We sold our house for $955k and its only 3 beds 2 baths, mura na yan considering sa location namin and we paid our agent and we paid our agent 6% buyer and seller agent side. Imagine 3% nyan is $28,650. For some other states, ang nurse mura lang din ang sweldo kaya same din mura ang bahay. Most of the succesful filipino na kilala ko sa California, realtor, dami pa nilang bahay!
