    1. Many of those so-called lawmakers would not want divorce.

    2. On the other hand, sabi naman ng iba unfair daw sa mga lalaki yung VAWC dahil may battered/abused husband/partner din pero wala daw batas para protektahan ang mga lalaki

    3. The philippine rich and famous will never go for the divorce. It is not about religion coz even Rome italy has divorce. It is the laws binded by divorce the scares these hypocrites. The segregation of property will be imposed strictly and spousal support even after the divorce will be a must whoever has the custody of children. Divorce is fast but the one who sinned will suffer economically.

    6. and no one from the congress wants to pass the law to amenf grounds for adultery or concubinage to at least make them fair

  5. Here's Victor spitting on your face and telling you the law doesn't apply to powerful men like him.

    1. Is Maggie incriminated already, as in found guilty? Besides no one is stopping Maggie to file Concubinage case against Victor. Ano yung unfair dun?

      Delete

      Delete
    3. Ang the lawmakers allow that. So sad it happens. Where is other women and children group. Make some protest pls

      Delete
    4. He's not spitting but using the current law to his advantage. Maggie didn't have the foresight to do the same when she had the chance.

  6. Mas nakaka hopeless kasi male dominated ang both lower and upper house. Meaning to say, these lawmakers won't pass a law na maagrabyado sila. Hello?? Di ba hinahanapan yan ng either apartment or bahay?

And that's why ladies and gentlemen, suntok sa buwan pumasa ng batas against infidelity.

    1. You should know na isa sa requirements ng Concubinage ay pagbinahay nya sa ibang bahay ang kabit na babae. How you prove na c nga lalaki nga ang gumagastos sa pabahay kay kabit ang mahirap. Reqd thr law first before ka kumuda.

    1. Not really. Mas maraming entanglement pag married.
May story about a vengeful ex-husband claim his ex-wifes child with her partner because they were not annuled yet. Kinuha nya yung bata at the only way was for the ex wife to get back with him. This was really sad because emotional abuser si guy and she did find a nice man na din. But nakakulong sya by the circumstances.

      Ladies. Dont get married.

    1. It is NOT. It's just not for everyone.

  15. This needs to change.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Parang wala namang point of comparison. May case filed na ba si Maggie against Victor for Concubinage? And for Maggie, may judgement na ba na guilty sya for Adultery to be considered incriminated sya compared kay Victor?

      Delete
    2. binasa mo ba talaga yun post? kaloka ka lol!

      Delete
    3. The point is, you can file a case.

      Delete
    4. anong no point of comparison? are u lacking comprehension? victor consunji posts publicly his new fam but has the audacity to file an adultery suit against his wife.

      Delete
    5. 1:04 ikaw yata ang lacking ng comprehension. Hindi naman yan ang point nung post..ang point nya, unfair daw ang law for women sa ph kasi si Maggie may pending case for adultery for circumstantial evidence pero si Victor nasa picture na na may ibang family pro need pa iprove yung requirements ng law for Concubinage. But in fact, Maggie can file a case naman against Victor kasi sa Art 334 (c) they cohabit in another place (if that is true),so ano ang unfair dun?

      Delete
Hindi ba yan s****l relations under scandalous circumstances? Tsaka, probable cause is easy to prove.

However, concubinage is a private crime, so si Maggie as the spouse, is the only one who can file for it. Kaso nga hindi sya maka-uwi dito kasi nga may adultery case nga na naka-file against her. Kaya siguro inunahan na sya. Oh well.

      Delete
  17. Kakaumay na sila koya. Dami kuda.

    ReplyDelete
  18. This post will be different if the 3rd requirement for concubinage is mentioned.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Magie can also file for Concubinage case against Victor for cohabiting with Rachel in another place (if such is true), Art.334 (c) of the Revised Penal Code which Mr. Garrido failed to mention. Saan dun ang unfair?

    ReplyDelete
  20. I think the point is kahit umuwi sya and makapag bail or whatever is di sya makakapag file ng concubinage kahit nakabalandra na because of existing laws in Philippines. Correct me if I am wrong but i think yun ang point nya na not “incriminated”.

    ReplyDelete

    1. May law ba that says you can't file a case? Your comment is so ridiculous.
