    4. May asthma din ako and pcos. I-manage mo muna asthma mo mars take maintenance and then unti unti lang exercise or go for leas cardio like yoga and pilates. Fighting!!

    5. Moderate exercise lang daw 12:53. nakikita ko kasi sobrang hirap ng ginagawa ni Pauleen, nagpipilates na nagbibike pa.

      I'm trying keto diet sis 12:59 one month na. magastos lang haha kasi sa online pa ako naorder, kaya si mister minsan sya na gumagawa ng food ko. Swerte din. Siyempre may kasama din prayer.

      Btw 2 years pa lang kami married pero gusto na din namin magkaanak hanggat maaga pa.

    7. Keto Diet gave me gallstones. Wag na. Hindi pang matagalan ang keto diet. Dahil dun need ko operahan to remove mg gallbladder. Malalaki na ang stones

    10. Self control ang need mo i master hehe. But once naumpisahan mo na, masasanay ka na. But dont deprived yourself too, may cheat day din dapat. Or buy dark chocolates. Less sinful

    11. There are keto and vegan cakes available online. Masarap din naman. Mag trial and error ka lang sa lasa na magugustuhan mo. Dark choc ok just get the 70% cocoa ang pait lang pero once you have it kahit bite sized lang, mawawala na din ang cravings mo sa sweets.

    12. May pcos din ako pero naging regular period ko nung nagbawas ako ng rice and mas madalas ang veggies. Then nung nag IF ako, I lost 12kgs then I got pregnant a few months after. I know a lot of people na may pcos na nagbuntis after IF. Baka it will work din for you. :)

  3. Proud of her. I’m guessing by her body structure its really hard to lose weight but we all can do this. Its certainly not easy to lose weight so lets commend everyone who does it kahit pa yung reason mo is para sa jowa mo or crush mo at the end of the day it will always be about you ❤️

    5. Kakarindi naman yang PCOS na yan. Minsan palusot na lang para tumaba. Sa dami pera ni Vic Sotto kaya niya bumili ng lahat ng mamahaling equipment gaya ng cycling, piLates, etc na pagkamahal mahal pero at least nagagamit niya at may resulta. Mga half a Million na un 2 na un. Nag canvass ako eh hehehe. Tumakbo na lang ako libre pa hehehe. Half M isang taon na un gagastahin

    10. pcos is real anon 1:10 baka di ka babae kaya di alam ang struggle. swerte mo kung babae ka at walang ganyan. may mga kakilala akong nasa 40s na wala pang anak because of it and payat naman sila. mostly matataba ang may pcos like me pero pano ung mga nag sstrugle na payat?

    13. Ang pait mo naman 12:25. Ako mataba din ako at nagpapayat, nakakatuwa naman talaga na mapansin yung progress mo dahil Napaka- hirap magpapayat. So what kung gusto nya I- post? Kung halimbawa din na motivation nya e lalaki, tao, health, o ano man, ang importante Nakuha nya yung goal nyang pumayat.

Wherein pwede naman na may gawin at kahit pano mag- lose ng weight kahit may PCOS. Clear na ba?

    21. So what kung para sa jowa kya ka nagpapayat. Maganda nga motivation yan. At the end of the day, sarili mo din makakapag benefit nyan. 12month postpartum here at 4 kgs away from my pre baby weight pa din. But so much motivated to lose these excess weight now kc summer na at gusto ko na masuot lahat ng xs dresses ko! Haha

  5. Isa ako sa nainspire ni Pauleen at Camille Prats lalo na noong sinabi sa akin mismo ng tatay ko, tatay ko pa ha, na ang taba-taba ko na raw at ang lalaki ng mga hita ko. Kaya napabili na rin ako ng bike na pang exercise, nagdadiet na rin ako. Mahirap talaga sa umpisa pero kailangan tiisin at kayanin. At saka nararamdaman ko hinihingal na rin ako pag naglalakad.

    4. Yung mama ko dati grabe din makabati sa weight ko eh. As in sasabihin nya sa kin na di nakakaganda pag mataba, which is true naman. Haha tinitingnan ko pictures ko at nakikita ko tlga nawala ang ganda ko. Char! So i started working out, running a lot! Joining races, half marathon etc. From 63kgs to 47kgs. Yung mama ko naman ngmakaawa na wag ko na sobrahan pagpayat. Haha sarap sa feeling maachieve mo dream body mo!

  10. Mga baks, maiba ako. Pano ba magkaroon ng ganyan kaputi na tuhod? Di naman ako palaluhod pero darker talaga tuhod ko mula pagkabata huhu kunwari papaputiin ko sya gamit calamansi, once maarawan ako, tuhod ko talaga yung sobrang iitim compared to my other body parts. Yun talaga insecurity ko :(

  19. Pareho kami ni Pauleen ng body type... mga apple type body ay mahirap talaga mag lose ng unwanted fats. Top heavy na tapos wala pang balakang.

  20. She has the means naman to exercise. She doesnt have to worry about how to pay her bills and to take care of her daughter. So she has all the time in the world to exercise. Kahit 3 times a day pa yan.
