Baks diagnosed din ako ng Hashimoto's. It's worse because it's an autoimmune disease and lifetime sickness, so forever sya na gamutan because when you have Hashimoto's, sira na ang thyroid mo so need ng hormone replacement therapy. Unlucky for me, it also affected my ability to conceive.
Not sure how your endocrinologists explained your thyroid issues. My OB-Gyne required me to test for Hashimoto WHILE already pregnant (actually gave birth the next day). Moira had it too, she recovered after treatment & wasn't infertile anymore. It's not forever, there is hope!
Tapalan mo ng silicone patches para maminimize yung pagraise ng scar. Tapos pag magaling na lagyan mo ng topicals na may niacinamide, alpha arbutin, or hydroquinone (but be careful of hydroquinone dahil may dangerous side effects). Try mo yung faded cream na nasa pink tube, meron sa sephora or sa amazon. Tapos papahiran mo lagi ng spf.
Yung sa auntie ko hindi na visible ang scar. Maliit lang ang incision ginawa sa may neck fold para hindi obvious then you can apply scar creams para hindi mag keloid.
Forever na yung scar unless mag scar revision surgery which then creates a new scar just a better looking one. That being said, scars do however lighten with time and good surgeons naman do their incision along the lines of the neck para di halata. Unless keloid former ka at ibang usapan na yun. Madaming pwede ipahid/iapply para gumanda yung scar: Contractubex, silicone creams or patches, steroid creams and spf lotions.
Hirap ng screwed up hormones hay... Weight gain talaga mangyayari dahil tinanggal yung thyroid. Lifelong medication na ng Levothyroxine yan. I hope that the side effects will be kinder to her 🙏
May hypothyroidism ako. Nakakapagod lang mag explain sa mga utaw why I gained weight, matamlay etc. Mga sagot sa akin, kulang lang ako sa exercise at mag diet lang. If they only knew ang hirap yung sobrang pagod pakiramdam as soon as you wake up. Kaya ako, I don’t bother saying about my condition at smile na lang kung sabihan na majubis. I hope she feels better soon.
I hate when people are so insensitive. Hindi muna inaalam ang nangyayari then ang tabil na ng mga dila. Tama yan, don’t mind them and get well soon to you too!

Pag hyper thyroid pumapayat, my tumubong bukol usually sa neck ( goiter), irregular heartbeat ang pagmalala medyo parang lumuluwa mata. Pag hypo thyroid naman pagod parati, constipated, mabagal kilos and of course biglaang pagtaba. Nabasa ko sa international article na possible na dahil sa vaccine kaya pwede maging irregular yung menstration.
Ang lagi kong explanation pag sinasabi kong may Hypothyroidism ako is imagine mo isa kang kotse tapos sira yung makina mo at wala kang gasolina, di ba hindi ka aandar as a kotse? Ganun yung hypothyroidism, sira ang "makina" mo at wala kang "gasolina" kaya hindi maka function ang body mo, hindi maka sunog ng " taba" ang body mo, wala kang "lakas" gawin ang mga bagay bagay kahit gusto mong kumilos, nawawala ang " brain sharpness" mo kaya lagi kang lutang, nagiging "clinically depress" kasi hindi na balanse and chemical sa brain, wala ka ng "drive to make love" kasi walang "gasolina" and system mo. Talagang parang nagiging ibang tao ka pag may Hypothyroidism ka. Levothyroxine ang maintenance na gamot jan.
Nadiscredit ang EB. Umingay ulit dahil sa EB nagfollow up lang ang BQ. Yung views ng EB na siya feature before nung pagpasok niya taas ng views at people were rooting for her na maging regular dabarkads na natupad naman. Sana kasama pa rin siya sa new EB.
Toxic goiter na siguro, sakin kase toxic na 2006 need na agad mag radio active noon dahil kakalat na sa katawan ko ang lason. Yun ang sabi ng dr. Baka toxic din sakanya. After forever medication hindi pede makaligtaan, before 2 weeks kong di nainom maayos ang gamot muntik na ako ma comatose

DeleteI had total thyroidectomy last 2019, hindi halata na naoperahan ako dahil nasa linya ng leeg yung cut. Nag lighten na ngayon kaya di na halata.
