    1. Grabe. Nakupo. Scary. Un ngang may visa o work permit pa kailangan ang gulo gulo na. May mga POGO, crimes, money laundering. Ano pa kaya un dito na sila for good. At admit it, mas maraming pera ang mga Chinese kaysa Pilipino. Lugi tayo. Galing naman nila. Sa ibang paraan nila nakuha ang Pilipinas.

Most Commonwealth countries have been receiving financial support from China, including those in South Africa.

China is slowly owning different countries via economic investments.

    5. 1:27 kaya nga gusto niyang i-amend yung Constitution eh. Sa current Consti, bawal. Yung pinupush niya is for constitutional amendment nga eh. But I agree with Angie. Not full ownership of land. Ok yung sa business lang.

Feeling ko more on the Chinese to eh… even 1st world countries tlaga puro Crazy Rich Asian na halos may ari ng mga business

  5. I agree!!! Those earning dollars or euros abroad can easily buy properties in the Philippines, leaving nothing for locals. It's true! Robin Padilla needa ti research the implications of 100% foreign ownership.

  6. I live in a country with the same policy and it is such a big problem. If this happens to the Philippines, China will definitely dominate. Lands will be purchased by psuedo entities or business funded.

  9. It should be. For the Filipinos.
Sa Vancouver, they allowed before na bumili ang ndi residents and now sobrang taas ng properties kaya dumadami homeless. Don't let this happen sa sariling bansa natin. Kawawa ang majority.

    1. Same problem here in Toronto. With poverty and homelessness, tumaas din ang crimes esp sa public transport.

      Delete
    2. Sa Hong Kong din. Expats have caused real estate prices to skyrocket. Some newlyweds are even forced to live apart and continue living with their parents since they can’t afford housing.

      Delete
    3. Same in NZ. thats why now residents, aussies, and sg-eans lang makakabili

      Delete
  10. Exactly!! Same problem with Australia & NZ. 12. I agree with Angie.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Para Sa 3rd world country na gaya ng pinas , Hindi pwede na bigyan ng karapatan ang foreign nationals to own a land dahil tyak na darating ang panahon na mawawalan na ng lupa ang mga pilipino! Sa hirap ng buhay abroad, Yung ibang lahi like Americans would just go to the Philippines and buy property there and soon enough mga pinoys ang madi-displace Sa sariling bansa natin

    ReplyDelete

They should pass the bill to stop conversion of agricultural lands to residential areas.

      Delete
  28. I am with Angie with this 100%.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  32. We Filipinos must stop robin's stupid idea at all cost if we don't want to be homeless and landless in our own country!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Sigurado na yan pag naipasa nya ang batas na yan ay bibilhin ng china ang majority ng lupa sa Pilipinas at pag nandito na sila, mahirap na silang paalisin because they would wage WAR against us if you attempt to do that.
Robin is a liability to this country...

    ReplyDelete

  34. Agree with Angie. Foreign ownership have contributed to pushing up Toronto and Vancouver’s home prices so now home ownership have become unaffordable to many locals.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  36. She's absolutely right. I'm also against it as it would be used by foreign tax invaders to buy lands in poorer countries like ours to avoid paying more taxes wherever they reside. Kinda complicated to explain in detail in writing but you can find tons of articles regarding this online. It'll also be hard for the locals to afford land ownership as land owners will sell it to those who can bid higher amount, such as foreign land investors.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hay naku Robin. Esep esep. Gamitin ang sentido.

    ReplyDelete

Imagine you can buy guns easily on one state and the other state has strict gun laws? The laws will be different from one state to another so the Filipinos will need to be educated about the different laws per state so that they wouldn’t violate the laws. 57. This is very true! We can get one pero ang bigat ng monthly, grabe. Tsk tsk tsk
