Realistic nga yung sa kanya eh, 1 year journey, unlike yung iba, months pa lang pinangangalandakan na yung weight loss and bouncing back kuno nila which can make other moms insecure, eh iba iba tayo ng katawan and recovery.     1. Exercise girl at lakad nakakatulong ung 10K steps a day. 6 months postpartum pa lng ako laki na nawala na taba sa akin. Ung trabaho ko din kasi puro lakad at buhat. Wla akong pera pang Belo ot kung ano man.

      Anyway yung sa tyan ay tamang pagkain po talaga. Ang basic concept ay calories in calories out. You really have to be aware of what you're eating

    3. The negative comments have nothing to do with Megan but more of self
      reflection and insecurities of the commenters. I know because I used to be one of those when I was younger and giving a lot of excuses, before I realized that striving to live healthier is more of what you do for yourself that works for you, rather than comparing yourself from what you’re seeing from celebrities/ influencers and their fitness regimen.

    3. Yung health nya bi! Alam mo ba na pag nag effort ka mag work out ng body mo mas magaan ang pakiramdam, maliksi ka kumilos, masarap ka matulog at nawawala ang stress mo. Try mo bi para malaman mo pinaglalaban nya
