindi.
I've been based in Thailand for ages, Thai Airways lang lagi when I visit PH. Etong huli, bad experience sa mga IO na parang nagaantay ng lagay! Even asked how much is in my bank account. Super bad trip! But kudos sa Filipino ground crew at Thai FAs ng TG, sila nakapag pa calm sa akin. Their service has always been top tier. I gave CP and PAL many chances din before, pero wala talaga! Kahit yung domestic airlines dito na Nok Air, mas OK pa sa CP!
My experience with that airline was not good and I will avoid flying with them again. They canceled our flight without informing us. No email. We only found out when we were checking in and saw our flight was moved to a different date. Sobrang hassle at walang accountability. Kahit kausapin ang ground staff parang kausap mo pader.
